In response to what they're saying, I've attached a photo. I booked the room and you told me to cancel. I didn't do anything wrong... Learn to do your job, you incompetent and even arrogant people. Also note their terrible English.
So, so many downsides for one night are truly a lot, and it's scary to imagine how many more there would have been if we had stayed longer.
I'm copying the review from Booking.com and adding this now honest review here so that customers aren't misled and can choose a slightly more expensive but more comfortable hotel than this one.
The location is truly convenient, and the price is low; that's where the positives end.
I'd also like to point out that on some services, customers report that the hotel owners delete negative reviews, so be careful.
