Although it's an old house from 1950, it's been maintained remarkably well, and the complete lack of any unpleasant odors is a big plus! However, as an old building, there's no elevator, which can be inconvenient for those with a lot of luggage. Make sure to arrange beforehand for someone to wait downstairs and help you with your bags. Also, a big thank you to Sister Jia Shulan for the complimentary water! I'll definitely visit again if I get the chance. Thanks!

The hotel was conveniently located, well maintained, and my room was very clean. I had requested an air purifier beforehand, and it was promptly set up for me.

Great location, and the room was decent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. However, it's quite expensive. Parking isn't free for guests; it's 8 yuan an hour, and I heard it's 60 yuan for a full day. The mattress was a bit too firm. There's really nothing around the hotel. The hotel's restaurants are super overpriced – 98 for caramelized meatballs, 118 for lamb, and the portions are small and the food isn't even good. A Sprite in the lobby is 28 yuan.

The room was spacious and bright with a nice view. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and very patient during check-in. The hotel has a good location, and this is already my third stay, so I booked it without hesitation this time. 🤝

This hotel's location is perfect for those traveling to Beijing with elderly family members and children. Downstairs, you'll find attractions like the Paleozoological Museum of China (which is open to the public), the main entrance of the Beijing Zoo, the Beijing Planetarium, Old Moscow Restaurant, and the Beijing Exhibition Center.
The hotel's breakfast is served in a sky restaurant, and the windows even thoughtfully indicate directions and the panoramic views. (However, that glass really needs a good cleaning!)
The room windows lack screens, posing a risk of items falling out if opened, and young children could potentially slip. The in-room facilities were odor-free, and the carpet was very clean.
The only thing that made me very uncomfortable and bothered me was the hotel's parking fee. For in-house guests, it's 60 RMB for 24 hours. Guests driving their own cars definitely need to factor this cost into their hotel expenses!
There are Chinese restaurants both within the hotel and in the apartment complex behind it.

The room was beautiful and very clean, and the facilities were excellent. The location was also great, and the customer service was super friendly. I slept very quietly at night. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

This is an excellent value for money, established five-star hotel. It's clean and well-maintained, with a convenient location directly across from the zoo and next to the Paleozoological Museum of China and the Beijing Planetarium. Transportation is easy, and the hotel's restaurants are absolutely fantastic!

This was my first time staying at this hotel for a business trip to Beijing, and I had a really great experience. The breakfast, especially, was delicious and served in the revolving restaurant with amazing views. Highly recommend!

On another business trip to Beijing, I once again chose Xiyuan. It's close to my client's office, and the transportation is very convenient. The train station is just half an hour away, and the Daxing subway line is also very accessible.
