The hotel is called luxury but it has nothing to do with Luxury at all. Simple boutique hotel with pretty old renovation and cheep materials. But the breakfast is very good, not big menu but tasty little dishes. Little beach is nice. Personell are trying their best, polite and respectful but again too far from 5 stars service and luxury. We had a lovely stay! There are many fun facilities. There are a lot of places where you can get food and it is all fine. The staff is crazy kind and the service is great! We stayed in villa arausa and it was great. The room was nice renovated overall we had good time. The food however was not so good. Everyday was the same the food was blank and not salty at all. Fabulous budget hotel, right on the beach, lots of indoor and outdoor space. Rooms a decent size if a ligttle tired, balcony and seaview rooms are lovely. All-inclusive offering very extensive and exceptional value for money although as the hotel caters predominantly for German clientele expect that represented in the food.

The rooms vere nice, the staff was friendly, the food was delicious. But our problem was that we got a room right above the stage which was very loud at night till 10.30/11.00. As we have small kids, we didn't appreciate it. As a hotel that is family friendly with a kids program, we didn't understand why it was so. Also, the air condition didn't work last two days. Lovely hotel with the backdrop of Biomovo mountain. Easy walking distance to many restaurants, the marina and the sea. Antonella was always helpful, as were the rest of the staff. Excellent cleanliness, friendly staff and good morning breakfast service

The hotel is all class. Staff are amazing. The spa/pool is fantastic. Location is just outside of town on the Adriatic- WOW. Absolutely beautiful. You don’t know where to look first- towards the walled city (5mins walk) or out to the islands and sea. Breakfast is included and absolutely delicious. And what a view in the restaurant. Totally worth the visit. Hope to be back!

In need of refurbishment from a cosmetic perspective, as the carpet in my hotel room was worn and tired. No body wash and had to ring housekeeping for refill… perhaps this should be checked regularly with cleaning. Cannot fault the care demonstrated towards guests and breakfast quality. A grand old lady of Zagreb that will always draw me to her. Fantastic location. Highly recommended.

Location is convenient and near to a lot of attractions.

I have stayed twice now and a little disappointed that the last visit I was in the older area of the hotel. Room was smaller and could go with an update. Was in a great location.
