We really liked the location of the hotel. Opatija is such a beautiful village and you can go into the centre directly via the sea promenade. Also the beach is very beautiful, but keep in mind that it costs 25€ (for 1 umbrella and two sun beds). The parking situation is horrible. We spent 5 amazing nights here lovely pool area, several good restaurants, nice pitches for campers where we stayed right by the marina. A good supermarket and shop on site, and only a 10 minute taxi ride from the stunning city of Rovinj. I would highly recommend visiting this brilliant naturist camp/village at least once.

Excellent camping. We used our tent. Downside is the growing number of huge campers (like Concorde or Centurion) and larger caravans who are continuously running their airconditioning. Making a constant noise, particularly audible for their neighbours.

Basically a great facility. However, walking in the evening becomes a dangerous adventure. This is due to young people racing along the roads and pavements on bikes and scooters, some of which are unlit. Some adult cyclists also behave recklessly. My favorite hotel for the past few years for a get-away weekend, with wonderful, professional and kind staff, both the reception desk and wellness center. It is my 4th or 5th stay in the Hotel 'Neboder', so it says something about my attitude towards it. It is situated in the very center of Rijeka, it has parking free of charge. The breakfast is of buffet type, and is very abundant. Personnel is very polite. To me, it is always nice to stay in this sympathic skyscraper.

Really great experience with villa Tamaris. Eventhough the hotel is a bit older and definitely needs a renovation, it does not minimize the comfort. Everything was clean, the rooms are literaly 5 meteres or less from the sea, the food was good with various opitons and the staff was super nice and helpful, especially the receptionist mrs Marijana, all praises to her. One of the best food I have experienced in KRK island. Very healthy, not soaked in oil etc. Great fruits. Also I liked the location as there are unique pines growing next to the sea which give you ability to hide from sun and still see beautiful view. Parking had pines so the car was in shadow. Swimming pool nice and with slide which my kids loved. Definitely will return.

The hotel accommodation conditions are average. It is the cheapest one on this trip. If you are looking for enjoyment, don't choose it. It is about the size of a domestic seaside guesthouse in the 1990s. It is also the only hotel that charges for parking.

We stayed in the superior apartment which was perfect for a family of 5. My son slept on a sofa bed which would sleep 2 people if needed. The cleaners came daily and changed towels and bins. You can rent beach towels at the Spa for €3 each and keep them for the duration of your stay. The hotel was quiet as it’s pre season and get the impression it gets very busy in high season . We stayed in a 2 bedroom superior apartment plenty space for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. The real highlight is the the warm waters of the Adriatic being 30 seconds from the apartment. The resort is built around the magnificent scenery of an Adriatic inlet.

A wonderful weekend spent with my daughter. Exceptional hospitality of the hotel staff, a room with a sea view, excellent room service. And in the evening a gourmet experience with chef Mateo Frlan. All in all, it really deserves five stars.

The air conditioning didn't work well. You had to climb up into a high tub to shower. You have to drive into a one way gated area to reach the lobby and drop off luggage, and then you can drive to a parking garage several blocks away to park. Great walkability to the main city promenade from the hotel. The morning breakfast buffet was AMAZING, and more than made up for the room.

The hotel is exceptional for its location, 95% of the staff are exceptional. Thank you to everyone who made our stay at the hotel more enjoyable, at the reception, the perfect manager - always ready for guests, the restaurant with the amazing Nešo, who advised on the choice of food and wine.

Pay attention parking is not provided at the hotel and the staff won’t do much to help you in any way to make you feel welcomed. Regarding price/quality quite a disappointment. Location is definitively the plus point here. Breakfast was ok. Service and amenities below a 3 star.

Very nice-kind staff, room clean , ( sadly the people in stores generally unfriendly , seems they have enough from the turists. ) but in the hotel they were really friendly and smiley. We had halfboard, it was only buffet , the food was good the only thing we kissé is the glutenfree stuff jn the morning, but we bought from the store ( its about 50m from the hotel) for this price it was really ...

Excellent hotel! Very pleased! I was with my wife. The rooms are clean, there are no odors. Air conditioning, internet, hot water - it works) Settled in a room with a sea view, it is indescribable! The room has a balcony with table and chairs, you can sit for hours with a bottle of wine or smth) The food is good, in addition, the hotel has its own pizzeria. The exit of the hotel is right on the promenade...

Nice hotel on the Selce promenade. Big problem is the parking place with very limited number of parking slots. Hotel is quite old, but still kept in acceptable condition. My wife was missing vegetables on the breakfast. Overall food was tasty, the selection rather poor. The advantage of this hotel is the location.
