Everything was great. Nice hotel, convenient location. Delicious breakfasts.

The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The room had all the amenities needed/expected. The entire facility was clean and neat. We especially enjoyed the breakfast each morning. It would be nice to start earlier than 0830, but we found this to essentially be the norm in Yerevan. The location was excellent for us because we walked to downtown and back easily. It's a walkable city, so we enjoyed the chance for the refreshing walks. We visited the many restaurants downtown and on our excursions, but there are restaurants/eating establishments near the hotel too. Cascade isn't too far away and from there, you're at the city center. Victory park is at the top of Cascade, so it's a good walking trip to go there first, then down Cascade to the city center. Lastly, they picked us up from the airport and that helped immensely. Our flight was delayed 2 days and the arrival time kept changing.

It is not enough choice for breakfast

Housekeeping clean our rooms daily. For breakfast its not much selections of food specially if you have kid, it’s same choices every day. The place is easy access to anywhere, safe and loving people.

Tip: As the reception to book taxi for you specially you don’t have local number. If you are outside as for help from restaurant to book taxi back to hotel.

Decent room for the price but you can hear noises from neighboring rooms

The hotel is great, I appreciate the receptionist work the most. The room was neat, I liked the high celling. The place is great too, it's near to the city center.

+ The location of the hotel is convenient. There's Rio mall is in five minutes walk and Zovq supermarket is in just a minute walk where we were able to change dollars at the best rates. DeLuxe offers decent breakfasts, however they're always the same. You can have meals either at Rio or a Georgian restaurant Genatzvale down the street. I've tried to stay at other hotels but always return here.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel, which felt more like a home than just a place to stay. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and I had the chance to experience different ones during my stay. The beds and mattresses were of a quality far superior to what I’ve encountered in similar hotels; the attention to detail in providing top-tier bedding was truly remarkable.

Breakfast was another highlight—everything was well-prepared and delicious. As someone who enjoys hot meals in the morning, I highly recommend trying their offerings, as the taste and quality felt like a homemade treat. It’s rare to find such flavors in hotel breakfasts.

The reception team deserves special praise—both the day and night shifts were staffed by friendly, patient, and professional individuals who created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I deeply appreciated their efforts, which made the hotel feel full of good energy and positivity.

The location is excellent, with convenient access to public transportation, allowing easy travel to downtown or other key areas. Even in the midst of the typical traffic, the hotel is surrounded by cozy restaurants, shops, and even a semi-mall, making it a very convenient and enjoyable spot.
