Where to stay in Protaras

What a lovey hotel all the staff and entertainment team are excellent. It's a long walk to the beach but there is a free bus service which is a definite benefit. The food is different every day and the restaurant at the front of the hotel is a place you have to go to as this food is excellent and also part of the hotel. We will definitely be back

Hotel is a cheap and cheerful hotel. Staff were spot on especially bar staff. Rooms were nothing special but done as a base for the week. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The restaurant offered a good variety of food, everything was tasty, and the waiters were extremely kind. We arrived home last weekend after 13 nights here. I think some of the recent reviews are a little unfair. The hotel is clean, rooms aren't massive but they are clean as well. The pool is small, far too small for big inflatables and ball games. Some so called adults acted worse than children. If you have a late flight don't stay here, I don't think they have even heard of a late checkout room.

I'd like to comment on the pool bar service. The bar is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The all-inclusive menu includes delicious drinks served exclusively by a bartender named Murat. I rested at this hotel with my wife. Very beautiful and clean room. Nice hotel and friendly staff. Wide range of food, which will suit both adults and children. There are vegan dishes. The whole hotel was very clean. But you only get fresh towels and linen every three days! The bed is very hard. The food is okay, but always the same. The staff at the reception is not very helpful (lacking English skills, not well-informed about anything). There was not much for children.

We had a great time at this hotel! The staff is so friendly, the restaurant was great (we booked only breakfast). It's close to amazing beaches and restaurants but, at the same time, in a quiet area. Excellent staff. Good food. Clean. Friendly We liked everything except the modern bathroom in the bedroom idea and the swimming pools were very cold.

The overall stay was very nice. We've been there twice, hope to come again in the coming months and years. We've seen some known faces from the last year, very smiley and approachable receptionist, I think it was Fotini. Restaurant is very nice too, staff attentive, great job done with renovation of it. Gym is good too, so is the swimming pool.

We stayed in the Royal Suite. Although it was only a one-day stay, we were very pleased. The room's amenities were excellent. Because it was a separate suite, it was well-insulated from noise. Having its own entrance was a nice touch. We'd love to stay longer in the future.

We did not stay at the hotel but ate in their restaurant, because it was close to the beach. The service was great indeed, and the first time, their food was also great. But then we went again, and I believe they served us the buffet food although we ordered a la carte. The food was terrible 😕 this time. So I would recommend to the customers who come from outside the hotel to eat in their restaurant...

Solid simple hotel in a great location on the boardwalk. Good breakfast, attentive housekeeping, simple but comfortable rooms with balconies. No toiletries provided and the towels were rather worn out, and weirdly there's a big vacant lot between the hotel and the sea, but overall the property is great value.
