Perfect stay, nothing to complain about!

Recently we celebrated our daughter’s baptism in the restaurant of the hotel and we’re more than pleased with the service and the preceding planning and communication. The hotel manager was proactive during the planning. At the celebration the staff were nice and helpful and the food was fresh and delicious. Since it was a rainy day and it was not possible to use the outside playground, they prepared the neatest conference room for the kids to play in it.
Our family stayed at the hotel and all of them were satisfied with the rooms and service.

The receptionists were professional at their work, although there was something that a little bit disturbed me. At first everything was chill but all of a sudden - like fights (verbal fights), screaming, throwing something and that's all i heard from lobby. Keep that in your mind. Cozy but scary. I WONT visit it again. My review is average because of the professional receptionists.

My stay at Hotel Zoo was excellent. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my time there!

Staff is friendly.

However, I was given a room which was sharing a small balcony with another room. But the catch is that my balcony room was locked and I couldn’t go out. To have privacy I had to darken the whole room.

I have never seen such a thing in a 3 star hotel, be it in a 4 star.

They agreed to change my room with a little mumbling, because I was there for only one night. The second room was not cleaned and super dusty, but at least we had some privacy.

I guess it could have been worse - we could have shared one restroom?

We stayed couple of nights in this hotel. The breakfast included was great, plenty of options for eating. The room is not nor small nor big but has everything needed for a comfortable staying. The ladies from reception were kind and explained everything properly.

Our stay at Hotel Zoo was truly wonderful! What impressed us the most was the impeccable cleanliness – everything was spotless, from the rooms to the common areas. The interior is modern and cozy, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also excellent – close to the city center yet in a quiet area. We would gladly come back again!

The staff is very good, they tried to help us as much as possible when needed, the food could have more variety but its still well done, and the rooms are comfortable too. In general no problems with our stay here, it was nice.

The food was often out and the cutlery too because several buses arrived at the same time and the kitchen could not follow ..

Upon arrival we were very late and were allowed to receive a lunch package, for which we thank you.
