Good for tourists traveling alone or couples 👍
Very nice hotel. Everything is done with taste and quality. The place has good potential. It is 10-12 minutes walk to the metro. Lots of shops around.
Arriving from the airport at about 4am, the night manager met me, confirmed the reservation and after the person who brought me left, quietly apologized and said that he could not check me in. It was raining, the room was flooded. He said that I called, but the phone was turned off, which is normal - I was on the plane, he did not write any SMS or messages here. He generously offered to sit with him, drink coffee and wait, suddenly someone will leave early and he will even change the bed himself. To which I calmly refused, saying that I had not slept for almost a day and this option was not suitable, I began to call other hotels. Luckily, I found a room not very far away. The employee shrugged his shoulders and continued to sit on the couch. And asked me to delete the reservation in booking myself.
I will surprise everyone that the next day I still checked in, because there was a separate reservation and two more rooms were booked by my friends, and since there were a lot of us, we did not look for another hotel. Yes, probably the rooms really were flooded, because two of the three that we occupied smelled like a swamp.
There was no compensation for the cancellation of the booking, or even an apology.
Of course, it was a shame we didn’t cancel all our reservations. But now it’s clear that neither we nor our friends will come back. Although, the hotel itself is good.
Stayed here with family in September 2023 for a night.
Good breakfast selection although it caters mostly on the savoury side, they don’t have any pastries eg croissants.
Also, this was the only hotel we stayed in Armenia where they had a coffee machine so we could have proper coffee - this is a great plus!
Overall, good value for money.
