I was mainly bothered by the fact that the food was always repetitive, in 7 days we had the same food for lunch and dinner almost every day. Having been to this hotel a few times, I can say that the quality and selection of food has deteriorated.

Excellent care, good cuisine, close to the sea. The city center is a pleasant walk. The fact that they welcome guests with dogs is a plus point. They are very nice at the reception. I missed the fridge in the room and the soft drink at dinner. We are definitely back.

A very family-friendly and clean hotel with excellent breakfast and dinner options. What we especially loved was the dedicated ‘snack time’ at lunch for the kids. The pools are fantastic, and our children absolutely adored the waterslides.

Wow! Wow, it's my first time to Croatia and to be so lucky with my choice of hotel is unbelievable. The staff and the quality og the hotel was just amazing. I recommended this hotel to anyone. The food was also great!

The rooms are clean, spacious, and beautiful. The food is tasty and diverse. A big plus is the heated outdoor pool. The entire complex is clean and well-maintained. The only bad experience was the poor-quality drinks from the machine at dinner (warm, with a moldy taste). The staff is unfriendly.

It's conveniently located within walking distance of the Game of Thrones filming locations in the old town. The room was clean and hygienic, and water was provided. The only thing to note is that you have to remember to read the room number carefully. Otherwise, it's easy to make a mistake just by looking at the number written on the card. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast everything clean parking is difficult because you have to park in the garage. That is perhaps 50 to 100 yards away from the hotel if you go to the hotel first with your bags then you have to take a long route back to the garage because the road by the hotel is one way but really a very nice place to stay.

We liked the place. Spacious rooms. Professional and kind staff. The walk to city center is 30ish minutes and enjoyable on a sunny day. The parking situation is not perfect - it is paid extra and the card sometimes doesn't work.

Central hotel with good service (reception) and good breakfast. However the diner is subpar. I visited in mid January and apparently all rooms were set at 26C without ability to adjust. The only way of adjusting was to open the window - where you have 50% chance facing a autorecond/powerwashing service between 6-23. Rooms are clean and nice though.

I will definitely always return to this hotel whenever I am in Zagreb. Even if I’m not staying overnight, I will make sure to stop by for lunch. There is a luggage service to and from the port which is very convenient and the hotel is only about a 5-10min walk into the main town area. Overall a great stay.

We came of the ferry so didnt drive up a steep hill would be an issue if you had mobility problems but not a proper for us ,lovely pool and bar plenty of sun loungers and good chilled out music room was sufficient clean with nice bathroom comfortable bed ,also breakfast was plentiful and loads of options ,had dinner once large portions and very tasty enjoyed my time at the pharos hotel would...

Good hotel. Location is central but it’s a bit of a walk uphill to reach the property. Room is clean and comfortable. Service is quick and professional. One of the best part is the complimentary luggage pick and drop to and fro Hvar Port. Very convenient. Amazing buffet for breakfast, however, room service food is not worth the price. Overall, strongly recommended.

Everything was great , just wish the bed it’s not two small bed in one , it’s very uncomfortable for couples .

This is a good hotel. Although it is rated as a three-star hotel, it is good enough for a four-star hotel. It has a nice public lounge balcony and is a good place to eat and drink. It's not far from the city on foot, so you'll need to take a detour by car.
