This hotel is right next to the elevated road, near Shanghai South Railway Station. Compared to other hotels in the area at the same price point, this one has the best facilities. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The transportation is convenient, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation access. It's close to Shanghai South Railway Station, and the metro lines 1, 3, and 15 are all nearby. The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is warm and friendly.

I've actually stayed at Pullman hotels quite a few times in the past year, so I'm a familiar face. I did have one bad experience before: my travel companion had a fever and after ordering takeout, we asked the front desk staff to bring it up, explaining the situation, but they still refused. However, after some communication later on, they did rectify the issue.
Now, the overall service has also improved. As a regular guest, I can truly feel the genuine hospitality from the hotel staff. This time, Diana and Nancy at the front desk were so thoughtful; they upgraded me from a king room to a suite. And knowing I would be extending my stay, they allowed us to remain in the upgraded room for the extension. You can really feel their desire to provide guests with a fantastic experience. Thank you!

Great location with easy access to transportation and plenty of food options nearby. The hotel is on a high floor, so it's quiet. The shower pressure is fantastic, very comfortable. It's also super close to the Xujiahui shopping district, making it convenient to get anywhere.

Shanghai Hotel Stay Experience | Pullman Shanghai South
My child had a performance on the last day of the New Year in the ballroom at Pullman Shanghai South. Knowing traffic would be a nightmare that morning, we decided to check in a day early.
Upon arrival, the front desk already had our room ready. The service was excellent; they were incredibly accommodating, even providing earplugs when we asked.
We stayed on the 16th floor. The room was spacious and had a business-oriented feel. The bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there was a bathtub – perfect for a relaxing soak if you're not in a hurry.
Since we had a performance, we were granted a late check-out and free parking, which was a huge plus.
We had breakfast and lunch at the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was a buffet and quite good.

We were celebrating a holiday with our family, and the front desk noticed we had seniors and children with us. They prioritized our check-in and arranged our rooms on the same floor. The service was excellent.

The bed was large and very comfortable, and the bathtub was also clean. The swimming pool was quite satisfying, heated to a constant 30 degrees Celsius, so it wasn't cold even in winter. I especially liked the play area for kids.

The hotel staff in the lobby proactively ask if you need help. The shelves for food delivery and parcels are neatly categorized, showing a great attention to food safety 🍺.

The staff were very enthusiastic and proactively offered all sorts of help. The room facilities were complete, and the hotel had a gym and a pool. You could also book beauty treatments, hairdressing, and SPA services.

The reception staff were warm and professional, making the check-in process efficient and smooth. The front desk staff proactively informed us about the hotel's facilities, breakfast times and location, and how to connect to Wi-Fi, along with any relevant注意事项 (important notes). They patiently answered all our questions throughout our stay, which was very thoughtful. The overall service was meticulous and attentive, leaving us with an excellent first impression right from check-in.
