Great location, clean rooms and very good value for money. The food was delicious and of great variety. The beach is right across the hotel. We also explored the nearby old town of Nesebar which we found fantastic

Really close to the beach and somehow in between Neasebar Old town and Sunny Beach Center. Would be great to keep the pool opened later than 18

The hotel is 3 stars so you get what you pay. Next to pool is the best ( simple) food place and best people to serve you (with reasonable prices). If we come back it is bekose of the food place!!!

Pool area is clean and the drinks at the bar are amazing. The Barman Emil is super friendly. He have told me and my friends about the places worth to see and makes the best drinks

Incredible sea views, tranquility and beauty. A bit far from the beach but there are pools, sun loungers and a children's Playground in front of the hotel.

Very good family hotel, great location in front of the sea and close to the old town, kind personnel, swimming pool and good facilities. The food offer for the all-in formula has substantially improved!

The air conditioning runs continuously, but it is also necessary when it is over 30 degrees Celsius. The beach is easy to reach on foot

It's not a little issue but everything other was great - hotel services, pool, interiors and exteriors and the 24/7 busy main street of Sunny Beach

Wild sandy beaches are less than 1 km far away and it's impossible to avoid the busy street. Great for bigger families, group of friends etc. Nice place to enjoy vacation day and wild Bulgarian summer nightlife

It's a good hotel for the price. The best it's at the beach and has all facilities needed to spend lazy and relaxing time or sleepless night thus satisfying almost any taste

Best part about this hotel is the entertainment, vlad was great with us and anything we needed he was our first port of call and made our holiday a great laugh, will definitely come back in future

Stayed here on a lads holiday for 8 days, hotel manager and workers were all great and looked after our needs and room was cleaned everyday. The food is good and always fresh

Little disturbing was that sunbeds around the pools were always occupied (reserved with towels etc) and nobody did not seem to care

Food was varied and delicious at all meal times, however at breakfast it was especially busy and sometimes hard to find a table to sit at. The pool snack bar had excellent food choices and the food was quick to arrive

We had a lovely time at Hotel Lion as a group of 3 in August 2024. The hotel is lovely and clean, our room was spacious and comfortable with a pool view, balcony was a bit small but was still nice

The hotel is in a great location and not a long walk to get to the main ***** of Sunny Beach and the beautiful beach

I wish there was music around the pool area, it would be a nice touch, however there is music at the pool snack bar

Nice all inclusive hotel, love the food and the location to the beach with private part of it. The kids programs are very entertaining and enthusiastic. If i can go back I'll definitely go there.

The hotel has 2 separate pools (each of them had attached a baby pool to it). One is right next to the restaurant 120-180 in depth. The other one was ~100 - very convenient for small children

The pools are in different parts of the complex, offering shadow in different parts of the day. The hotel umbrellas are not enough for all guests, but there is enough space for additional umbrellas if you have one

The apartment wasn't bad (definitely not luxurious); the shower needed to be changed; the rooms were spacious, but the storage space wasn't enough; we had a lovely, big balcony; the kitchen in the room didn't have any tools, not even cups; they cleaned every 1-2 days; fresh sheets were provided once for the 8 night stay; the air-conditioning was working well

There was just one restaurant and one bar for the all 3 buildings. There were ~3 people servicing the buffet (no self service due to COVID). The line for the food was getting enormous in the most busy hours

I came to lunch in gym shorts and tshirt and they didn’t like that. Beach was the best bit, we got super lovely weather with it being around 22 to 24 degrees most days and the beach bar was a big hit with us

The hotel is far more basic than in the photos. Hotel room was pleasant enough, view not too bad over the countryside (we had opposite view from beach side)

Got a great tan and swam in the sea everyday. Cold when you first get it but so lovely after a minute

The gym at the hotel was extremely basic with not much to use or things broken and you had to get a key fob if you wanted to use it every time, so we walked into Obzor and found a fantastic basic but well equipped local gym there to use pay as you go which was very cheap

We are came to this amazing hotel for 3th time. We are really like this place for rest. Good personal from reception. Tasty food from resturats and bars. And really good work of animation team (Ivan the best )

We were in transit staying at this hotel. The position is ok being close to the seashore. The rooms are a bit shabby, the walls are corroded, you can hear what is being said in the next room

The rooms are spacious and clean and decorated/furnished with great taste. Food was always fresh and it was easy to find something to my liking each time. Beach towels, umbrellas and sunbeds were always available

Our room (101) was very comfortable, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. This is definitely a place we will return to, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday

The Reception provides towels for beach and pool. Along the time, we were guests in a lot of hotels and I can compare objectively

Food was very good - a lot of vegetables, fruits and things you can find at the All inclusive hotels - everything in smaller quantities because it is not a very big hotel. There is a pool but we didn't test it

It most annoying thing is that it is actually too close to the beach if you get the beach view room and you cannot stay on the balcony when the sea is agitated because of the noise

The sea is on a one minute walk and the beach is with soft sand and full of beautiful shells! My opinion is that this is a great family friendly place and really peaceful and beautiful

I picked this place because it had an enormous garden and its proximity to the beach since we were with a 3montthold. The animation team were incredible as well. I got the chance to rest and recharge

Beautiful place! We stayed at a Royal Vila and I was impressed by the accommodation and vibe of the place! The rooms were spacious and more than enough for family of four! The food at the restaurant was excellent

This is our 7th visit to Borovets We booked here instead of the Rila as it’s newly refurbished and just behind the Rila, you can cut through the back of the Rila for ski hire and slope access It’s a lovely cosy Alpine style hotel, much more relaxed and personal and the room was modern and large

We stayed during the month of september (13-20). A quiet location, close to the beach, the room was very spacious and clean (with huge beds). The food was very delicious, had no problems selecting each day a new meal

It is not allowed to leave towels on the sun loungers. It is possible to find sun loungers by the pool. There are no empty sun loungers on the beach by 11 o'clock

The best hotel in Balchik or even in the Black Sea coast! The staff is super friendly, the owners are the best and very accommodating. We had our wedding here and it was an amazing time

The pool was noticeably cold, which made swimming less comfortable than expected. The breakfast selection felt limited and could benefit from more variety, especially for guests staying multiple days

There is a kids play area with a climbing frame, trampoline, games and a small pool for toddlers or kids that cannot swim. Our room was very clean and tidy daily which was fantastic! Highly reccomended

The price for a week was very decent and good. Quite close to the sea and shops. The owner is extremely nice and correct

It's quiet and you don't have noisy neighbors to disturb you. The view from the terrace is of the buildings, blocks and car park which I don't think is a bad thing. It doesn't have to be towards the sea

We are very happy! We were in an apartment - large, spacious, clean. There are two working air conditioners, a TV, comfortable beds, they often come to change and fix the room/beds

First impressions were good although there is no reference to parklands hotel and pool, which is what we booked, it's actually parklands aparthotel. The rooms are really great no complaints at all so far

My key for was given to me in bits because the wooden number part had broken off. Find the correct lift as there are different lifts for different areas which wasn't totally explained

A very well-designed place with a variety of attractions for the whole family. Beautiful gardens and a clean beach. The downsides were no fan in the bathroom and all the moisture staying within the flat

A very good combination of aqua park, swimming pool, saunas, parks, sea, entertainment. The price is overestimated: about 300 euros per night for one adult and three children (9,7,6 years old)

The old key-lock safe cost €10/day, and things like inflatable beach rides, mini golf, PlayStation area, all required additional payment

The quality of the food is good. Negative side is that the variaty between the meals is not big. All other cocktails and drinks are with low quality. Water in the pool was ok but it could be better filtered

We asked for a birthday song to play on lunch but they probably forgot to play it. But some of the rooms were pretty far away from reception and the restaurant a worst of all the far away rooms didn’t have wifi

Amazing ! You can pay 20bgn per person for the access to an equipped beach, a natural swimming pool, a swimming pool with a magnificent sea view and a great park! perfect to spend half a day, very relaxing and clean.

A stunning natural spot on the Black Sea with a rocky beach and incredible views. The clean, untouched coastline and clear water make it perfect for swimming, relaxing, or enjoying the sunset

And they always upgrade us because we go out of season. You often see dolphins in the bay when you dine in the restaurant by the pool 😉

If you're from the UK expect mistreatment! She totally ruins it really bossy and sour. We have stayed here several times before she worked here and it was much better. We mainly stay for the location and views

We will definitely come back during the summer! Guests get free breakfast, free parking, access to the gym and two outdoor pools. There is also a paid sauna and a tennis court (though we haven’t tried it yet
