Hotels on first line in Bulgaria

I stayed at Viva Club for 9 days. The food was very good, diversified. They have the main restaurant,snack bar and also they have food and drinks at the private beach. The animators are very nice and friendly

Good food, comfortable rooms. The beach is pretty far from the hotel, a 20 min walk or 10 min trip with the shuttle bus. I recommend it for families or couples.

We were her at the start of June and it was really nice. There are not many guests at the moment and the atmosohere is very relaxing. The food is really good, considering the fact that We were app 50 guests

Plus: - clean rooms - pleasant atmosphere - good food - all inclusive quality drinks which is ok considering it`s an all inclusive hotel (local brand spirits + vines, draft beer is really good) - friendly personnel - good quality beach and beach bar

The private beach is 10 Minuten walking distance and There is a bar on the beach too. We gonna Come back for sure, maybe in august or September

Super hotel. Food excellent and varied Rooms beautiful , swimming pool a may small but very clean staff nice. Small flat on activities as much during the day as in the evening.

The hotel overall was clean and safe, a little bit further from the sea (about 10 minute walk), but it was not a problem

There is a pool in the hotel but the water is pretty cold, also a store in the parking lot + resturants within 50 meters

Hotel is good for the price but if you have a little more you could get a better hotel in sunny beach

We had unlimited drinks so we tasted everything they had and every drink was good ( our favourite was their "Balkan" drink). Food was great, but every day there was about 80% of the same foods, the rest was different

We were there as all inclusive guests during this summer holidays and it was really great, the staff was really friendly, nice and was always there for us

The hotel is clean and cozy, the staff is fantastic, and the food is wonderful, we will come back again!!! :)

The breakfast was the most abundant in the place where I stayed during this period! The room was not big and the facilities were good, but there were no slippers. I was not used to it and asked them for them later

The shower room is very spacious. Everything is freshly renovated. Separately, it is necessary to note the buffet. The only downside is the parking. But, although in the very center, by the sea, it already speaks volumes

There are cafes, small shops, the embankment, and the beach nearby. The only downside is the noise from the music in the evening until 2 a. Probably from the casino or restaurant on the top floor

Great location, close to everything, excellent service. The staff is nice and helpful. Since the place is in the center, the entire city celebration and decibels are easily heard, but they last until 23:30 at the most

Only one annoying thing was that the night life lovers shout loudly at night. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but the quality does not suffer much from this

there is a microwave available if anyone wants to heat up their dinner as I heard a few people complaining the food was cold. Suggestion that they leave the lids on the trays. Pool area is very nice always spotless

We went off season so it was quiet. Rooms cleaned regularly, reasonable all inclusive drinks. Food edible but always lukewarm and fairly bland. Pork, chicken and fish every meal with good choice of salads

The pool area is an absolute sun trap. Even when windy there's barely a breeze and most of the many sunbeds are in the sun all day. There's also a shaded seating area

Great area as huge sandy beach but suspect it gets rammed later in the season. Most desk staff friendly and helpful

30 in the morning and were surprised to be given a trolley load of food kept chilled and wrapped up, a very thoughtful gesture. As for entertainment going in early May means the season hasn't officially started

There are 2 bars; one by the pool and another in the lobby, both serving good quality local drinks as well as premium brands. The prices for premium drinks are significantly lower than the *****

Really surprised at the lack of research people do about Sunny Beach then take to Trip Advisor to moan. Sunny Beach is a very busy and lively resort. There are lots of bars and clubs. It is a place people go to party

Overall I enjoyed my experience at the Kuban hotel, the room was spotless and the pools and slides were great as described and fun when the weather allowed

Sadly I went at the end of the season so the weather was terrible and all tourist attractions and shops and bars had closed but this is no fault of the hotel

Did feel that the bed linen needed changing more often. Reported to reception and within half an hour, a maintenance man came and fixed it. There was a fridge and hair dryer which was handy

Theres a good selection of all inclusive drinks 13hrs a day and no strict rules on limits or taking drinks to your room

Sunny Beach is a huge resort, with quieter areas for people not wanting the busy nightlife. The moral of this is to do a bit of research

One of the few hotels that work is not in season. Good hotel for the price.

Hotel very clean, staff are friendly and food is very good and bed is comfortable. Overall very satisfactory. The hotel is situated in close to shops, bars and restaurants with music

The hotel was in the perfect area close to the strip (flower street) and the beach

Brilliant place just a shame about the food as it was the same food the whole 7 days we were there nothing changed and was even given the same foods for lunch and dinner

We were with my mother for the first time this year from 9. It took about 1 hour to drive from the airport to the hotel

Would stay here again all inclusive but go out for evening meals as it is cheap outside hotel

The pool on the roof is small, but they do have a number of sunbeds

We were recommended Nessebar by a travel agent and it's not disappointed as a resort; think Dubrovnik without the hassle when you're in the old town across the causeway which is an easy walk from the Sol Marina Palace hotel

Been to Bulgaria several times before but mostly in the mountain area, Sofia and Plovdiv. Nice hotel, yes, the pool is small but perfectly adequate for a nice jump in and cool off

That one quibble aside, I'd recommend this adults only hotel and it's older demographic over a stay anywhere in Sunny Beach!

I'd recommend trying to get on the odd numbered side of the building which also overlooks the old town; if you can get to the back of any given floor (101 or 102 in that floor plan would be ideal but same applies on floors 2, 3 and 4) then you'd have a quieter time all things considered

We were in room 120 (see floor map attached) which while comfortable with a nice bathroom and effective AC was immediately above the lobby bar and it's outdoor area on on end and overlooked the lobby atrium at the other end so it wasn't the quietest room at times

Amazing Summer Holiday The beach is less than an 8-minute walk from the hotel. The food was varied, even though some dishes were repeated often

Honestly, this is the freshest and most delicious bread I’ve had in a long time – you must try it (but don’t eat too much 😉). The staff here are incredibly kind, polite, and professional

(There was quite a bit of dill, but that might be a regional habit—nothing terrible. ) The hotel staff were very kind, always willing to help, and everyone could communicate in English

The all-inclusive drink selection was very diverse. The bartenders were young and very skilled. A special thank-you goes to bartender Viktorio, who is a true professional

I arrived at the hotel around 11am, and to my surprise, they offered me lunch at 12 – such a lovely welcome! Everything has been amazing so far

We spent most of our days around the adult’s only pool, which was fantastic, and also enjoyed a day at the private beach. One of the first things we noticed was just how clean the hotel was

A really nice personal touch was the free mini bar, which was a lifesaver for bottled water. The private beach was also lovely, made even better by the little hut where you could grab food and drinks

We had a great time at the Voya Beach hotel. The staff was friendly , the facilities are great and diverse

The pool bar was amazing the staffs there did an incredible job and were always smiling and friendly

The only two negatives we experienced were that the slides were closed for two days without any notice, which was a bit frustrating (although not the end of the world), and that there was a convention taking place at the hotel during our stay

At times, we felt a bit overlooked as holidaymakers, especially in the dining areas, where the convention guests seemed to be prioritised. That said, we would still recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay

Found it strange that the people complaining were the first down for breakfast, the first round the pool and the first getting drinks at 10

Awesome hotel and great all inclusive. The entertainment was the best love Pepe and his team we are definitely going back. Enjoyed the holiday immensely

We went has the season was ending so some thing like the on site shop was closed but still great. The food was what we expected has plenty of choice and the snack bar was great in between meals

There is no parking lot. The parking lot next to the hotel is ********* ********* for some reason. There is no place on the ground anyway. It is close to the sea but there are no sun loungers or umbrellas in the sea.

Overall, a good hotel in a great location. Very good breakfast. During our stay, the outdoor pool was closed for part of the time due to murky water. There is also an indoor pool at the hotel.

I had a very pleasant experience visiting this hotel on my solo trip. What caught my eye was the food there - and it was served really well. The kitchen staff did excellent and I would highly recommend anyone to visit.

I was not a guest there but I walked into the lobby and asked for help with finding a local car rental and the clerk was very helpful she searched on Google and called to make sure they have cars available.

The pool area was fantastic, with free sun beds and a pool bar always available. The hotel's location was perfect - just 2 minutes from the beach and right on the main walking route

Fairly basic hotel, clean enough and in a decent location. The pool is shared with the adjacent hotel, but it is huge, so plenty of space. Breakfast is very good and recommended

Our stay at Hotel Slavyanski was quite enjoyable. My wife and I stayed for 7 days, and we loved every bit of it. The room was spacious, tidy, and clean, equipped with an AC, mini fridge, closet, sofa, and a telly

But what truly made our stay great was the staff. They were super friendly, kind, and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed

There's no kids club or any kind of entertainment or activities, but places with evening entertainment nearby

Private beach belonging to the hotel is one of the biggest perks of this hotel. I've always found at least one free sunbed every time I visited it

There's also a beach bar there, it consists of a coffee machine, soft drinks dispenser and a beer tap. Sadly no toilet or a water tap to wash sand down from your feet on the beach

The beach is located right next to the hotel. Really, the location of the hotel was very good. It was also close to the center of Golden Sands, including bars and clubs

Some people said that they couldn't sleep because they heard parties at night - and yes, you can definitely hear them if you sleep with an open window, but if you close the balcony door you don't hear a thing

I didn't mind these noises at all, if anything they even helped me sleep haha. The hotel also has two pools - 1 outdoor and 1 indoor

Overall, the hotel was very nice and quiet. By the pool, I noticed that some guests reserved sunbeds with towels and then did not use them throughout the day

It was very easy to look after the kids. The beach and the shops were also just literally outside of the hotel. What we also found amazing was the very professional, helpful and polite staff

As a family with two small kids (1 year and 7 years old) we had everything what we needed. A pool for us and a pool for the kids, play area next to the kids pool and the restaurant

Because of this, it was sometimes difficult to find a sunbed in the shade, which was really frustrating. The hotel should definitely find a solution to this issue

its super close to the beach and great atmosphere at the pool. Only downside was the WiFi is not great. but at least the kids didn't spend much time on the iPads. and the elevators are not great with long waiting times

I went in Burgas beach with my friends, the animation team made my vacation, really nice people, the food was amazing too I came here last year and the food this year is better , I'm happy they are improving, rooms are clean and I can't say one bad thing about the hotel

Great resort! Pros: - clean - HUGE apartments - 2 bathrooms in each apartment - very nice pools - great view from the resort to the sea - breakfast offers a lot of options and it's self serve Cons: - Sometimes a bit hard to find parking on premises, and you night need to park outside the resort

It was a great stay, perfect for a family getaway. The kids had great fun in the large selection of pools, food was very good and the views absolutely perfect.

Location is perfect as it was year ago. Personal was polite, room was spacious, view from the room, restaurant and pool is amazing. The resort definitely is not maintained well

All facilities are already old and not maintained in the years. Stairs to the beach( "the eco trail") are destroyed by the heavy rain and not maintaining properly

So the road to the beach is with car or with shuttle, but the personal is too lazy and you have to push them for the shuttle if is not much people want to go the beach

During the full season the pools should be crowded. Also in the beginning & end of summer, a pool with heated warm water would be required

Security Guard sits on the Beach access point & the Pool Lifeguard really needs a personality transplant. If he won the £200M Lotto Jackpot he would not smile ! Blunt & miserable chap

I had a wonderful stay at Effect Grand Victoria Hotel. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms, a great atmosphere, and excellent amenities

The only problem I have here was Sozopol the city its little far the rest is good the boss is very kind person, the food is good, the beach is good ,the staff specially in reception is amazing, the swimming pool is clean , our room was regularly clean I think is pretty good for Bulgaria

It's not 1 line, to the sea 5 minutes walk, the food is mostly disgusting, dirty glasses, with lipstick, a very large number of rooms and staff unable to cope with high-quality cleaning of rooms, communal toilets, etc

Stayed here for a week, found it a bit of a let down, the 2 slides are only on at certain times, hardly any staff speak English, Food is cold every night and not a great choice, and everyday during our stay approximately 50 kids turned up for some kind of summer camp about 3 times a day and filled half the pool which spoilt it for the kids who have paid to stay here

At the beginning of June our family had a great week at the hotel Planeta. The food in the restaurant was delicious, fresh and all tastes. Lots of meat and seafood dishes and lots of fresh fruits , vegetables and sweets
