SD HOTEL in Yerevan

Good day, everyone reading.
Let me start by saying that this hotel accepts MIR cards. That's a plus.
I was already on the plane, and managed to book it 5 minutes before takeoff. The others are in my bookmarks, booked or confirmed only with Visa or MasterCard.
The hotel is very conveniently located. It's a 40-minute walk to Republic Square.
About 100 meters to the left of the hotel, there's a 24-hour convenience store, but they don't accept MIR cards or rubles. They won't give you food for dancing or tricks.
To the right of the hotel, up the avenue, and about 8 minutes to the right, at the intersection, there's a VTB ATM that accepts MIR cards.
The guys at reception are from China. They speak English. The staff is polite and courteous.
My room is a bit more complicated. It has two single beds and one king-size bed. My crib had a soft mattress, but it didn't leave any marks on my body by morning.

I didn't have time to look at the room photo on the plane, so I chose it as is.
The furniture was a bit tired, the nightstand was dented, but I didn't test it.
The chair is getting ready to go to the carpentry world, don't sit there. But the air conditioner remote is holding up.

The water pressure is weak. There's no heater, so it's chilly.
There were four towels, and they were small. There weren't any large ones.
I wasn't particularly upset; I made arrangements with myself.
A visit to a psychologist won't be necessary. I spent all day walking around, exploring Yerevan.
In the end, you can't bring your wives here; you'll probably get hit in the face with four small towels. But for a student stay of four, a budget-friendly budget bed, it's probably fine.

I don't know why this hotel has such a good rating. Yes, it's very cheap, but the furniture is in poor condition. The bed was comfortable, but the sheets were too gray, and the pillowcases weren't clear whether they were clean or dirty. The window doesn't close at all, and there's trash everywhere on the carpet, probably from outside. I tried turning on the air conditioning, but it didn't warm the air. There's no elevator.

The hotel needs renovation as it seemed dated. Breakfast also needs improvement. However the room is big and located near the metro and train station.

I have to say that the chef's skills in this Chinese restaurant are really good, which greatly satisfied my Chinese appetite. The hotel management and hygiene of the Chinese owner are very good. The owner is a conscientious owner. The hotel price is really cheap. You can't stay in such a comfortable hotel at this price in other countries. The owner is reliable.

Very clean, comfortable room with a breathtaking view of Biblical mounth Ararat. Delicious breakfast and very helpfull reception. !!! So, everything what traveler needs to feel good at hotel. .)) 10out of 10 !!
