The staff was really nice. The food was very delicious. The lobby bar was cosy and comfortable, there was also a small place with children facilities, which was great for us. The price was fair.
Only the pool and the Spa Center were not very clean and there was a smell of moisture. The kids got some alergic reaction.
Except this we were very happy staying there.

If you come here looking for a chill and relaxing spa experience like me, this is not the place. They have one pool which is coldish - 28 degrees, and smells insanely like chlorine or some sort of disinfectant. Tbh i didn't mind the temperature that much, the main issue was that there was a bunch of 20 smth old guys who kept screaming at the top of their lungs, laughing loudly, jumping in the pool, and occupying the jacuzzi for hours. And it's a tiny jacuzzi, only 4 spots. Despite the fact that there were written rules on the spa that you're supposed to occupy it for 45 minutes top, not make noise or jump in the pool...
An employee came to check on us at some point and just asked them if everything is ok, after they confirmed the employee went out without inquiring for our wellbeing at all or making any remark to them for breaking the hotel's rules.
But yeah, if you want to be a noisy annoying nuisance somewhere, apparently that's the place.
On the second floor there are 2 saunas and a steam bath. However, the chilling lounge in front of them where you're supposed to lie down and cool off, STINKS. It srsly smells suffocating of mold and stuff like this. The chairs are always wet, like why did they put pillows on top...
The saunas are good but the steam bath smelled even worse than the chilling lounge. It literally smelled like mold and wet dogs. We were the only people that dared to spend some time there during our stay but even we couldn't stand it for long.
As for the rooms, they're okay. You can tell they put some money into building the hotel initially but they're totally cutting expenses on the upkeep. It doesn't look very clean anywhere, there are certain things that are falling apart, like the glass wall in the bathroom, some of the wooden boards in the sauna, missing pieces of isolation around the pool, etc. I feel like they don't have a proper manager to just go around the place and note for which issues to call maintenance.
On the bright side, the lobby looks nice, the location isn't too bad either and it was pretty quiet inside. We had an amazing breakfast there, they literally had everything and most things were yummy, aside from the fried eggs which were bitter from the overused oil.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was very tasty, with a wide variety of options to choose from every morning.

The room was big, comfortable, and very clean, with an excellent mountain view.

The hotel offers a large, free parking area, which is very convenient. The location is great — close to the center of Bansko and also near the ski center. Hotel also offer free transportation to Ski center.

For families, this place is perfect. There is a playground for children, which our two kids really enjoyed. The swimming pool and spa center are free, including a jacuzzi — everything was very clean and nicely heated.

Overall, a great choice for families. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again.

During our stay, we experienced several maintenance and service issues that caused concern. The swimming pool area requires urgent attention, as the floor drains are damaged and have sharp edges. Unfortunately, my children slipped and their legs went into the broken drain; thankfully, they only sustained minor scratches, but the situation could have been much more serious.
Additionally, the room cleanliness and general maintenance did not meet expected standards. Several light bulbs were not functioning and had not been replaced, and for two consecutive days there was no hot water available for showering.
Regarding breakfast, we found the organization and quality to be lacking. Some items appeared undercooked, including the bread, small pies, and fried eggs, which raised concerns about food safety. The breakfast area was not well managed, with limited quantities available for the number of guests. For example, there was only one container of milk, which required guests to wait for refills. Many items were cold, suggesting they had been prepared in advance, and there were no warmers in place to keep the food at an appropriate temperature.
Overall, these issues affected the comfort and safety of our stay, and we hope they will be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

We were here two years ago when we discovered their restaurant and this is definitely the highlight of the hotel! They have the best bulgarian food in Bansko. Two years later, we are back in the restaurant enjoying chicken kavarma, kebabcheta with lyutenitsa, french fries with sirene (white cheese) and ayran - all very delicious, smiling personnel and good prices! 5 out of 5 for the restautant!

I arrived at the hotel at 16:00, only to find out that my room wasn’t ready. I had to wait 20 minutes, and when they finally gave me a different room, it was also dirty. When I asked if they were joking, they bizarrely blamed the cleaning staff, saying they were gypsies, as if that explained the poor cleanliness. It was shocking and completely inappropriate to blame the ethnicity of their workers for the hotel's shortcomings.

Eventually, they gave me a clean room, but it didn’t make up for the outdated condition of the place. Nothing seemed to have been renovated for at least 30 years. The hotel was much worse than advertised. I knew the price was low, but I didn’t expect it to be *that* bad. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Bansko. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re on an extremely tight budget.

There was NO ventilation in the bathroom. Other guests were smoking in their rooms and our bathroom smelled like weed and cigarettes during our whole visit. The bathtub drain was clogged. The restaurant didn't have enough seating space and the food choice was poor. Overall the room felt really old, dirty, smelly and unpleasant. Don't recommend this place.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. First of all, the room was dirty with dust on the furniture and stains on the carpet. The bathroom had mold in the corners, and the towels looked old and worn out. The staff was rude and unhelpful, barely acknowledging my requests and making me feel like an inconvenience. The worst part was the noise — I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The amenities listed on the website were either broken or nonexistent, and the breakfast was cold and tasteless. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Rooms are old, carpet was dirty. Key didn't work always and electricity cut out. Fridge didn't work. Bed sheets were not changed in 4 nights spent there. Towels were not changed, I had to ask reception. Jacuzzi didn't work in 2 days out of 4. No place in the room to dry out your ski clothes except a small radiator. Rooms are not well sound insulated. Far away from any market or shop.

This is not a 4 star hotel.

On the plus side it was warm at night. Water was very hot and quickly. The shuttle bus to the gondola was always on time and has regular runs every 30 min.
