Staff are not smiley food is mostly cold and horrible however like how close it is to the shops and beach but staff could be more helpful.

But in the evening everything was fine – the food in the dining hall was delicious, it was clean, and everything was constantly being cleaned and washed. I would come back again!! Thank you!!!

Clean apartment, nice pools, good food. The Italian a la cart reasurant is excellent. The beach is near and there is a beach bar. Really nice animators- Dinko, Beny and Gabby. Program for children and adults

Then she just pointed us in the direction of our room on the third floor, and we had to find it ourselves with a heavy suitcase. We were tired, hungry, and disappointed

Food is good and we were upgraded to an apartment after booking a double room on arrival which was a nice surprise. Also in a good location, close to the beach and lots of shops, stores and entertainment

I stayed with my daughter at the end of September. We arrived at the hotel after a long trip, but we were not welcomed kindly at all

And speaking of the beach, the toilet there was absolutely horrifying — one of the worst parts of the entire hotel experience. It was dirty, neglected, and far below any acceptable standard

Our stay in the hotel was absolutely pleasant, this was the best vacation we had. While the hotel base is questionably 5 stars, we enjoyed such peaceful and quiet stay that all minor flaws were easily omitted

Most important for us was that there were no queues in the restaurant whatsoever ( we had negative experience with that in better hotels). The pools are very clean, there are always chairs and shade available

The beach is a beauty, clean sand and water, perfect view and location. We enjoyed the entertainment for children and adults, especially the dancers

The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, it was cleaned every day by a very nice lady, who changed towels and sheets every day and made small surprises for our good mood

The food was very tasty and while some of the items were the same every day, we always found something new to taste. The Bulgarian corner was especially good, with very tasty cooked traditional food

Not only is the overall atmosphere nice but especially the pools and sauna overlooking g the sea make you feel truly relaxed. The outdoor pool wiyh mineral water was nice in the cold weather

Beautiful hotel, pools. Great service, delicious coffee creamer, which you can order at the bar and drink on the balcony with a perfect sea view.

Spacious room, spectacular view, warm welcome, very nice SPA center and swimming pool with hot mineral water. Conference hall and options for a nice coffee break. You can easily visit the city of Varna during your stay

They have a mineral water swimming pool outside and a spa centre indoors, which is also fantastic. I would like to say massive thank you to all the team and can I honestly say that I will be back soon

A very pleasant place to relax! The hotel is cozy, and the spa area really impressed me – the sauna with a sea view and the salt room were amazing. The atmosphere is calm, and you can truly unwind

Also, the pizza at the beach restaurant was incredible! 🍕 I recommend the Capricciosa, but keep in mind the restaurant closes at 6:00 PM, so don’t miss it

On our first day here, we visited Azzuro, the restaurant next to our hotel, and were warmly welcomed by the sweetest, kindest, smiling lady

The best restaurant in Sunny Beach. Welcoming and friendly staff, they are actually happy to see you! Cocktails are always on happy hour two for one!!! Food is fresh and delicious! Can't wait to go back! Yummy!

Menu is similar to most In Sunny Beach, but the food and drinks/ cocktails are very good value and good quality. The cocktails and Irish coffees get stronger as you go

If I could I would rate this place 6 stars We were only at the restaurant but it was so cheap I thought it would be terrible but it was so good it would worth 3* the price, The service was fast and the waitress was kind, the world needs more places like this

Amazing fish, fresh and well cooked! Probably the most friendly restaurant in this area:) sincere and respectful people, great service! If will ever come again to Bulgaria, definitely visit Azurro Barbeque again!

I have stayed in many hotels in Sunny Beach and this hotel, was the most amazing value for money. It was clean, comfortable, and has good varied food and drinks. The staff were polite, welcoming and efficient

Perfect place for families with kids. Many pools, large gold sand beaches, not crowded, nice and quiet people. All the time in the world to rest and gain strenght.

After a few teething problems everything was sorted and fine. I would recommend not coming at the end of season, though. It is so depressing watching the hotel shut down. The staff were, without fail, excellent

Just returned from a two week stay, self catering. We were lucky to be in block G and had a ground floor exclusive sea view, which meant we could walk straight out to the pool and to the beach

Lovely apartment, fab views,staff nice, our kettle broke and was replaced straight away ,all pools and restaurants good , only downfall was pots and pans, cutlery were not clean had to wash them before we could use them but not really an issue for us

It right on the beach, food is ok, nothing much to do in the area. Paid parking outside 10 Leva, inside complex more. They have free sunbeds at the many pools which you can take to the beach. It is nice for relaxing.

The pool and beach facilities were fantastic, and staff were always polite and helpful. Food and drink in both the town and hotel were good value, with money going a long way compared to the UK

Great hotel with 4 swimming pools. Delicious food and nice atmosphere (seafood dinner and every day pizza the best). Service in the restaurant and bartenders fast and very friendly

It's very kid-friendly, with large pools, an aqua park, and playgrounds for the little ones. The beach bar was a nice touch too

The deluxe rooms have everything you need. Two toilets 🚻, balcony, air conditioning. AC is very gentle and well placed. They are for small kids and for adults. Ten minutes walk to the beach ⛱️

Staff was very nice, but they were not really prepared to accommodate someone eating gluten free (despite the website and my email exchange)

Plus: - good and variated food - clean rooms - very nice and relaxing pools with mineral water Minus: No aquatic park available, although it appears in hotel promotion, the room was not like in pictures and without pillows and, not at least, this hotel is far away for its own status of "ultra-all inclusive"

A great place for the family. As a 65+ solo traveller I have felt safe ,both around the location and the beach. September is very quiet here especially for a chill out holiday.

This hotel provides great location the stuff always smiles and is friendly great kitchen.The hotel manager is very kind and polite person.Really nice location to stay.

Visible will be miserable mount,ventilation down the boxes from under products. One broken Elevator to wait for the lift-faster to walk up or down the most. I suggest a trip to the fair of fur and leather

The best restaurant manager*****

The only need in the morning,before Breakfast,to book yourself a sunbed (towel throw), otherwise near our hotel booked and will have to go look all over the beach. The best time for booking at 9 am

Beach clean,put umbrellas,chairs. The entrance to the sea is not very convenient due to the presence of stones. The whole hotel complex built for the entertainment of children

😊 The food on the bufet was cold and no taste. The chef made a bad comment saying that romanians eating to much. of course if the food is not good you need to try something else. On the end was a bad EXPERIENCE

Overall the hotel is acceptable, because most of the tourists here – the recipients of vouchers from Norilsk Nickel, as you know, gift horse in the teeth do not look

I didn't like the fact it's on all-inclusive hotel but we didn't get anything all-inclusive nothing for the Shower Empty Fridge we have to ask for Tissue , broken bed head board broken Shower we check in on the 6th and the room didn't till the Wednesday the room only Clean when we check out

The pool and the atmosphere of the pool is also great for kids and families. I believe this hotel could be better managed to get up there to 4 stars. You can tell the lack of staff in some points of your stay

Clean hotel, helpful staff, excellent food for all tastes, swimming pool for children and adults. Unfortunately the distance to the beach is crossed in 10-15 min

The cozy rooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with all the comforts you could need for a relaxing stay. The attentive staff goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels like a valued member of the family

All in all, we felt good, but I think there is a great potential there that is not exploited. Cleaning and some urgent repairs would improve this. And, answering emails would also improve the relationship with the client

It is a 3-star hotel, by no means a 5-star hotel. The rooms look good, they are spacious, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the bathroom fills with water every time you shower and the toilet bowl moves

The services are 3 stars maximum. There is a coffee machine in the room, but the coffee is for a fee. There are no chopsticks with which to chew your coffee sugar

Accommodation in vila was a very nice surprize( premiere and lux, standard just ok). Facilities are very nice, plenty of pools and the beach easy to reach

I visited Therma ECO Village in October 2023, after the main season – most of the hotels in the area were already closed, so I could enjoy pure nature and empty beaches near the hotel

Everything was just perfect! The reception staff , the restaurant staff very pleasant, kind and friendly! Just 30m from the beach!

I recently stayed at hotel Ambassador for just one night, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and professional

Though my stay was short, I had time to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning. The location was also convenient

No cleaning, no making up of beds, even after saying it to the staff and reception, they just cleared the dustbins, no other cleaning at all

However, the entertainment for kids was great (slides, pools, playground, trampolines & animation team) - which I suppose is what matters most!

Fantastic for the kids (sides, pools, animation / kids club, trampolines etc), great beach nearby. However service, cleanliness of the property, food/service was okay

Summer holiday Great family stay

On paper it has everything, however when you're actually there it feels very crowded and a bit "rough around the edges

" That being said, everything was fine in terms of food/service - nothing special or above and beyond in any way

We would not return due to how crowded everything was - difficult to walk through Pool lounges, dinning areas, reception etc. Felt like sardines crammed into a small space most of the time

Our stay at Ralitsa Aqua Club was an absolute delight! The hotel provided a perfect blend of relaxation and fun. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived

A special mention goes to the bartender, whose exceptional service and friendly demeanor added an extra touch of enjoyment to our evenings. Their skill in crafting delicious cocktails was truly impressive

This year they decided to change the staff with people from Asian countries and the guys from Kazakhstan were excellent, smily and ok. But they also changed the kitchen staff with Turkish chefs and whatever they were

The entertainment staff was better this year than the last few( really made an effort to keep vacationers happy) However. they have increased the cost and they have decreased the value by a huge amount

You hardly had any meat that was from an animal you recognise. Most of it was the meat grilled the meal before or the day before cut in small bits and mixed with leftover potatoes from the day before

I have always been happy and content with the choice because it used to be a sure bet for a successful, troublefree, experience. That is untill this year! The rooms were the same as ever

pool area was good, but not enough sunbeds. I'd say around 50 beds only, and they were all taken by 9/10 am. then the beach would be the only option. Hotel layout was some wierd

Great location, frontline at the beach, friendly and helpful staff, great atmosphere, a lot of different activities during the day, plenty to keep you busy for the day

The animation was amazing! They had different features every night with special guests. The beach was near with enough sun beds and umbrellas.

Absolutely no complaints about staff, facilities or location for an all-inclusive. Possibly overpriced compared with similar options.

The beach area - sunbeds are on the second line, most with bird droppings after the night, which no one cleaned. The restaurant is a separate part that spoils all the good impressions of the hotel

Animation is good and the show programs are interesting. The sports activies are done nicely and the children are happy.

The rooms are spacious enough, all have a side view of the sea, and this is a plus. The pool is small, but suitable for children. The food is not very diverse, but sufficient

Wonderful place. The closest to the sea hotel. Modest room. Clima out of service. Noisy beach. To numerous Rumanians…

Loud music, from a nearby venue was heard in our room, booming out until midnight. None of this the fault of the hotel. Situated a short walk to the beach the location was spot on

Personally, this is the second time I choose this hotel, for several reasons: budget, the fact that it is located in a good area, close to the beach and shops

Spent two weeks here in June 2024. Our room was well presented overlooking the Black Sea with a large balcony

We stayed at the end of September, and since none of the outdoor pools are heated, all we could do is sleep and eat. We were disappointed because we went there for the waterslides and they were all closed

It would be nice for at least one small outdoor pool to have been heated. The indoor pool was lukewarm, but its depth is not suitable for toddlers

The pool area is very clean and spacious. There is a pool bar and a place where you can have snacks I highly recommend this hotel! I will gladly come back whenever I have the chance!

We went has the season was ending so some thing like the on site shop was closed but still great. The food was what we expected has plenty of choice and the snack bar was great in between meals

There you can leave a child under 3 to be entertained by well trained professionals, usually in the slots 10-12, 14-16 and 17:30-19:30. It costs extra, and must be booked a day in advance via the app

It's not a 4 star hotel persay, but still a very good experience, and it's literally right next to the beach!

My 6th time at this hotel it's rasy, friendly and clean. You get what you pay for. Expecting a 5 star hotel then find somewhere where you pay 5 star prices.

I stayed at Viva Club for 9 days. The food was very good, diversified. They have the main restaurant,snack bar and also they have food and drinks at the private beach. The animators are very nice and friendly

Good food, comfortable rooms. The beach is pretty far from the hotel, a 20 min walk or 10 min trip with the shuttle bus. I recommend it for families or couples.

We were her at the start of June and it was really nice. There are not many guests at the moment and the atmosohere is very relaxing. The food is really good, considering the fact that We were app 50 guests

The private beach is 10 Minuten walking distance and There is a bar on the beach too. We gonna Come back for sure, maybe in august or September

Super hotel. Food excellent and varied Rooms beautiful , swimming pool a may small but very clean staff nice. Small flat on activities as much during the day as in the evening.
