Very old fashion hotel. It's 28 c out and no air conditioning available. The room got hot from the sun. Noise from next building construction next by. all-day noise . It's near the shop center that's the only good thing about it. I am very disappointed.

The staff and service they provide is exceptionally wonderful—as someone who has a very limited Mandarin ability, I felt they helped me answer multiple questions and made my stay greatly accommodating. The hotel is across the street from a shopping center and rows of stores—great spot for getting a designer handbag or new shoes, grabbing some quick bites, ending the day at a cocktail bar.

The hotel lobby is small, but the interior is beautiful! Last time, I also got a free room upgrade and had a very comfortable stay. The hotel service is also excellent; they actively accommodate guest requests.
