Great location, very close to The Bund and Nanjing Road. It's also very clean.

I was very satisfied with this trip! I forgot to buy breakfast, and the front desk staff thoughtfully purchased it for us. Seeing that we had a baby and a lot of luggage, they even upgraded us to a family room for free, which made our stay much more comfortable. Many thanks to the front desk team! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai!!

As always with Hanting Hotels, there's not much to say. I just wish the TV's blue light wasn't so bright when it's off.

My dad often stays at the Shihe Hotel when he comes to Shanghai from Hangzhou for medical treatment, as it's convenient for visiting the Ninth People's Hospital. Downstairs, there are various restaurants, as well as Tims Coffee and Luckin Coffee.

The front desk staff were very warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were both quick. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend staying here.

When I mentioned the lack of air circulation in the windowless room, they immediately moved us to a room with a window.
