Address Hotel Yerevan by Imperial in Yerevan

Please, do not stay here. This hotel is definitely not a 4-star one.
First of all, by the name of the hotel itself and the looks of the lobby (the pictures I attached) it seems like an “extremely luxury” hotel, but it’s far from that.
1. Small rooms. We were staying as a 3-person family, and we received a 2-person room with 2 beds. For me (as a teen) I received a literal “couch” (in the photos I attached) which was extremely uncomfortable. I had back aches for DAYS. There weren’t even prepared that the room was for 3 people. When we arrived, just THEN they put that 3rd “bed” in the room. There were also only 2 waters, towels and amenities for 2. I felt discriminated and for apology (??) I received cut up fruits, which were served at breakfast every day. (probably from the breakfast that day).
2. Rude staff. We told the staff that I am NOT sleeping in that “bed” again, but they started bickering with my father, telling him he didn’t know anything, asking him how much he paid (?) and etc. It literally took about an hour just for my father to tell them to just bring a MATTRESS so I could atleast get some sleep! (The mattress was dragged all the way on the floor until it reached our room. It was ripped and kind of smelled) The managers were on a “break” and said they couldn’t help us, only offering us the same room, but even worse than the one we had. (DIRTY!)
3. Dirty rooms. The bathroom railings for the shower were EXTREMELY rusty (I attached pictures), and there was a disgusting odour, like canalisation. The carpets in the room weren’t cleaned. There were pumpkin seeds and hair on the floor. The toilet had weird black spots that couldn’t come off. We also heard some people talking that there weren’t AC’s in some rooms! (The weather is extremely hot, around 35°C). From the bathroom ceiling there were weird things running down the wall. (I attached picture)
4. Dirty restaurant. The breakfast was nice. But the tables, especially the CHAIRS looked like they weren’t cleaned in years. It was small and not enough for the rooms the hotel offers. Sadly, I couldn’t take pictures.
5. No mosquito nets. In our room, atleast, there was none, so we couldn’t open the window to let some air in.
As a family, we are extremely disappointed. We’ve traveled a lot, and never seen a 4-star hotel that couldn’t offer a 3-person room with 3 NORMAL beds. Even a hostel could do better. If we could sleep anywhere else, we would have, but we were with a group so had to stay there.

I had a disappointing stay at the Imperial Palace hotel. Despite its impressive interior design, the rooms were in a deplorable state. The bed sheets were unclean, and the toilet was broken, which was a major inconvenience. The air conditioning wasn't working, making the room uncomfortable. The carpet was dusty, and the room hadn't been properly cleaned, with a lingering rotten smell that was unpleasant. The overall condition of the room was pathetic, considering it's a hotel that should provide basic amenities and cleanliness. The breakfast was also not up to the mark, and the chairs in the service area were dusty and hadn't been cleaned properly. Given the state of the rooms and services, I would strongly suggest that the hotel undergoes a complete renovation to upgrade its standards. Unfortunately, my experience was overwhelmingly negative, and I wouldn't recommend the Imperial Palace hotel in its current state.

Location for hotel is good in middle of city but staff at reception cannot speak English well. Room for two was too small and not maintained well.
Staff do not cooperate well with customers.
Breakfast was good but restaurant to sit and eat is too small, people passing by would constantly hit your chair.
