Had a very good stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the food is delicious, and the entertainment was really well done. The staff were generally friendly, although some could be a bit more attentive. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I recommend this hotel.

Our room was very nice, we had the suite with the living room and very large balcony. It was very private and spacious. The towels in the room were old looking, they were clean but they definitely need to update them. We weren’t given any hand towels or washcloths. Had a great 11 night stay at Zel. The staff are friendly and helpful, despite a small language barrier of English. Rooms are spacious but could improve some minor details- had to ring for fresh towels on a few occasions, the sinks were never washed down during stay but bedding spotless and made every day. I highly recommend the unique experience, which includes a butler service during you stay. Our butler, Oliver, went above and beyond. He helped me navigate food allergy issues, made our dining and spa reservations, and even went to the local store to get me a brush, that I failed to pack.

We stayed at Lopesan in the Unique category for my 40 birthday. When we arrived , we were greeted with champagne and there was a private check in. They let us check in a little early which was great. They left a chocolate gift in our room which was delicious! We spent the majority of our time at the Unique bar on the beach and every bartender was super nice! We felt extremely comfortable and welcome during our stay. We booked TRS Turquesa, and even though we were staying there, we came to this hotel every single evening for 10 days to enjoy drinks at the bar and the music. We had an amazing time with the staff and built a great connection with the bar team. They fulfilled every wish we had and shared wonderful moments with us — listening to music together...

I had Mayeli personally attend me she was on top of everything such and amazing friendly person she made sure me and my guest had a great time very helpful with recommendations for food and activities around the area and helped so much i give her 5 stars and 10/10 loved her

This place is phenomenal. William and Rosa and Larry and everyone at the pool bar will make you feel like family. William remembered our names, our drinks and really made us feel like we had a friend to see everyday. William is one of the reasons my wife and I will absolutely be back to this hotel.
