Everything was great, except Owner/caretaker, Whoever lived downstairs smoked like a chimney. Stunk up the place upstairs where we were staying. Because of that I would not come back.
Amazing apartments! Very clean, modern and cozy!
The host Dragana was very helpful and kind thank you for your help.
We just stayed for one night and had no idea what to expect. We were greeted by Maria who was extremely kind and wonderful. The area of Trogir is busy but not crazy. The room was very clean and easy to find through the windy alley ways of the neighborhood. Loved it wish we stayed another night!
Great place to stay in Trogir
Maria met me at the door and showed me everything. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. AC kept it nice and cool. Location was great, and Trogir is amazing. So many restaurants. So glad I landed here, and wish I had another night!
Nice clean property. Well organised, great hosts. However, Please do something about the smoke in the stairwell. We had to block the door with blankets. The worst time seemed to be about 8-10pm maybe once the lower apartments shut their windows. Our appartment pink did not smell inside, just the smoke through the door. I did not want to expose my 13 year old daughter to this, and we should all be well...

Great time there, the rooms were great and clean, and the breakfast had lots of choices, we could enjoy it in the terrace under the sun. The staff were kind and helpful, and the owner is an interesting person, if you like football you'd enjoy talking with him
Family-owned, with a friendly/cosy approach. Nice, relatively spacious rooms. Small pool/gym/tanning dome available (not used). Excellent free parking. No balcony- difficult to dry beach towels/wet clothes. Good, hearty breakfast, but whatever was labelled 'coffee' was anything else but coffee. Garden/breakfast outdoor area infested with some blood-sucking insects (not mosquitoes, something worse...
Great location, friendly staff and general facilities in hotel are very good and perfect breakfast
Great family running hotel. Nice place to spend a weekend. Price affordable, restaurant with nice local dishes.
A very good place to stay, clean and quiet. Less than 5min walk to the sea. Unluckily I've been there in my worst day so far...
Very warm welcome, the room is quite simple but clean.

A very friendly family run this who welcome you at checkin. it does have some crazy parking available on the road and entrance. But after that they manage moving your car if you have one. I also saw a motorbike protected in the court yard. A great 2 bedroom apt, one clean bathroom and daily upkeep… replace coffee, towels and a clean (excellent). no cooking facilities but a kettle, fridge and wine glasses...
Very convenient place to stay. Room was comfortable. It's a family home and owners are relaxed and helpful. ******* listed laundry facilities on site however that wasn't the case. We used the nicest public laundry just a short walk from Villa Dard. We didn't need our car so it was parked onsite for 3 days.
Located outside Old Town only 15 minute walk but uphill. Wonderful attentive host. Free parking. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Nice to be outside the craziness of Old Town Dubrovnik but it is a bit of a hike up if you’re not able bodied.
Read the fine print when you book as it says one has to give advance notice if want to use free parking. They still accommodated us. The pictures have since changed to show the correct inside as when we booked and what we got, was different. Also be aware there are no elevators. We had to carry the luggage to 3rd floor. Lastly, lot of kids running around late at night and early in the morning. Maybe...
Property owners/managers were very helpful with suggestions and were flexible. Property has parking on site if requested and that’s critical in the busy area. 10 min walk from old town though it’s a bit steep so those with mobility limitations may find it challenging. We didn’t
We have just come home after a fabulous holiday in Dubrovnik at Villa Dard. Andrea was such a great host, going the extra mile to make sure our stay was wonderful. Would also recommend having the breakfast, a good start to the day. Villa Dard is a small family run hotel, close to the old city. We felt at home immediatley and stayed in one of the flats on the 3rd floor. The flat had a balcony where...

12 min away from Centar of Dubrovnik. But clean, quiet , cozy adrian style garden and kind reception with reasonable price.
Uber was so useful to get Centar. No reason not to recommend Villa Doris.
We felt so welcome- Roza and all made our stay a joy. Cannot rate this accommodation more highly. It was fabulous!!!
The Owner's approach is very friendly. Nice and quiet place
We slept there 1 night as a stopover to Monte*****
Small cozy bay, with 2 restaurants.
Air conditioning and refrigerator in the accommodation worked fine, reception and explanation from the couple was very good.

The room was in a good location, clean, and the service was excellent. Adrianna checked us in, and she was so kind and helpful with her recommendations for places to go in Zagreb and for the rest of our trip in Croatia. She really made the experience great. You also cannot beat the price and free parking.
It feels like there are individual rooms on the premises rather than a hotel. There is no separate kitchen. There was a kettle.
Even in October, if you open the windows carelessly, mosquitoes will come in, so be careful.
Are the staff members your family? . They treated me in a friendly manner. At check-out, I was offered coffee and sent off.
It's a bit far from the station, but it's not a problem...
A totally charming establishment, with friendly check in staff who offer coffee on arrival. The rooms are small and comfortable, each with a shower room attached. Whilst the room boasts a kettle, you may need to ask for cups! Ask for coffee/tea bags. Rooms have refrigerators and hair driers, and free WiFi. Don't be surprised if the windows don't close properly, or a door handle comes off in your hand...
Very close to the central bus station (i.e., the airport shuttle) and plenty of supermarkets around. The staff is friendly and the rooms are big enough and properly cleaned. Don't expect too many international TV channels, but other than that, this is a decent place worth checking.
Small room, but excellent service!
This sobe is very clean great service. Accommodating to guests. Close to transit and city center (old city). Not far from airport.

Also the location is very very good everything is close by these rooms.
Would recommend to everyone!
Very nice location if you are traveling for work is close to the shipyards and for tourism as well as its on the marina. This is a lovely place to stay and great views from the balcony over to the Old Town and marina. The restaurant attached to the hotel was just fabulous - great food with a lovely relaxed ambiance and surrounded with artworks. Well worth a visit.
A nice hotel, without an elevator, located near the marina. The room was clean, decorated with whatever you'd find at a flea market, comfortable bedding, but no welcome tray. Breakfast was very basic, as if it were charged per person; once empty, nothing was replenished, you had to order coffee, which arrived late, and on top of that, the croissants and marble cake weren't cooked. Lovely place to stay for 1-2 days, with their own restaurant which opens on weekends while most other are closed, breakfast is great, wifi is strong and stable, they have street parking around the hotel, you could easily find one almost anytime in a day. Can't really tell something I don't like.
General rating is ok. However, the rooms lacks any basic amenities like mini fridge, coffeemaker, iron, etc. No laundry service. No bar/restaurant available on premises except in the morning for breakfast. A little bit far from Center, close to SkyTower Office (at lesst some value if you visit Telekom). Clean room, a little bit outdated bathroom and quite noisy location due to traffic outside.

Hotel is on a lovely location. Sunsets here are amazing. The reception is not assessable without a key, and there was no one who understood English at reception that made it difficult. Housekeeping is very friendly and does a wonderful job, and understands English! They did not have enough breakfast out some mornings, but it was not too bad. Only a 25-30 min Bolt ride into Old Split.
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Sunce. The owner only speaks german but the other hotel staff also speaks english. We were very happy to have such lovely and relaxing holidays in such a lovely location. We enjoyed having lunch and dinner at the hotel or along the beach and we also developed a pleasant friendship with the hotel owner. A great stay, highly recommended!
One needs to have a car to get to the hotel. The Bus are scheduled but not on time due to severe traffic.
Most workers are friendly, except for that seemingly the owner. Beach towels are rented as compared to other hotels where there can be loaned.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and breakfast was excellent with a lot of fresh fruits and other variety. There are beautiful views to the sea from the hotel and it was really nice that the hotel has also its own beach. We used a rental car but without it the location might be a bit tricky. I use Google Map frequently and almost always with good result. But here is a prime example of how it can be seriously misleading. Assume that you approach Zaton, which is north of Dubrovnik, from the north (e.g. Split). As you enter Zaton, Google directs you to leave the main coastal road (Jadranska Magistrala) and make a sharp left turn into Bulet road. This is a winding, narrow road that has...
Villa Babilon was in general a nice place to stay, very nice and friendly staff! One thing we missed badly was some hooks to hang our towels or clothes, now they were everywhere and that was not nice. But this was the only thing we missed, all the other things were good.

A comfortable place to enjoy a relaxing vacation not far from the centre of town. Easy access by bus or ride share. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. It's okay.. it served it's purpose a bathroom, bed to sleep on and shelter. Don't come with high or medium expectations.
Room is dated and so are the appliances.... refrigerator doubles as an oven. TV and AC work but are tricky to operate if unfamiliar with the units.
I give 3.5 star's because the staff is polite and helpful.
Price is good. Breakfast is so so. Clean enough. The street side rooms impossible to sleep. The noise is unbelievably heigh. Have a nice movie theme. Some staffs are nice. Some are very rude.
It's situated on main street (one of those in one of urban parts of Zagreb) with very good tram connection to go anywhere from there. Rooms are quite old and heating is not good. Food is ok, good, fine. It's not for longer stay, but for day or two or couple of more is fine.
Nice and clean hotel with pleasent staff. There is excellent pub on ground floor.
Loved that we could choose between the three but still have them separate enough that they don't interfere one with the other. Good amenities in the hotel, free parking, great food in the restaurant and live music in the bar which over the weekend so we had a full experience. Thoroughly recommend!

Condition of the pool area, bathroom and balcony not worth the cost.
