Luxurious hotel with large territory in Makadi Bay. The 4 water slides. Private sandy beach, on the beach of the lake with sea water. Recommend for a relaxing holiday.

Built: 2006

Location: 34 km from airport and 43 km from the centre of Hurghada, on the seashore.

Consists of a main 4-storey building and a complex 3-storey buildings.

The hotel has 552 rooms.

Total area: 85 000 m2.

Beach: private sandy beach, near the corals, there is a sandy entrance to the sea, the pontoon on the beach there is a sea water lake, the first coastal line. Recommended special shoes. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. The length of the beach – 550 m.

Worst hotel ever. Dirty rooms and dirty pools. Not a swimmable beach. No phone working in room. Bad internet connection. Fights between guests at dinner. Only one towel in a family room and nothing changed when we complained.

Management/reception staff is extremely unprofessional.
The reservations manager, Mr. Abdel Wahab, should be fired for his incompetence and unwillingness to help clients resolve an issue.
Staying at the hotel with a prepaid reservation booked online, but the hotel still charged in full at check in because "we didn't receive cash yet from the travel agency" ?? They can see that it should be paid by the agency and not the client, but instead of contacting their distribution network to see why they didn't receive payment yet, they took money from a client who had already paid.
I spoke with Mr. Abdel Wahab (reservations manager) multiple times and he refused to take any action to sort this issue out. I will make sure no one from our group, friends or family ever stay at this property again, at least until Mr. Abdel Wahab gets fired.
We are currently in contact with the travel agency trying to get a refund, as it seems the hotel intends to take double payment.
AVOID THIS PROPERTY!!

The resort have a large area not used as well ,it have all possible way to be the best one ,it have a lot of closed places
I hope that they use it well and avoid all negative comments

Nice location but very far from Hurghada ,rooms are comfortable and neat,but terrible food and simply no kind of organisation at all,the second day the food was better after eveyone complained,all inclusive is an illusion no snacks on the beach but drinks were cold and good compared to the awful ones at the restaurant and the people serving them are friendly ,the sea is so shallow and you have to take a long distance in order to have a good swim ,entartainment team is nice.

An ideal choice for a family holiday! A solid 5 by Egyptian standards. Everything has been thought out here: from entertainment to the smallest details, so that both children and adults will feel comfortable and interested. Spacious well-kept territory with green areas and a regular shuttle bus. Don't want to walk? In 2-3 minutes you can reach the beach in comfort! The beach has clean sand, a gentle entrance to the sea, and for snorkeling enthusiasts there is a beautiful reef nearby. Pools for every taste: from children's with slides to adult relaxation areas. There are enough sun loungers and umbrellas even at the peak of the season: both on the beach and by the pool. Don't worry about getting up early - it is not customary here to occupy sun loungers at 5-6 in the morning. Food and drinks: The restaurants pleased with the variety: from hearty breakfasts to delicious dinners. I especially recommend the a la carte restaurants: Turkish restaurant - kebab and shashlik at the highest level, dishes from a chef from Turkey; French restaurant and Indian. A la carte restaurants must be booked in advance for dinner. The bars will not disappoint: champagne, wine (pink, white, red), beer, rum, gin; non-alcoholic: cola, fanta, schweppes, packaged juices, fresh juices (strawberry, mango, orange). Additionally, the lobby bar and lounge lagoon bar have whiskey on the menu: Ballantines, Red Label, Jim Beam; gin: Beefeater... The staff is attentive and responsive - do not forget to thank them with tips! For children: Active animation, various competitions for children and their parents, playgrounds and good mini-clubs. There is a children's water park for the youngest children, a playground - you won't be bored. And parents can enjoy the SPA at the hotel. I recommend it to families who value comfort and variety. I enjoyed my time in this hotel and the service is good and the animation team is a fun team and spreads the positive energy to everyone who is in the place and I will get back to this experience again and thank you.

At the moment the hotel is closed, the territory and water park are abandoned. Friends, who read this review. If you will rest nearby in Labranda or Stella, remember, in Harmony the most beautiful reef in Egypt. We were in Sharm and in Dahab in Blue Hall, more than 15 times in Egypt. Believe me, this is the most beautiful reef. As of today, 06/29/23, the cost is 5$ to swim from their pier, but if you knew how beautiful it is, believe me, it is not a pity to give 10 and 15. Here I saw 2 stingrays, black with white dots and black with gold, huge more than a meter. I did not take photos, I dived without a phone. If you dive, take fins, without them it will be difficult because there is a strong current and waves to the right. In 3 days I will swim again and take photos from the pier.

Worst hotel.. Bad service and horrible staff.. The worst food ever

Do not come here if you are from England worst place I have ever been to in my life. Food is awful an mould in a lot of places around hotel. Plus there is only 1 bar in side the hotel serving the worst drinks I have ever drank i would rather drink water then the drinks here an this is my 1st day so stay away from here. Or u WILL regret coming here promise me. Going to be a good Xmas NOT ........ had to put 1 star to post this it does not ket ne put minus stars which I would put minus 5 stars
