Just arrived home after 10 nights and flouressia gardens is in a lovely location very close to all beaches and a 7 minute walk into Protaras and 5 mins into Penerna There are plenty of sunbeds with no dawn patrol towels placed on beds which is a breath of fresh air with a relaxing vibe once the beat boxes have been notified to switch off We were unfortunately allocated to studio 206 which looks nothing...
What a find on ***********, we had a one bedroom bungalow with absolutely everything we needed it even came with a barbecue and two outside eating areas, it was very clean and the pool area the same, bars are walkable but we opted to hire a car so we could get out and about to the beautiful beaches Protarus and Paralimni have to offer
Lovely apartment very clean with everything you need , never had problem getting sun bed at pool . Elan owner was fantastic very helpful before and during our stay first class thanks 😎😎
The best part of fluorosis’ gardens is the pool area plenty of sunloungers sunny all day and always able to get a bed
Great value stay walking distance to the beach. Well equipped kitchen and nice pool out the back.
We rested with two families with children. There is everything you need for living (dishes, towels, appliances, two bicycles). The owners are friendly, they greeted us with ready-made pizza and delicious pie
This is our 3rd time going we just cant stay away its peacuful the staff are friendly and there is a buffet breakfast its an absolute must you cant not go!
The hotel is near the beautiful bay with a very clean water.
Good hotel, good breakfast.
Great little out of the way hotel. The family absolutely loved it. The staff are warm and friendly. The location is great the room was very clean and comfortable. Good food just a very small selection each day
Our room is above the shop sea view to die for. Room is really clean and towels and bedding changed every few days. On a negative note wifi is shocking. Breakfast tipple buffet style
Just returned from a week here, nice little hotel rooms are a bit dated, double stove was a bit rusty but never used, shower curtain needed changing but all in all a great little base, staff were friendly
Noce stay
Nice hotel to stay for cheap. Breakfast was much better than expected. Average cpmfort in rooms and bit lack of dish and storage areas.
The all Inclusive bar menu more than makes up for it though. The cocktail menu on the AI is good and measures strong
We had a sea view room only 2 floors up but no lift but was fine
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! The place is perfect in every way – a beautiful private pool, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious and stylish rooms, and breathtaking views all around
The villa was absolutely perfect for our family trip. Extremely clean and comfortable. The pool was brilliant and the villa had a number of outdoor seating areas to enjoy the sunshine which was fabulous
Location was great for down town portaras, and 10 mins from napa. Maria the history was great, very friendly, checked if we needed anything, towels etc. Definitely reccomend this villa
Everything was absolutely excellent during our stay at the villa. The house was beautiful, comfortable and very well maintained. Maria was extremely kind, polite and always helpful, which made our experience even better
Super!!! We stayed for 4 nights. Clean , comfortable, everything was perfect. The owner was very serviceable and wanted to help us with anything she can. It was one of the best vacation we hade . We will come again!!!!
She was available for us to contact at any time should we have needed to get in touch. Maria gave us lots of information on the local area, things to see and do as well as fantastic restaurant recommendations

The only downside was out of the hotels hands and that was unsupervised children being allowed to run and play ball around other guests attempting to sun baths in peace!!! Their parents watched on without any thought for other guests
We chose to self cater using a one bed superior apartment and the huge plus was being on the top floor with a massive balcony which guarantees all day sunshine. The cleaning staff were keen and efficient throughout
Superb hotel in a great location. Hotel is super clean, rooms are cleaned every day, rooms have everything you require. Cannot wait to return. Thank you 🙏🏻
Just had a week at these apartments, can’t fault them staff lovely clean and tidy, one bed superior room with a sea view, would definitely be back
Washing and drying machines in the basement was another plus and only 4 Euros a wash
An excellent no frills hotel that suited our needs to the full

Perfect host! Perfect location! Perfect pool! Perfect villa! We had an amazing stay at the villa of Spyros. He helped us with everything. One of the best places I have ever stayed with a group of friends!
I believe we found the best place for our 15 person team meeting!
Many activities available at the villa, table tennis, 4 tennis courts, volleyball, football, a big pool, gym, some table games
It is the best and wonderful place to play tennis. Apart from that here you can also enjoy swimming pool and some catering services. Here everything is, neat and clean, available at very reasonabe price
The tennis courts and the swimming pool are great. The rooms are spacious and comfy for value travelers. The property is close to everything you might want to visit in Protaras. Definitely value for money!
very big spaces, lot of tables, we were very comfortable. We opted to have food there, and they were cooking great dishes all week, which was crowned by a extraordinary lamb that was prepared by Spyros the host himself
There are 4 hard tennis courts, everything well maintained. The coach Spyros was friendly and helpful with advice. There is full inventory there and a very nice place in the countryside to play

Cleaners work so hard as do all the staff. Pool is a fantastic size plenty of sunbeds so you don't have to put towels out early to get a bed
Was here 13th September for a week, in a superior one bedroom apartment overlooking the pool also the main road! Was clean, regular cleaning with maid and changing of towels, good air con in room, very friendly family run hotel, made me feel very welcome… great location, near Malmia bar and several restaurants close by, on way to protaras ***** only 10 minutes walk away
Staff are friendly and you can have a laugh with them. Superior studios are lovely towels and bedding changed regularly bins emptn rooms too. Air conditioning is brilliant and free with jet2 package holidays
I never had to reserve a sun-bed plenty of them! My only negative was that they need to take the white plastic grills off around pool regularly and jet wash them because they were very green with mould very off putting when in pool and leaning out, something that could easily be addressed when maintaining the cleaning of the pool
Had a great time here with my wife and my son, the food was great although we were self catering we had breakfast most of the days we stayed which was very nice along with drinks, got along with everyone I met and found the atmosphere jovial and fun for everyone
The location was excellent as I had a good view of profitas Elias church from the window above our bed and everything else you could need is close lidls being about 20mins on foot although we had hired a car
Angela was very friendly in the pool bar, serving lots of food and drink. Seraphim the lifeguard was very friendly, looking after everyone nearby the pool. Sun beds were slightly dated, but serviceable
The pools are lovely in the heat, one of them are losing the mosaic tiling from the pool. The food is incredible (went for all inclusive, that way you don't have to worry about paying for drinks, food, etc
Staff was lovely and very helpful from the minute we arrived we was looked after the food was really good 👍 and food was available after long hours of traveling 😀 we was so hungry and they even leave you water and sandwich Close by shops pubs are open until late need to go a bit further for town city but the beach walk to the town only takes about 30 to 40 minutes The manager looks after his Hotel...
Lovely pools and entertainment good
The cleaning of the room during our stay was okay but, on two occasions the maids didn't leave any toilet roll and we had to go and request some and they only changed the bed once during our stay and the towels twice
Rooms clean, food amazing for a 3 star hotel. We were a family of 13 which included 5 children. Desserts 🍨 were incredible too. Plenty of fruit at every meal. Only criticism were sunbeds could do with being upgraded
always a pleasure at AT Herbal! Morning Yoga sessions, great food, great Spa for relaxations, best restaurant service, best sea views on Protaras coast, spotlessly clean pools inside & outside, thank you to the owner Tatiana for the love & attention to every detail, a real gem!
Hotel was very stylish and relaxing in a fantastic location (not busy) with the beach a literal 2 minutes walk. The pool area has been designed to be like a Ibiza style chill area with plenty of beds
The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. The pool itself isn't as big as the pictures may suggest, however. this is in no way an issue but just wanted to point it out
We stayed I'm a side sea view superior room. Marble style floors and plenty of mood lighting with a very stylish/minimalist style bathroom/shower. The breakfast had lots a variety and all done to a high standard
what we were looking for: select 4 or 5 star hotel, not very big, intended for adults or at least not necessarily intended for families with children because we wanted to spend time just the two of us without children and the place to be intimate, select to have a pool and to be near the sea and if possible close to the city
Despite being family-friendly and hosting guests with children, the environment remains peaceful and quiet, making it easy to relax by the pool or in any area of the hotel. Highly recommended for a truly restful stay!
Had a really nice stay here. Rooms are stylish and food is quite good. There's a good parking for you rental car. Two pools, one for adults.
Overall great experience!
Service:
5* level, exceptional. Staff are kind, helpful, and available at all times. They even know a little bit of each guest's language to make them feel welcomed
The hotel itself is a brisk walk away from the beaches, the promenade, and all the little tourist shops. Atmosphere:
The hotel is pretty quiet, the pools are divided for adults only and a childrens' one
They get cleaned with a push of a button as often as needed. Location:
The only downside - our balcony had a view of a children's pool and a parking lot
From management to all staff, our experience was 10 out of 10. The food was out of this world. The pool bar staff were amazing, especially Karolina and Peter. The hotel was spotless and the facilities were unbelievable
I recently stayed at Blu Ivy Hotel and suites and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every interaction was warm, helpful, and genuinely kind
Great value for the money, the staff are lovely and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The rooms are a little dated but everything functions and rooms are decent size (ours had a balcony pool view)
From the moment we walked in the experience was wonderful. We were met by staff and advised that even though we were early for check in we were able to use the pool and water park
Well equipped with a safe, hairdryer, towels for the pool and tea/coffee facilities. Food was good with lots off variety. Evening meal was great with home made pizzas
The hotel met our expectations in every respect—professional and courteous service, comfortable rooms cleaned daily, and delicious and varied food, ensuring everyone could find something to their liking
An additional advantage was the excellent location—close to the city center, and despite the greater distance to the sea, our stay was still exceptionally enjoyable
But the pool bar is open until midnight if you want to buy drinks after the all inclsive finishes. Its a bit of a trek to the beach. is a bit of a mixture, some days good, the Asian night had lovely curries etc
The pool area is a highlight, especially for families, and the hotel’s location is convenient, with easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants
Fun for Everyone: The kids water activities were a great feature, ensuring the little ones had a blast. Relaxing Poolside: The pool bar was a perfect spot to enjoy a drink and relax by the water
Key Highlights of Your Visit
Spotlessly Clean: Everything felt fresh and well-kept, including the pool, the bedroom, and the lobby
A Great Stay, Despite Early Concerns
It's clear that the actual experience was much better than what you expected from the reviews! You arrived thinking it might be a bad or unclean place, but you found the opposite to be true: it was a good place with clean facilities
Anastasia Hotel in Protaras offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay with friendly, helpful staff and a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the common areas are pleasant and relaxing
Delicious Food Galore: The breakfast, lunch, and dinner all offered a huge variety of options—so much to choose from! Even the snacks in between meals were really good
I am not satisfy for the cleanlness at the 4th day i asked them to give us clean towels with the excuse that their washing mashine has broken
Basic but clean and comfortable. Great location with at least a dozen bars and restaurants within 200m. Bus stop nearby for a regular service into Protaras (5 mins) for 2 Euro
Rooms bit dated ,shower not a lot of pressure but good hot water ,good kitchen with tea coffee toaster and coffee blender, cups plates etc ,very friendly staff ,great pool not to deep for youngsters ,plenty of sun loungers
The hotel is perfect for a budget-friendly holiday. We were warmly welcomed by Mr. Jahed, who is very friendly and a true gentleman. He made us feel appreciated and comfortable right from the moment we arrived
A left turn and 5 minute walk to the centre of Pernera with a load of restaurants and bars, maybe not the hectic nightlife some require but live music, karaoke and plenty of D J,s playing a wide range of music until the early hours
Nice hotel apartment, cleaning every day, towels changed every 3 days, nice swimming pool, closest beach around 300m away, a lot of restaurants around, bus stop on 200m away
After dinner, we were then checked into our room, where they informed us that we have been upgraded to a side sea view, free of charge. Our room was incredibly clean and the balcony had plenty of room, with two sunbeds
Cleaning and changing of towels are done every day. WiFi is available throughout the hotel and surrounding areas (swimming pool, courtyard. Beach/pool towels are provided and changed every 3 days
I couldn’t recommend this hotel more! My partner and I have just got home from spending just over a week at the Vrissiana Hotel, where we had the most relaxing holiday
They have different themed nights throughout the week, where you can see the menus for not only that week, the one ahead too! There was several different options to choose from and Chef’s making omelettes/pizza’s fresh on request
Jonny the porter never ceases to smile and is very helpful. Aris, the restaurant manager and his team also provide a five star customer service
Ani and Alexis made our stay amazing and we will miss them a lot! Strongly recommend to visit them once you have a chance - best drinks we've ever had and lots of warmth and positive energy that they spread every evening
We had one á la carte sitting included in our stay, the restaurant staff were attentive and friendly and the food was Absolutely outstanding! We had lunch at the snack bar most days so that we should stay by the pool
There wasn't a lot of choice compared to other hotels but the food was nice. The hotel benefits from an adults only pool which gets the sun most of the day. There were no 'sun bed wars' as there were plenty of beds
His positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond reflect exceptional leadership and passion for hospitality. A true asset to Vangelis Hotel
Dining & Dietary Needs: A huge plus for how they handle meals. The food in the restaurant was very clearly labeled for allergens, which is a massive help and provides peace of mind for anyone on a gluten-free diet
Outstanding service at Venus restaurant and every other outlet with all the team serving us promptly, with a smile. A special mention and sincere appreciation to the manager overseeing all restaurants and bars
Our stay at the Vangelis Hotel was a truly fantastic experience. The hotel really stands out for its staff, who are incredibly kind, professional, and helpful at every turn
We like the fact that the hotel is in lots of separate 3 storey blocks with pretty gardens in between them, not 1 high block & above all we love the gorgeous setting of the pools overlooking the beautiful small cove beach
I would very much recommend this hotel?
The all inclusive is very worth it fells so much better when you don’t have to worry about paying it, it makes everything much easier😁⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Myself & my husband visited the Malama Beach for the 7th time at the very end of October for 9 days
We've never repeat visited anywhere else in the world this many times so that tells you how much we are comfortable & how much we enjoy it here
We always hire a car & drive to Protaras in about 10 minutes with a big choice of restaurants & bars, though about 40% of these were closed in the 1st week of November
Our favourite beach to visit is Konnos Bay, a stunning cove with steep cliffs round it, you need to drive down hairpin bends to reach it, about 25 mins drive the other side of Protaras, get there early for a parking space
I live here with my eight-year-old son and can truly recommend it for both couples and families, diffrent pool areas makes it easy to chose
It’s a great hotel where everything is easily accessible—the distance to the sea and shopping is just a minute or so. There is a wide variety of food that suits everyone
Fabulous hotel, easy to access everything locally. Rooms are beautiful and the hotel is spotless. Food/drink is really nice much better than your usual all inclusive. Staff can't do enough for you
As well as great food at the hotel they also give you the option to dine out of the hotel twice during our 5 night stay at a choice of 4 different restaurants on the ***** which was about a 5 minute walk, we visited the Lemongrass Asian restaurant and the Marcello’s Italian restaurant and the food at both these restaurants were really high quality and again the staff were lovely
Although every staff...
A bonus is that you can book different restaurants to dine at even if you have all-inclusive, and you’re also assigned sun loungers that are yours for the entire stay
The staff are very friendly and accommodating, The whole hotel, pool and the room is fresh and clean
We only used the hotel as a base as we wanted to explore Protaras but what a base! Absolutely recommend and we would 100% come back here. Atmosphere of the staff was always lovely
Best location - close to all the nice restaurants , pubs, supermarkets. Rooms were clean & spacious with individual balconies. The pool bar was luxurious and our bartender Petroula was the best :)
OMG we love this place, the room was perfect, the breakfast was perfect and the room service was perfect
Lovely meals in greek and steak restaurant all free Had great fun at pool bar with Petrula she is an absolute credit to the hotel such a lovely hardworking funny lady she made our day by the pool
Loved being able to swap dinner for lunch too, fab steak! Kyklos restaurant was great, delicious food, great staff and some new menu options. The weather was amazing for October, we were even still able to use the pools
Breakfast was something else, you get such a choice of hot, cold, Greek, English and just picky eaters it was amazing, to be able to eat outside under fans near the pool was bliss
Didn't actually stay in these apartments, but was shown around them as was interested in staying when I next return to Cyprus. What I saw showed a great sized pool, and the apartments modern
Good hotel for a good price in great location close to the beach and shops/restaurants. It’s like a little village with a church, restaurant and pool as well
Amazing family place
Rooms clean every day
Lovely Gardens- 👌
Bar the best in Protaras reasonable prices
Entertainment every night/ at least 2 shows- tributes
restaurant traditional food
Thanks the family
Excellent transport links, bus is 100 meters in front of the hostel and the beach is about 500 meters away. We only experienced positive things. Oh, and a talking parrot in the lobby :)
My family and I stayed for two weeks it’s not a five star holiday destination but your not paying five star prices it’s a family run apartment complex with bar restaurants
etc Helena and her staff couldn’t be more helpful it’s a short walk to the beach and there’s entertainment in the bar every night and the food is very good in the restaurant
