The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of Tsinghua University and Yuanmingyuan Park. The facilities are also great, especially the wave pool, which was clean and not crowded. We ate at the Chinese restaurant two days in a row; it's definitely five-star standard. I recommend checking Dianping for dish recommendations to ensure you won't be disappointed.

The hotel is a bit old, but the mattress was good, so I slept well. One side was under renovation, and the exterior was also being renovated. The service was quite good. Aside from the renovations, the overall environment was pleasant. The hotel is located right at the entrance of Peking University.

Right next to Peking University, this hotel is excellent in every aspect. The interior design pays great attention to detail, creating a strong national aesthetic. The use of verdigris, indigo dyeing, elements reminiscent of Weiming Lake, and rockery are all noteworthy and make this a memorable stay. Definitely worth checking out.

Service: At check-in, the front desk staff was laughing and chatting with her colleague one second, then completely changed her expression the next when she saw a guest. No greeting whatsoever, just a scowl as she took my ID. I felt like I was at some intimidating government office.

Came back to the room at night and the bed hadn't even been made.

This is the closest hotel outside the campuses to Peking University's East Gate and Tsinghua University's West Gate, but if you have any expectations for service, don't go. It's terrible.

This hotel is right by the Peking University Guanghua School of Management, making it super convenient to access PKU. The hotel itself is clean, hygienic, and has a great scholarly atmosphere. The front desk kindly upgraded me to a standard room, which was large and spacious. The desk was perfect for working and studying. Overall, a great experience. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

I stayed for two nights. On the first night, the AC control panel in my room was broken, so it was hot all night. The second night, I asked to switch rooms. The new room was really dirty; there was dust all over the furniture, making me wonder if it had even been cleaned beforehand.

This is one of the few hotels where you can't even turn on the AC. My child was crying for half the night because of the heat. I can understand facility issues, but what I can't understand is the front desk's terrible attitude. Every problem I brought up was met with 'we're fully booked, we can't accommodate that.' Does being fully booked mean you can't even meet basic guest needs? I had originally booked for four nights, but after staying one night, I canceled the rest. My deposit still hasn't been refunded.

Driven by my admiration for Peking University, I chose the Boya Hotel, and it was incredible to sit by the window and overlook the campus. Haha, even though I couldn't get in, at least now I can spend a night side-by-side with it! The cocktails at the lobby bar were also excellent.

The hotel staff are all very warm and attentive, especially Sister Liu Shuxiang~ She's incredibly gentle and beautiful, putting us in a good mood as soon as we landed in Beijing ^-^ The breakfast is delicious, and the environment is also very nice!

This is my second stay at the Boya Hotel, and for 999 a night including breakfast for two, it's definitely worth it. The room is spacious, and the facilities are great. Most importantly, it's very close to the East Gate of Peking University, and the breakfast is fantastic.
