Everything was amazing… the place is beautiful..

We had booked this hotel with one of the options for an elevator. Upon arrival we found out we had to go up 2 flights of stairs then get an elevator that too with out someone helping us with our bags. I have a knee issue and informed the hotel staff but I guess they don’t care. No apology either. Same thing when we checked out. No help with our bags. Will not recommend this hotel. :(

Nice hotel with amazing breakfast buffet. But on the II side, you have to negotiate 3 sets of stairs which is a challenge with luggage. Also, no fan in the bathroom so it fogged up a lot

The hotel is located in a handy position for getting about to different restaurants. The facilities at the hotel are excellent, the wellness area with the sauna with the most incredible view - not to be missed. In need of refurbishment from a cosmetic perspective, as the carpet in my hotel room was worn and tired. No body wash and had to ring housekeeping for refill… perhaps this should be checked regularly with cleaning. Cannot fault the care demonstrated towards guests and breakfast quality. A grand old lady of Zagreb that will always draw me to her. Fantastic location. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay at the Royal Princess Resort. The hotels are all part of the same group so you can use the facilities across the properties. The walkway from the promenade into Lapad was so beautiful. Beaches are super clean and the staff could not be nicer. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so incredibly memorable. Dubrovnik city is only a quick Uber away.

Please bear in mind no public transport only taxis which are expensive. Spent 10 days there with only the promenade and bay. Plus hotel seems to cater for german or Austrian guests. Lovely getaway The views are beautiful. And the balconies are spacious but know that your neighbour may be a smoker and the smoke drifts into your room. It is difficult to find umbrellas either at the pool or beach. The rooms are spacious but the bathtub is quite deep and a bit difficult to get in and out of.

I visited in June last year. It was a very quiet resort at that time so plenty of space. Weather was mainly overcast during my visit. There are lots of beach spaces and an excellent area on the water for kids - kind of a bouncy castle for Aqua. many walking and bike trails make it a fun place for an active family.

Nice place and view on the sea. Bar on sea is nice but expensive. Bus to the center of Rabac is great.

Everything was excellent once again. The one thing missing was evening entertainment. The resort is very clean. Everyone friendly. Great for families, young and old. You can walk out of your hotel and straight onto the beach. You can stroll along the promenade into Rabac centre where you find shops, bars and restaurants.

This hotel is newly refurbished and beautiful! Stunning decor, stunning views and very good food. The bedroom was a good size with a sea view balcony and a wonderful bathroom with separate bath and rain shower. Central hotel with good service (reception) and good breakfast. However the diner is subpar. I visited in mid January and apparently all rooms were set at 26C without ability to adjust. The only way of adjusting was to open the window - where you have 50% chance facing a autorecond/powerwashing service between 6-23. Rooms are clean and nice though.

I will definitely always return to this hotel whenever I am in Zagreb. Even if I’m not staying overnight, I will make sure to stop by for lunch. The Wi-Fi is really fast, and breakfast is included in the booking at no additional cost, with a nice selection of options. I highly recommend the eggs with tomato sauce—they were delicious. This hotel itself is very nice but the location is also the star. It sits on an incredible seaside walkway that has incredible beaches and views. The road down to the town and hotel was narrow and winding but well worth it! Great breakfast and beautiful pool areas. We went in October so we missed the crowds which was wonderful. Kolovare Hotel is located on Kolovare Beach and has an outdoor swimming pool. It is a few minutes away from Zadar Bus Station, about a fifteen-minute walk from Zadar Old Town, and about a 20-minute walk from the Sea Organ. It is quite convenient and offers a decent breakfast. It is suitable for people traveling from Zadar to other places.

Good location close to attractions and the beach, very good breakfast buffet. The unprofessional reception staff, instead of welcoming us, started informing us about check-in times. Balconies have a brick wall with holes that obstruct the view.

There is nothing in the room, no slippers, no kettle, no toothbrush and toothpaste. It seems to be like this here and the price is very high.
