3 Jacuzzis, 2 saunas, steam room, a big pool and an awesome lounge bar with pool tables and more. Great staff and great hospitality. People should stop complaining for the small things in life. אחלה מקום

Fantastic place! Great location right next to the lift and restaurants and shops. Large clean rooms. Very tasty food. Great area with pools and saunas. Highly recommend! I will definitely come back :)

The hotel has plenty of facilities, staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet had lot's of choice of cold and hot items, the spa was nice with an outdoor hot tub. The rooms were a little dated with small twin beds and our bath leaked from underneath but the shower was nice and hot! Location for the gondola was perfect.

This is a pretty frugal place. The room was clean, but very basic.

No hair conditioner or shampoo in the bath.

TV did not work properly - we could not cast from either my phone or laptop, Netflix or prime video on the TV did not work, HDMI cable from my laptop did not work either.

Spa had no towels when we got there. They said it was on its way, but even half an hour later there were no towels.

At breakfast, we had to wait for a while for the coffee machine to be ready, bread was missing for a long while, cups were missing etc.

There is no ski room in the hotel, so we had to take our equipment with us to our room.

The hotel is divided into two sections, and getting to the rooms in the "other" section is like a maze - long and confusing.

The location is great, maybe 300 yards from the town ski gondola, pretty much as central as it gets.

- There was no ski equipment room, so I had to carry my gear to the room.
- The room was very far from the entrance, and I had to go through three elevators and hidden doors (it was like a journey).
- On some days, there was no hot water.
- The bed was for children, with a wooden plank at the end that didn't allow me to stretch my legs.
- Additionally, dogs were barking outside all night.
- In the morning, I went to the reception with other Israelis, and everyone had the same bad experience.
- The staff was rude and not helpful at all.
- The only good things were the spa and the location of the hotel.

Me, my wife, dad, and 2 children stopped in this lovely hotel. Incredible location. 2 minutes from the gondola, smack bang in the centre with easy access to everywhere. The hotel was spotless, and the pool, gym, sauna facilities were incredible. Out of all the destinations and hotels I have stopped in when skiing this one is the best. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, warm, spotless and offer fantastic views.

What a scam! A hotel still stuck in the 1980's has never been upgraded the lift omg they are dangerous . Staff talk in front of clients in their native language as you are complaining. Like I payed ( in full €184.76,) for a room in the hotel 2 nights B&B, what did they want to put me in a room next to the hotel without the use of lift when I suffered with my back. After complaining that the stairs were too much for me. They said the hotel is full and the only room left was a room in the 4th floor right in the corner above the kitchen chimney with the extractor noise felt in side of the room. It wasn't totally prepared for any guest. I went down to reception to ask for , and other shower gown ( as there was only one), shower gel which came in the next morning when I asked the maid. All keys in the floor were by card except this room. Knowingly it is not really used for paying guests. Went down for breakfast the next day at 9:20 half of the items, when I asked the waiter for bacon he sarcastically said finished. The a cook came out and I asked him again for bacon and bread which he brought more in. To use the lift it's by a dongle one for each room. My stay in Bulgaria was great except for Bansko. I will not recommend it to other clients sorry.

While the director of this hotel is A. Kolas, I don't recommend anyone use its services. Five people were detained in Belarus because of this fruit. He himself fled. Unfortunately, my vacation was ruined. We liked the location, but still only one star.

Last time I was here some years ago. The hotel has had a massive upgrade. The rooms are much better, very clean and modern. Only issue in the rooms is the shower drain didn't work good so the water wouldn't flush. The breakfast, HUGE UPGRADE, tasty cheeses, very very good coffee machine, fresh bread and fresh eggs vegetables olives.. The spa is the highlight. Pool, sauna, gym.. Will not choose other hotel when in bansko.

Stayed here in Mar 24, there is plenty of accommodation in Bansko so it is a bit of a lucky dip. Hotel is well located for the main gondola station. The rooms are very 80's and basic, we had an apartment so thought we could cook something simple or at least make a hot drink in the 'kitchen'. I think there were 2 cups and a kettle and nothing else. I recommend you book breakfast with your room as you would not want to bother with going shopping for it and making it yourself unless you bring bowls and plates and some cutlery on holiday. The breakfast was an interesting multicultural spread but you can have a good feed ready for the day. There was only a singke 2 slice toaster working the whole week we were there, it had 3 toasters out but only 1 worked so the queue for the toaster was a bit like the queue for the gondola. The coffee machine was like queuing for a 4 person chair lift. The pool and spa area is a great part of the hotel and makes up for the tired looking rooms. The gym is compact but there is enough in there for a workout if you want to. The bar has a good pool table and some comfy seats if you want a chilled put evening away from the bars in town. Overall not a bad hotel for the price. clean towels most days and plenty of toilet rolls provided for some reason, but do not be fooled by the pictures,
