The room was very quiet. Although a bit old, the facilities were well-maintained, and I slept quite comfortably. There's also a breakfast shop right across the street, which is a nice lively spot. Great value for money, definitely recommend.

A special thanks to Manager Cui at the hotel! My entire stay was fantastic. Manager Cui was incredibly kind and polite, highly professional, efficient, and reliable, and thought of every detail. Any requests I had were patiently addressed and promptly handled. The service was thoughtful and heartwarming, genuinely attentive, and truly showcased a high standard of quality. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay and highly recommend it to everyone!

Huge thanks to Ellie at the front desk for the room upgrade! The suite was incredibly spacious, featuring two sinks and two toilets. The desk by the window, as shown in the second photo, was perfect for business travelers like me. There's a small, locked door in the walk-in closet area, likely for maintenance. While the decor is a bit dated, the spliced wood veneer and wallpaper colors surprisingly matched my aesthetic perfectly – definitely inspiring for future designs!

My stay at Beijing Park Plaza Hotel was fantastic! The hotel is strategically located in the heart of the CBD, right next to the CCTV Tower and China Zun, and within walking distance of the subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Some room types even offer stunning city views. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and check-in was efficient and thoughtful. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and there's a gym and a heated swimming pool. Overall, it's excellent value for money and highly recommended!

The decor is a bit business-oriented. The room was super hot and stuffy. I called the front desk, and they offered to switch rooms, but there was no guarantee the new room would be cooler, and changing floors would have been such a hassle. I tried calling the front desk multiple times – three or four times, and it just kept ringing busy. I don't know if they were actually that busy or just avoiding calls. I just wanted to ask what was going on. The service is really terrible; I'm definitely not coming back. Also, the bathroom design is a big problem; you can see inside from the outside when someone is showering or using the toilet.

Comfort is top-notch: the bedding is soft and gentle on the skin, the pillows are just the right height, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without disturbance. Spotlessly clean: The room is immaculate, the bathroom thoroughly sanitized, even the corners are perfectly cleaned. Attention to detail: Thoughtful touches like a variety of pillow options, night light mode, and USB charging ports are provided. Great view: The room I stayed in had a beautiful view outside the window, and the morning sun streaming in was particularly therapeutic.

Unbeatable location! It's at No. 15 Guanghua Road in Chaoyang District, directly facing the new CCTV Tower. You can walk to China Zun, and Guomao SKP, and it's close to Metro Lines 1 and 10. Getting to Sanlitun and Tiananmen is a breeze, making it perfect for both business trips and sightseeing.

This is a great hotel. The rooms are spacious, the environment is pleasant, and the elevators are not crowded. It's right next to China Zun and very close to the 'Big Trousers' (CCTV Headquarters), making it an excellent hotel choice. I was on a business trip, so I didn't have time to check out the pool or gym, but I hope to experience them next time.
