The rooms are very simple and cheaply decorated. Especialy the bed is of a very bad quality. There is an outdoor fridge that is very old and moldly. Breakfast is okay but compared to our other stays in this country, the least one we had. The staff is a very friendly 7family.

We had a great time there, we rented a suite, and the staff were very professional, they even went an extra mile and delivered a teddy bear we forgot to a relative who lives on the 2nd floor, they have daily cleaning and AC, and Free Wifi. I liked the hotel. Good location. Nice breakfast. Only one thing was a bit strange. There is no storage room for luggage. And I felt a bit uncomfortable to leave my bag just in the hall with no observation.

Stayed here for 4 nights and really happy. Room had a great little balcony, washing machine and overall the amenities that you would need. Room was clean and they were really thorough with making sure the room was as refreshed. I’d hung up some washed clothes outside and they thoughtfully brought in a drying rack which was kind. We had a few small issues on arrival with the room not being ready, but overall it was a good stay. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to everything. The sofa bed in the room we were in desperately needs replacing, but otherwise fairly modern and it’s good value for money. A great getaway from the city. We loved the place and enjoyed the green backyard with a small waterfall area. It is a family business and the owner Armen is so helpful and lovely. He also has a car so you can agree with him for transport as Taxies are not easy to find.

The property is ideally situated and the comfort and cleanliness were excellent. As a base for touring it is ideal, there is not much to do in the hotel itself. In general it is a good Hotel and we were lucky to grab some pretty attractive deal for 4 days. The only issue - a knife was taken (stolen?) from our room and never returned.
