Reasonable but basic Staff were pleasant and hotel was clean. However, the hotel is located quite far outside of the town with few local amenities. The bus to/from town only runs until around 7pm so budget for taxis or car hire. The facilities are quite basic. It was a matter of luck whether the hot water was running for a shower, and at least one of the sockets was hanging out of the wall.

We chose the hotel based on the views and the pics online, and were not disappointed! The hotel is located roughly 30mins away by car in Biograd Na Moru from Zadar airport. A taxi will cost you 45-50 euro’s roughly. You can go by bus, which you have to book beforehand or whilst there. Airport bus transfer to zadar center will take 25mins and will cost 5 euros-ish. We were not the guests, we came only for breaktfast. For 16 euros per person you get a huge selection of savoury and sweet. The only, and for me a big minus, was the coffee. Not that you couldn't drink it, but the machine couldn't make a real espresso. However, the rest was perfect, including the friendly staff.

It is my 4th or 5th stay in the Hotel 'Neboder', so it says something about my attitude towards it. It is situated in the very center of Rijeka, it has parking free of charge. The location isn't the best, but everything else is perfect.

When using navigation to get to the hotel, be sure to find the right route. The first time we used Waze, it almost led us to a church; the path was probably no more than 2 meters wide, and there was nowhere to turn around, so we had to back up. We only found the hotel parking lot the second time using Google Maps. The breakfast was plentiful, great!

Great hotel, delicious breakfast. It's just a shame we didn't know you could get dinner there. It's also a shame there was no elevator (we're over 65), and the safe should be installed in the closet, otherwise it's unusable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Compared to the exterior, the interior of the hotel is stylish and sophisticated. The rooms are also clean. I didn't have time to enjoy breakfast, but the croissants were delicious. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Split Predgradđe Station, and there's a supermarket along the way. This hotel doesn't feel like a 3-star hotel, so I highly recommend it.

It's one of the most beautiful places! Every time we arrive it feels like coming home. The rooms are clean and beautiful, the pool area is the perfect spot to calm down, the sunset with the sea view is impressive... We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Badi! It is a beautiful family run hotel in the quiet village of Lovrecica (San Lorenzo), about 5 km from the big city of Umag. The owner and the staff are very friendly and speak very well English. It is well situated to do excursions during the day (Umag, Porec, Pula, Motovun, ...) and dive in the hotel's swimming pool when returning in the (late) afternoon....

We were there over Easter. It was very beautiful. The boss and the staff were all super warm and friendly. There was a very tasty and plentiful breakfast with both savory and sweet. We can definitely recommend Villa Badi. For the summer there is a very nicely landscaped pool area. Otherwise you can take very nice trips from there.

Hotel is placed right in the centre. On reception they took ours ID’s and didn’t give them back until we asked them to give them back few hours after. Rooms are old-fashioned but OK. AC isn’t that strong to cool down the room, you have to wait for a good while. If you don’t expect too much it is probably good for you.

I've stayed at the Hotel Carlstadt at least four times over the years and have enjoyed every stay. My last stay was in early November of 2022. It's a no-frills hotel with affordable clean rooms and really good breakfast included in the price. The bed was really comfortable. Oh yes, the staff members were great. I'll definitely stay there again upon my next return to Croatia.

I had some company obligations in Donji Stupnik (Lučko) and the hotel was perfectly positioned, couple of kilometers to the industry area, couple of kilometers to the Arena centar (shopping, dining, free time), and close to the highway if you want to get to a nother part of the city fast.
