Very nice rooms and bathrooms - aesthetics is modern and minimalistic which i like very much. There is a kettle and Chinese tea set which i forgot to try out. Couldn't find a safe box.
Uniquely wash basin is on the left of the entrance and separate from the WC and shower. Breakfast is excellent and different from the usual Western Style hotel buffet. There is a noodle station and i recommend the 葱油拌面 (Scallion Oil Noodles), porridge station and 小笼包 and 包子.
Only downside is gym is super small and only has a treadmill and elliptical. Would be nice to have free weights etc.
There is a laundry with half a dozen machines so that was something i don't usually see outside China.
Outside there is a Lawson Convenience Store / Starbuck / Luckin nearby and nice Yunnan + Korean + Thai + Pizza place opposite. Korean opens late and the Yunnan restaurant has Michelin mention.
Only issue is that you must ask a room opposite to construction side
Most importantly, very friendly and good hotel staffs
