Everything was amazing… the place is beautiful..

We had booked this hotel with one of the options for an elevator. Upon arrival we found out we had to go up 2 flights of stairs then get an elevator that too with out someone helping us with our bags. I have a knee issue and informed the hotel staff but I guess they don’t care. No apology either. Same thing when we checked out. No help with our bags. Will not recommend this hotel. :(

Nice Hotel I noticed that this is 3* and 4*. I have a very small room and fine for 1 night.

Nice hotel with amazing breakfast buffet. But on the II side, you have to negotiate 3 sets of stairs which is a challenge with luggage. Also, no fan in the bathroom so it fogged up a lot

The hotel is located in a handy position for getting about to different restaurants. The facilities at the hotel are excellent, the wellness area with the sauna with the most incredible view - not to be missed. Very nice hotel, in the great spot

Sadly you can only do the buffet and not open to have just yogurt and a coffee or something smaller. Beach side the staff can only deliver food/drinks -no interaction. Not personal we had to use an app that only worked 1/2 time. Drinks and food at the beach were too expensive and no happy hour. I stay in 5 star hotels all over the world.

The location is a bit far, it takes 20 minutes by taxi to the city center

Whilst I understand this was an all inclusive, the drinks on offer were poor and the food average. The pools and sun beds are far too small for a hotel of this size.

Down side entertainment not good. Staff in bar area rude at times Get up early if you want a pool chair, people go down before 7am to put towels on these then don’t use them till late afternoon we found. Food good. Scenery amazing. Had a fantastic time in the city and the hotel made it all the better. Very clean, modern and peaceful. A must stay in Dubrovnik staff, food overall 10 out of 10 for us definitely will be back. We only had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights due to being stranded in Dubrovnik after a Marella Cruise strong winds stopped all planes from coming in and out however this turned out to be a great experience and wouldn’t have found this Gem of a hotel.

Very friendly staffs and helpful too. I love the location of the hotel. Very beautiful views. The facilities just ok. Breakfast is not that good to my Asian taste. Overall I would recommend this hotel. It’s close to bus stop and there’s free parking near the hotel too. 

Hotel was in perfect location, clean and modern. We had a few slight issues in the room like needed more hangers, fridge didn’t work but after a few requests were sorted. The girls on reception were friendly but could have done a lot more on the welcoming front it was very much “there are your keys” and then back to their phones or laptop. A little more conversation and customer service required.

Really great area to bade yourself for a stay in Dubrovnik. Babin Kuk is mainly made up of resort hotels, including the Valamar group which meant you could use the loungers on the beach at the nearby President hotel. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were super nice and always helpful. The animation team was great – they had fun activities during the day and shows in the evening. Every night, from 8:30-11:00PM there are noisy concerts, even there is no people to watch it or dance.. It is quite annoying when you are with small kids. I asked fhe receptionist, but there is no option to decrease the volume. Food is avarage buffet food, but drinks are included. In the rooms there are no small fridge, you can order it for extra fee.

The hotel is located opposite the ancient city, and the scenery is definitely unmatched by other hotels. However, the interior decoration is not worthy of the room rate of about 4,500. The hotel is long, but there is only one place with an elevator. Our room is far from the elevator, and we have to walk a long way to the elevator every time. We spent a few days at Hotel Sipar Plava Laguna in September 2024 and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is clean and nicely maintained, with a calm atmosphere.
