The pool was very much liked by the big kids, but the one for small kids is small and deep for them. We all had fun, adults, kids, babies

even the beach bar in front of the hotel would not allow us to buy drinks because we weren't on one of their packages! Seemed very stupid to us as the Hotel was actually losing money by not serving us!!!

Excellent hotel fully justifies 4 stars!

Very average hotel, nothing stands out from its own kind. The only huge plus was the location, which was completely smeared by the roaring animation speakers. The same music, which on the third day you start to hate

Spent 2 weeks here in September with my family. It was almost end of season so very quiet and not much to do except explore. This was to our liking tho as we wanted a very relaxing holiday

This was end of season holiday for us and we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and high standard the hotel was and the service was fantastic

Only downside was the swimming pools were too cold to swimming and the sea too, but we still sunbed on the beach which was fantastic

The rooms overlook the beach right on the beach no walking distance and the food and drink was gorgeous so much to choose from And the cocktails were made especially for us at the bar and the spirits are incredibly strong

Kaliakra Beach Hotel was an excellent choice for our family vacation. We spent 8 days here and thoroughly enjoyed the experience

I enjoyed it, clean beaches and nice pools. In the balcon the view is amazing. The food is good and the place for games is really fun

All inclusive was great excellent food and drink all staff were brilliant. Only faults were no comfortable seating in entertainment room sunbeds were quite uncomfortable and too low for us oldies but plenty of them

Obzor is quite a small town and not a lot to do but the hotel was nice everything you need room B206 was perfectly located with a fantastic sea view well appointed and very clean

I came here as a family of 6 and we loved it. Initially thought we had booked sunny beach but was so glad we hadn't when we saw it as Obzor is so much nicer

We stayed here for 10 days it was ok until the kids football team arrived and was running riot pushing in at the restaurant banging on doors at stupid o’clock the pool was good and the bar man was really friendly his name was valintine (not sure how you spell it)

The pool area is great as well lots of sunbeds with the pool bar open from 10-6 when we went, the bar staff were really great here

Lovely late summer break we knew it would be end of season and things would be closing but weather was great

The apartment rooms seem very dated with worn furniture and uncomfortable beds some of the plug sockets didn't work and the Aircon was practically non existent, luckily we were able to switch rooms after a few nights after complaining to reception

The life guard at the pool was lovely and managed to get us sunbeds as people had just dumped their stuff on them & left

one of my favorite hotels, the food is very good and has a lot of options, the rooms were clean, but it was far from the beach. i miss this place so much.

The restaurant food is not catered for English guests and at best is Luke warm did try eating here twice and gave up , ended up eating out the rest of the week, pool bar staff are mostly good

Overall, Mena Palace Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful holiday destination

The rooms are not perfect,but the food was great,very tasty,the facilities of the hotel are more than ok,sauna,jacuzzi,indoor pool and outdoor pool. The room was cleaned every day

The pool was not in very good condition, like a Jacuzzi-the ceiling above them, is rotten and you think that at any time will fall. Comparison of price - quality , super!

The spa is spacious and nicely designed, though it can get quite busy around the pool on weekends since there aren’t many sunbeds available

I really don't understand why the owners don't update the information about the hotel. It is a top 5 stars hotel, not 3 stars as it is written. I've been to 34 countries, and this is the best mountain hotel ever been to

Great spa hotel. All was great except that the cleaning lady made 2 times a mistake to try to enter our room why we are inside. All other was top, food, spa, hotel.

It has also some Michelin accreditations. The service and the facilities in the hotel are the same level as the top 5 stars hotels in the Alps

Honestly, one of the best places to visit on Obzor, and the Bulgarian seaside maybe. The management is doing their job very well in terms of service, different activities, the rooms are very clean and spacious

The hotel worths 5-star rating! Nice place, polite staff, clean swimming pools, comfortable rooms. I drink high-quality all-inclusive alcohol beverages for the first time. They provide free of charge sunbeds and parasols

A few words about the location of Panorama Hotel: it is situated in the tourist and resort area of Varna. 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the port (boat trips), 5 minutes to the amusement park

There is a public transport stop, a promenade, and many seaside cafés right next to the hotel. Walking from the hotel towards the city center, you can find a working pharmacy

Since the hotel has a beach status, it would be nice to have a drying rack for swimsuits in the room

There are plenty of entertainment options and well-organised events. The view of the sea and the marina is absolutely stunning. A perfect choice for a fun-filled vacation

Exactly same food is repeated every day becomes boring at some point. Free drinks are in very very low quality

the sweeming pool is big and straight so a person can sweam w/o disturbance. anything you ask for can be supplied by the reseption like a kettle for coffee etc

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the customer care was wonderful, they really took good care of us! The food was diversified and really delicious, there was an everyday room service!! We were there for our daughter’s birthday and they prepared a surprise for her without any extra cost 🥰 We really recomand it!! Paying for a lot of things ruined it for me

I cannot fault the Bilyana beach. From the moment we arrived i felt valued. The room was fab with a Seaview, everywhere was very clean. The staff were all amazing and couldn't help enough

We’ve just had a 9 day honeymoon and it was amazing, the hotel is clean everywhere the food was amazing everyday, lots of variety, rooms are beautiful and the beds are comfortable, the drinks are brilliant but they need a local beer on tap as Bulgarian beer is amazing

I stayed with my husband for 2 weeks and we cannot fault it at all. The food was varied but there was always something to take your fancy. The entertainment was fabulous, talented and funny

The hotel definitely has a far-fetched 4-star rating. The restaurant and room service are definitely a plus. The proximity to the sea and the location for excursions, whether on trails or wild beaches, are also pluses

The terraces are cleaned regularly, the tables are cleaned regularly, the pools are clean, and the lifeguard and security are on hand. All hotel staff are polite, courteous, and friendly

Near by the ***** , for older people it can be a bit loud, beach is about 200 meter , in hotel and also opposite is market, so if you miss anything in buffet or bar you can easily buy

The location is spectacular, on the seafront! We have been going here for 5 years, every year and we love it! Beautiful gardens with lots of greenery, well maintained, many and clean swimming pools, large and clean apartments, very good food and good prices, exceptional quality-price ratio

If you walk around you'll see all sorts of plants, shrubs and landscapes. 8 different swimming pools hence happy kids. The resort is more family orientated. If you want madness Sunny Beach is nearby

A balcony with a beautiful sea view! The rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were changed. The complex was beautiful, green, and had plenty of pools

The poolside entertainment is led by wonderful people! The animators make the whole day enjoyable! The Kids Club was the perfect place to leave my daughter alone and have some time to myself during my vacation

Amazing place! Nesebar is a very cool place! The hotel was perfect! Very nice staff, super clean, really big balcony with an awesome view, comfy and clean room! The food was also fantastic, pool is pretty, and best location in my opinion! Can’t say anything bad about this place!

As a female solo traveller I loved this hotel! The location is slap bang on the beach so you are literal steps from the Black Sea

If you're coming from Burgas get a bus to Nesebar new town and the hotel is a 15mins walk from the bus stop. There are plenty of sun loungers for everyone and a small pool

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable, including very useful beach bag ! Beach umbrellas and sun beds were included

It's quiet and you don't have noisy neighbors to disturb you. The view from the terrace is of the buildings, blocks and car park which I don't think is a bad thing. It doesn't have to be towards the sea

This hotel has surprised me in a very good way. Past years i was in all inclusive hotels in Romania, Turkey, Egypt, all of them 5 stars and more expensive than this one

This hotel although not so big as the ones in Egypt for example, offers more quality for the money. Shortly said it is better than all of the above
