Clean, large room
Convenient location of the hotel
The most significant issue was the rude behavior of the staff. We had paid extra for an additional bed, only to receive a super stiff and wonky one. We requested a proper mattress to be placed on top of it, but were yelled at by the staff.
Furthermore, the showers in the room were noticeably too small.
When we were checking out, no one offered to help with our luggage. The staff just sat downstairs, scrolling through their phones and pretending we didn’t exist.
Customer service in this country sucks.
