Staying at Novotel Living was a pleasant surprise during my trip to Shanghai. I had originally booked the Novotel hotel, but when I got to the front desk, I found out they also had apartment rooms. For the same price and with the same buffet breakfast, the apartments offered newer and more complete facilities. I immediately switched my booking to the apartment. The front desk attendant, Yao Yao, was not only beautiful but also very kind, and she even upgraded me to a suite! It was an amazing experience. Plus, the hotel's location is great – quiet yet central – and the breakfast was delicious. I'll definitely choose Novotel Living again for my next business trip to Shanghai.

They upgraded my room for free and even sent some fruit. The cleaning lady came every day, and they could even help deliver packages to my door. The upgraded one-bedroom luxury apartment was very comfortable. I'm really grateful, especially given how hard it was to find a room during the holidays.

This was an absolutely flawless stay at Novotel Living! The modern, minimalist decor felt really high-quality, and the room had amazing natural light. Standing by the window, you could overlook the beautiful city views. The facilities were new and complete – the smart toilet and branded toiletries really added to the comfort, and the kitchen had a microwave and induction cooker, making even a short stay feel like home. The lobby bar had an elegant atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing coffee break. The robot delivery service was novel and convenient. Everything from the location and cleanliness to the service was impeccable, offering incredible value for money. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai. The front desk ladies were all very helpful!

Plates and utensils are dirty when I checked in.

The beverage wasn't top up full range every single time
It's supposed to have milk, coconut juice on top of just the cola and Schweppes.

The service was great overall.

The hotel is very good and the location is very convenient. The rooms are large and clean, and the restaurant and spa are excellent.

On a business trip, I have high standards for accommodation, and the Novotel Suites completely met my needs. The room was quiet, and the Wi-Fi was stable, which made my work very efficient. The bathroom had a smart design with a separate wet and dry area. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was well-balanced nutritionally. Highly recommended for business travelers!

Room cleans, big, building almost like new, room cleans and very well for long travel but need to add kitchen appliances and washing machine available in room and B1 for free also, just need to add washing liquid in room, room furniture comfortable and need more care from hotel to avoid usage damage. I would recommend this place and nice to stay breakfast is ok eggs available and most options for Chinese but good. Reception are helpful but need English improvements but they are well try to do there best and translate I didn’t not face issue and good reception. Meteo and bus with below 10mim walk easy and easy for didi also. Nice and recommended

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The apartment is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need, from kitchenware to a washing machine – it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is super convenient too; it's within walking distance to the subway station and surrounded by restaurants. Customer service was very responsive, and check-in was efficient. The housekeeper even added us on WeChat and quickly helped with a few requests we had. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft, guaranteeing a perfect night's sleep. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I need accommodation.

Very clean and spacious hotel. I love the gym! We stayed at the apartment which had a washer and dryer. Location is just outside of central which makes it more peaceful but still convenient.
