New Eagles Aqua Park Resort in Hurghada

This hotel offers good value for its price. We had room 430 on the second floor, which had a beautiful sea view. The biggest plus here is the restaurant and the delicious food they serve. Every day they surprise you with something new and tasty. There's a small zoo on the premises, and entertainment: morning stretching and dancing, and small shows in the evenings. There might be other activities, but we didn't inquire. Room cleaning and towel changes are daily. We left a tip of 50 EGP or $1 on the bed, and our room was cleaned perfectly, with the bed beautifully made.

However, the rooms lack shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, disposable toothbrushes, and disposable slippers – you'll need to bring or buy these yourself. There is tea, coffee, water, and liquid soap. A safe is provided. The rooms and plumbing are a bit tired. There was a sewage smell in our room, likely from the pipes through the sink/shower. We tried to cover the drains with napkins. We had to ask for a hairdryer for two days straight, and finally got one with difficulty; it seems they have very few (or just one) hairdryers in the entire hotel.

Another significant drawback is the beach and the bay itself: it's actually a pier and a parking spot for boats, so there's nowhere to swim. Plus, there were traces of fuel in the water and trash on the shore. We took a walk to the neighboring Mercure hotel, and it was night and day (they had a heated pool and a pristine beach, with super clear water and bay). The hotel shop is expensive, with inflated prices. You'll find much cheaper options on Sheraton Street. We used inDrive taxis, paid in cash, and went for walks to Sheraton, Marina, and the Mosque. Egypt isn't the best country for walks; the safest and most beautiful place is Marina (second to last photo).

We took a glass-bottom boat trip ($15 per person), and swam in the sea with masks – the fish are wonderful! (We bought the masks at shops in Marina). In mid-March, the sea water was cold; we only swam twice during our vacation. The weather was often windy, and the hotel pool was colder than the sea.

Overall, I recommend this hotel for families with children and those on a limited budget. If the beach were clean and free of boats, it would be significantly better. If you can afford to spend a little more on your vacation, I recommend considering a different hotel.

Double bed room is ok however there is only one buggy and receptionist is difficult to contact

Beautiful sunset!!~~ We made great memories thanks to the delicious food and friendly staff. The disco party for the kids was also a nice touch~~ I loved the daily cleaning and fresh bedding!~~ The breakfast and dinner that changed daily were excellent!~ Thank you~^^

I already booked at this hotel twice, I enjoyed in my time there with my kids, everything is good specifically the food, the most delicious food you can find it in this hotel
