Check in was slow. If you walk up and and interrupt they seem to serve you first. Waiting in line does not get faster/better service. Beach was great till the seaweed came in but that is not the hotel's issue. They did clean it up. Very irritating that people save chairs at the crack of dawn making it next to impossible to get one. I highly recommend the unique experience, which includes a butler service during you stay. Our butler, Oliver, went above and beyond. He helped me navigate food allergy issues, made our dining and spa reservations, and even went to the local store to get me a brush, that I failed to pack.
