Hotels with sea view in Bulgaria

The room was perfect for our family of 4 which included a 3 year old and 6 month old. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The food was to your all inclusive standard

We had to pay 100 euros extra to keep the room for a few more hours on the day of checkout, which I find outrageous given that this is about hygiene and preventing the children from infecting others in public areas

We were so excited to come on this holiday after doing a day trip to the water park last year in August. We were not disappointed this time around. The hotel was amazing, clean, fresh and a perfect fit for families

This was at the end of August, when the water had been naturally heated by the sun for several months – yet they were absolutely freezing. To the point where your lips turn blue after about 10 minutes in the water

This was extremely disappointing, as the whole purpose of the trip is sun and swimming. There is one wave pool in the water park that is around 23°C and manageable

All the others are without a doubt around 20°C, including the children’s pool. So if warm pool temperatures are important to you, this is not the right place

Easter time with such a great experience. All in one! No need to move around . Lot of choices, rooms very comfortable and we have enjoyed the sea view as well. Food was great!

We’ll never forget Ozan, the amazing skater waiter who not only makes delicious cocktails but also wows everyone with his skating tricks — such a unique touch! We’d also like to thank Krasi at the reception for her constant kindness and helpfulness, and Luboslav, the bellboy who greeted us with such warmth upon arrival — our first impression of the hotel could not have been better

We especially want to thank Ani and Ivi, who were always kind and inclusive, and even spoke a bit of Romanian, which our daughter loved! Evenings were full of energy and entertainment, with talented performers and a great atmosphere

The Turkish dishes there were delicious, and we must give a special mention to Hamza, the incredibly welcoming waiter who always greeted us with a big smile and made us feel right at home

Very high level hotel! One of the best I've been. Very grand, luxurious and clean. Food was good, more on the moderate side as variety, but very good and tasty. Pool area are was big but still crowded

We are really touched by the staff who helped us because we had a punctured tyre. The car rental company will not change our car be ayse they are based in Sofia. There is no spare tyre and no proper gear

New, clean and nice hotel. The buffet breakfast and dinner are amazing with variety of options to choose from and very delicious. My only cons is the staff - most of which seems to be under training.

If not for Hristiyan, we would not be able to drive the car at all. He helped us remove the punctured tyre, drove us to the tyre shop and communicated with the owner (who doesn't speak English)

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were welcoming, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

Spa was very nice, although there are better in Bulgaria. Maybe if there was one or two extra saunas would be nice. The salt room was paid for unknown for me reasons

The all inclusive food was of a good standard and all the staff we found to be friendly the only bar is in the restaurant offering good quality spirits larger wines soft drinks from 11-10pm the other bar is franchised

5th Year They have started upgrading, the pool is brilliant again, it seems the rooms are being redecorated etc. Staff great, the Fenix restaurant is ok for simple good food

The hotel is no longer 4 star I would place it at 2 or 3 at best for the money it delivers it’s old and needs a little tlc we have done 2 luxury breaks this was a quick getaway location is great 10 min walk from local bus stops and sunny beach I can highly recommend this as a budget friendly break away

After waking in the morning the room was clean and the musty smell had gone apart from the stain on the 90s sofa I’d just bin these replace. Apart from the hotel rooms being extremely dated we have slept well

meal times on the door there isn’t massive choice and minimal choice on desserts but again we go back to the price go with an open mind it’s not 4star anymore but it’s a bargain holiday if your in a budget

It is not 4star anymore it’s an older hotel I would put it at a 2 3 star which reflects the price you pay we got a great deal meaning if we didn’t like the food we could always eat out

Best part about this hotel is the entertainment, vlad was great with us and anything we needed he was our first port of call and made our holiday a great laugh, will definitely come back in future

Stayed here on a lads holiday for 8 days, hotel manager and workers were all great and looked after our needs and room was cleaned everyday. The food is good and always fresh

Drinks available all day and staff are friendly

Wild sandy beaches are less than 1 km far away and it's impossible to avoid the busy street. Great for bigger families, group of friends etc. Nice place to enjoy vacation day and wild Bulgarian summer nightlife

Our all-inclusive was same whole week, same breakfast, lunch and dinner offer every day. I'm also not sure about the sources of food but food was just a only problem for me

It's not a little issue but everything other was great - hotel services, pool, interiors and exteriors and the 24/7 busy main street of Sunny Beach

Room service ladies are always nice and cleaned up really well. There are many kids and French people, but it is not that disruptive, you will learn to live with them. The animators are wonderful as well

I love being on this beach, the staff are friendly, and I always feel safe and protected because they are always walking around, the only thing is that there are not enough mattresses provided

The animation team truly brings the place to life. Special shoutout to Mila – she’s an absolute star! So friendly, full of energy, and great with both kids and adults. My kids still talk about her and the mini disco

and the rooms are cleaned well, too. the location isnt the best, and i won't recommend if you have a baby or a toddler

Had no problems with the change of bed linen and towels. Elevators with a slight delay worked, but it is a trifle. If anyone wants the sea to go on holiday, let no doubt. For children every day animators worked

Great time with family! We just back yesterday. We had room with beautiful view on mountains and sea (7 level). Amazing food - A lot of different dishes on breakfast, luch and dinner

The Windows looked out on the sea, the noise of the rolling waves - it's better than the hum of passing cars, as it was sometimes of other journeys

There is a fitness club on the territory of Elenite Villas. The only thing that complained by other guests - is the fact that you can't wait for the bodice for those who lived on the upper floors

Very nice hotel, especially if You are vacationing with children. It is included along with the neighbouring hotels in the same group, allowing guests to enjoy the many services and other hotels

The place is clean, you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to bars, restaurants, drinks, food, snacks the lot. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always take the time to say hello

Now to address the title… Me and my friend, both 15 female have came to this hotel with my family and we really enjoyed the water slides, HOWEVER

There are three lifeguards, perhaps more we haven’t interacted with, who need some serious backround checks

They even gave me a diploma for winning the table tennis contest and announced it at the microphone, it was a touching moment for me. The hotel is under renovation and is being rebranded as Hotel Regina

The rooms were a bit dated, but the view of the sea from the 14th floor was impressive. The rest of the hotel looked very good. The pool supposedly had mineral water, indeed I didn't feel excessive chlorine

It was good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel have a new management from 2025 and besides old reviews that I read, now everything was great, the rooms, the pool and food.

Food was great, everything you could desire, especially the cakes were my favorites

I liked my stay in the hotel very much. The rooms and the food were okay but what made my holiday was the animators Reni and Melek, who were very nice and played very cool music by the pool

And honourable mention for the best beach they have here in Bulgaria, I really enjoyed my time there

The sea was quite far away, the food didn’t suit everyone in my family, and the air conditioner and fridge in our room didn’t work. The reception girls were nice and polite, always helping as much as they could

Me and my brother have been coming to hotel Kristal since we were 10 years old with our grandparents. This year we turned 26 and we still chose to spend a splendid holiday with the exceptional staff at hotel Kristal

I am very pleased with morninggymnastik, and wateraeribics. Very lovely and super instructors, Bobi and Monica. Also the Food was good, and a lot too choose. Very fun with musiccompetion on evening, and shows on stage

We spent a few days there and everything was excellent – the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was always kind and helpful, and the animation team made our time even more enjoyable

The room are clean and are more than ok ! The animation staff are really friendly and make good job, but the barkeepers are really unfriendly, never see such unfriendly people ! The meal aren't good, happy come back home or eat out of the hotel

The food was average, there was the variety of choices like for example for breakfast pancakes, sausages, bakery products, vegetables etc. No threats of poisoning as some others wrote here

From Friday evening meal to Sunday lunch the Hotel was taken over by a swarm of locusts and a battle for a table commenced. We decided to go out of the Hotel to eat on the Saturday but found nothing was opened

No info outside that children have to be 140 cm to ride alone. some slides they ride home they cant here. They told us that all was opend but 25% was closed. Overall it was ok but i could be better

The only reason I gave the workers 2 stars is because the animation team is wonderful. They make program and make this hotel worth at least some stars, but this is DEFINETLY not a 4 star hotel

The workers are okay, depends on who you get, the cleaner in the main area is just not good with people and tells and the managers do nothing about it

I understand that it's more work but this is a presumably 4star hotel, they should get paid enough and have enough workers for it

You eat drink out of plastic cups, no decency to give you real glasses and when you do use a real glass the workers glare at you

the location is excellent, the place itself is beautiful The hotel is 4/5 for me, great for simple people. I went with my family, my husband and two children, they have the same impressions as me

Coffee and drinks are decent, the only complaint is perhaps the snack bar and its offer, which is monotonous. The swimming pool is excellent, a bit crowded, but wonderful fun for children

Critics also apparently in their houses cleaned every day. The sea within walking distance. Leave the hotel and immediately starts street outlets. The hotel itself is quiet and peaceful

This hotel is large and in a great position, being so close to the beach and having a great view of the sea. However, that's as far as it goes

When I challenged this, the manager said, 'how can we make this right?' I told them, change the rule because it doesn't make sense. The hotel was mostly silent, no music or entertainment and frequently dimly lit

"ANIMATION TEAM" these people are just bestial, friendlier and funnier people you only see in movies

We booked half board and granted there was plenty of food to eat, but the same fare was offered each day

What they do for the hotel is amazing, I learned their dance in just 2 days, they do their job well and due to the argument given above I think they deserve 5 stars

Sadly I went at the end of the season so the weather was terrible and all tourist attractions and shops and bars had closed but this is no fault of the hotel

I personally liked the food, there was a wide range and I got to enjoy some exotic dishes like shark and rabbit, plenty of snacks, but the typically “British” food like chips and burgers were not as nice as some of the local dishes, however I seemed to be one of few who felt like this as there were lots of complaints regarding the food

In my opinion the only things that make this hotel a 3 star is the food and the dated rooms. They for me are the only negatives. The pools are clean, the slides are great fun. Drinks including cocktails are all good

The only other thing I can plan about and it’s really nothing is that the pool area closes at 6 and doesn’t open again until 9pm so there is no where to sit in the sunshine after 6

There was not much entertainment going on though and no indoor spaces besides the lobby and expensive arcade room. So when it rained the entertainment was done in the restaurant

Added extras which you don’t often find in 3* are comfy cushioning on the subbed, the drinks you can ask for as many as you want

The old town is close enough to walk to and you can buy museum entry tickets in bundles that suit ie 1, 2,3 up to 8 venues. The Catholic Church in the old town is absolutely beautiful and worth visiting

Also the bellboy whom I didn't get his name but he worked everyday and I didn't see him sit down once, he was super polite and helpful , even when weighing my cases he helped

All inclusive and certainly value for money. Modern, staff are freindly and helpful and a very clean hotel. Food is varied and the breakfast omelettes are the best and the desserts were amazing

This is our second time at this property and to tell you the truth, after the renovations everything is much better! The rooms are fresh and the sea view is fantastic as always

Towards the end of the holiday choice was a bit scarce, but what was offered was always cooked to perfection and sweets were yummy. Old town Nessebar was a short walk away and was definitely worth the visit

Our hotelroom was great with direct acces to the pool. It was open, clean, great breakfast buffet and great location. The staff in the reception on the other hand could be more open and forthcoming

Everytime we approached them we never heard a «hi» or «what can I help you with today». They showed no interest in helping you. It was hard to even know if they saw us standing there wishing help

I found it inappropriate that we weren’t informed that dinner costs 49 leva per person, and that drinks such as juice and still water were charged separately

Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Amelia! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The location is simply perfect — close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing

Although we were supposed to have a park view, we actually had a view of a rooftop. I liked the hotel’s pools and beach

We did find the storage situation to be a bit of an issue with our room there just wasn't enough for us staying for 9 nights some draws would be welcomed

Also everything was listed with the allergens so very easy to navigate the buffet. Also if you get chance book the alacart it was absolutely sensational and your really well looked after

But I didn't struggle the selection of fresh fruit and salad was incredible. Sadly the pasta was cooked in butter every night so that was a no go

I couldn't fault the food it was very very nice and I'm a vegan but Alexander in the restaurant always looked after me and helped me if I needed

The staff were all pleasant and friendly the communal areas of the hotel again clean well maintained

Just a few negatives I want to point out maybe I'm being fussy but I like to review honestly. The pool towels it was a bit of a lottery weather you would get a nice one or a thread bare tatty one

The hotel is very centrally located, right on the seafront. The food is varied and delicious. The rooms are spacious and clean.

I liked the comfy beds and sea view with fresh air and therefore no need for a/c (btw every room has a view of the sea). The best part is the cuisine. Very good choice of meals, salads, fruit and desserts

Room was comfortable wirh a sea view. The food was okay but breakfast quite lomited. Only the lobby bar served spirits which meant that you could. only get beer/wine and soft drinks at the pool beach

First I was upset, thinking that the smell will come into the room but no, it was ok. The room was amazing, front sea view, 2 balconies. It is amazing to sleep in the night and to hear the sound of the waves

Beach: The beach is large, is amazing, clean but with small stones. In some parts of the sea the entrance is deep, in other is ok

The changing room in the spa was not clean, a broken shower and dirty toilet. Staff mainly professional but not overly friendly
