Dated hotel. Rooms are small and dated. The hotel needs to be updated especially at the prices they want for the rooms. Food is just okay especially considering most places in Armenia have really good food. Overall it’s a standard dated hotel trying to charge a premium for I’m not sure what

Not terrible but a lot of place to improve. No tea/coffee/water/sugar in the room. Pool was rather cold, we had issues with hot water and heating but was solved by changing the room. Floor carpet wasn’t too fresh. Price vs quality for Sauna was very low. Food was good not much to praise but also can’t complain. Overall mediocre but without any significant bad things.

Hotel Dilijan Resort is a nice and friendly hotel to stay for a night or two. The Legend of Dilijan is a very special space. Nestled in the center of Old Dilijan, it has very traditional architecture with high walls and very comfortable beds. The hosts were kind and helpful. A quiet place with fresh air and wonderful views. The rooms are clean and warm. The dining room is newly built and comfortable. The garage (for one car only) is very convenient when it's snowing and very cold outside.

A great getaway from the city. We loved the place and enjoyed the green backyard with a small waterfall area. It is a family business and the owner Armen is so helpful and lovely. He also has a car so you can agree with him for transport as Taxies are not easy to find.

Great family hotel Great family hotel. The hotel manager is very accommodating. (Five stars for Armen!) He helped with some unusual requests that came up due to family emergency and misunderstanding during booking. The hotel has a nice garden which ends at a small river. The rooms are spacious and clean. I travelled to Dilijan for a conference, but the town is famous as a vacation destination.

It is ok for budget conscious and light travellers. Otherwise one has to carry the luggage through a very narrow lane with concrete wall on both sides and then up a narrow flight of steps. It has a slanting ceiling which is less than 1.5m high in my room. I banged my head on to it several times whenever I walked further from my bed. Only children can sleep on that bed. The guest house is located in a beautiful, quiet, picturesque place. Not far from the bus stop. Very hospitable hosts. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Snow-white bed linen and towels. The rooms are clean. We really liked the breakfasts. We liked everything very much.

This is the perfect place if you want to immerse yourself in an atmosphere of care, comfort, and kindness. The guesthouse hosts are responsive, the grounds are immersed in beautiful landscaping, the food is the most delicious we've had in Armenia, and the rooms are clean and well-appointed.

I was there with my family to celebrate a birthday. A very soulful place, beautiful, you feel like you’re in a castle. Delicious food, beautiful setting, warm atmosphere. After the birthday party we stayed overnight. The rooms are clean, themed, there is a shower and toilet in the rooms.

Although the website says that the house is 16+, the owners themselves have 6 grandchildren, so they welcomed us and our 5 children with open arms. We had a wonderful New Year's holiday. Very nice location and house under a bridge. The house is very big and can host 25 people easily. One thing I liked is that one day we came back from our walk and cows were inside the garden and were playing with each other. I felt very close to nature and it was amazing!

I found the description of the room (in Booking.com) a bit misleading as it said there was a kitchen which to me implies I could cook there but it only had a sink, a fridge and one hob on which to boil water for tea or coffee. Extremely cosy guesthouse just outside of the town - 30-40 minutes walk from Dilijan centre. Shops nearby. Quiet location with beautiful views of the valley. Everything made of wood with a traditional feel.

Nelli is a lovely host, she‘s very welcoming and will help you with everything that you‘ll need! The breakfast and dinner were fantastic and everything freshly prepared! (3000 and 5500 Dram pp) Rooms were very clean, and you had a also a small kitchen. Only the mattress in our room could have been replaced as they were not that comfortable, but that‘s only our own opinion :-)

We have just spent three nights here. Had both evening dinner and breakfast in the guest house. The food was very nourishing (we are vegetarians) with care taken in supplying our needs. The place is 20 minute walk from the centre of the town so proved to be very quiet and gave a true flavour of Armenian life. The bedroom with "a mountain view" was great.

It was chilly on arrival (mid-November), but the owners gave a heater, this corrected the situation. They feed well, straight to the dump, but a little expensive.

Great price to value. The hosts were lovely, the place was clean and nice, the location was very good, close to restaurants and parks. The breakfast was delicious homemade and versatile. We were visiting with baby and the first day the hosts learned that our baby loves boiled eggs and brought some special farmer eggs just for her. It was such a lovely gesture.

Very nice location a long the road in the town. We had one of the rooms in the back yard. We had dinner over there, and vegetarian was not a problem. We paid 6000 for two persons dinner. (Could be more if you have meat? The room itself was quite big with table and chairs and TV. We plugged in our USB drive for series.

We stayed here on Wednesday to Thursday. We had a very comfortable stay. The bedroom and bathroom was very clean. The room was spacious with even 2 chairs and a desk.
