- thin walls, thin door - one can hear other guests in their bathroom, talking in front of the room music from the bottom bar was loud and could still be heard in the 3rd floor surroundings loud breakfast late at 830 am starting only
The food was good, and as a Muslim, I was very happy to find great halal options available, which made my stay even better. All the staff were well-mannered, respectful, cooperative, and extremely helpful. A special thanks to the receptionist Erika, who was incredibly kind and professional, although honestly, everyone was amazing.
I wish them all the best and continued success. If I ever visit Yerevan again, I will definitely choose the same hotel without hesitation.
Overall, this is one of the worst places I’ve stayed in Armenia. Poor service, poor cleanliness, and a complete lack of hospitality. I would not recommend this property to anyone
