Hotel is located just opposite the Kafka head statue. There’s a Tesco supermarket near by hotel. Within walking distance to Old Town Square. Room is a bit small but it’s size of Europe.

Highly recommended! The location at 9 o'clock is excellent, right next to the Kafka statue. There are many supermarkets and shops nearby, making shopping very convenient. You can easily walk to Charles Bridge. The service is also very good.

Perfect location for all, attractions, food, bars, and grocery stores. Will def stay here again if I visit Prague

The room is by the river. It's a bit noisy during the day because there are many passersby, but it doesn't bother me much if I'm out exploring during the day. It's quiet at night. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast selection is limited but not bad.

This is a great find for people who come for vacation, and you still can have your instagram/snapchat moments

Excellent location tho note that most cabs (Uber or Bolt) are unlikely to pick up at the hotel and you might have to move further out, which was what I ended up doing. The other thing is the WiFi signal, at least for my room, was extremely weak, to the point that it's mostly useless and I had to rely on roaming data. Still, a great location with a quaint room and I highly recommend it

It's conveniently located near Charles Bridge. I went there at the end of the year and there was a Christmas market right in front of the hotel. There's a delicious Italian restaurant nearby, so I'd definitely stay here again.

I can see why the ratings are low. The only thing I can praise is the service attitude; the front desk staff was quite friendly, and the location is excellent, just a street away from the tram and subway stations. However, the bathroom exhaust fan was completely out of control. It kept making noise even after I turned off the switch, and the door wouldn't close properly – it was quite annoying 😩. ...

The facilities are a little dated. Especially when returning at night, getting the main door to open with the keycard was a real struggle; it often felt like pure luck when it finally worked. I hope you can get that fixed. However, the value for money was acceptable.

The location is closed to Mustek subway station just about 50 meter into stairway down to the station. Accross the road there are many reastaurant, behind the hotel a coffee shop, 20 meter aside Kentucky fc. About 200 meters walk therea a museum and Mc D. discounted clothes shop just walking about 100 meters. Its really located in a tourist area.

The hotel was easy to get to from the airport. Our room was on the first floor right on the street, but it was very quiet and we were able to sleep without any issues. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. The complimentary breakfast was also enjoyable.

This hotel is exceptionally good, it is only located 15 min away from airport, and 20min from old town. Trams are just 6 min walk away. All staffs are friendly, especially the team from breakfast, very hard working employees! Bravo!

I went to play there badminton with a friend. Two big tennishalls with one tennis court turned into 4 badminton courts. I have not been there a very very long time but they seem to keep up their standard of service which was great to see as many places seem to deteriorate after some years in service, infrastructure etc... You can sport there, have something to drink or eat and they have accomodation...

I always stay here whenever I visit the Czech Republic, and it's excellent.

The room was large and comfortable. Downstairs is the pedestrian street, which can be a little noisy at night. If you are a light sleeper, I don't recommend booking this hotel. There's nothing else. The breakfast was said to start at 8 o'clock, but I saw that it was ready at 7 o'clock, so we could eat it, which was good. The service staff are also very good. satisfy.

Hotel Mucha is amazing, the receptionist gave us a warm welcome and the rooms are recently renovated, so safe to say they are gorgeous! They have given us a massive room also, one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The only thing that was a bit meh was the breakfast, it was small and the girls were working hard to refill it all, but the stuff was disappearing quicker.
