Soft drinks were provided as well as a bath robe. Free lockers to store personal belongings. The young girl I had was really sweet and friendly. Some of the staff spoke good English

We were handed an envelope at the end and politely asked by our masseuse for a tip to be left in their tip box inside the envelope. The experience was worth every penny and we had no objection to leaving a tip

This place is great for solo or coupes/friends. And they have many different options. I always go for the Sauna, then Steam Room, then Hamam, then hot tub followed by 90min massage they have 1 hour ones too

We booked the Rivoli spa experience through our Tui rep from another hotel in Makadi Bay. We paid €47pp for a Turkish spa. We were greeted by friendly staff at The Rivoli Suites and taken to their hammam

It’s really good stay in Lilly apartment, good location, friendly helpful staff, delicious breakfast on the beach ( need to walk 10 minutes on foot to reach beach for breakfast )

The room was very spacious, with a kitchen and washing machine. The breakfast was good, but the bedding wasn't very clean; we asked for a change, and they changed it immediately

I swear that was one the best vacations i had in hurghada. We literally tried three rooms before confirming the one we liked. Receptionists are very very friendly and they met us every single morning with a smile

Just pick up your towel at the pool by the hotel and a beach acess card at reception. They have good wi fi in the room and all common areas now. The buffet breakfast was very good

The hotel itself was perfect for my needs. The suite was huge with a kitchen, living room, separate bedroom and separate bathroom. Amazing value for money compared to what I was paying at some of the hotels

Room cleaning is top notch, manager is always in the lobby checking about guests and staff to make sure everything is smooth and according to the highest standards. Very recommended and will always come back

We had a lovely one bedroom apt with a pool and ocean view. They on a hill that we walked up and down most days but they have a free shuttle if you dont want to walk

The treatments in the salon are a bit over priced. 50 euros for a basic pedicure and would have been 60 euros to have with gel polish. Massages are very good and better priced

Unfortunately we could not eat at the Japanese restaurant as it was fully booked for our entire stay. I think the booking system should be fairer. There are a lot of flies and birds in the main restaurant

This prevents other guests from finding available seats and creates unnecessary frustration. A possible solution would be for the lifeguards to monitor this more actively within their designated areas

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. The property is stunning, very well maintained, and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. You truly feel appreciated as a guest here

I would also like to mention a point for improvement regarding the sunbeds at the pool. Many guests place towels on sunbeds early in the morning and then do not use them for most of the day

However, during our stay we discovered that there is a VIP option with a blue wristband. With this band, guests can access all restaurants and enjoy additional services

Everything looks good expect no ball for volleyball, football. Hope managers will fix this soon to buy good quality ball :) food is perfect, rooms are clean with surprises from towels

We have visited Egypt so many times (every time 4 and 5* hotels) and this is for us the Best hotel ever ! We stayed 14 day and enjoyed it ! So friendly stuff ever helping and smiling

Clean and quiet room (pool+garden view) close to the reception and main restaurant - its worth to pay a little extra for it. Food so good and changing every day. Fish and beef and china food every day different style

But the food i n the main restaurant wa perfect so we choose to go there more ofthe. Animation team good + much activities during day and evenings

The food is tasty and there's a good selection, so you won't go hungry! As for the downsides: 1) Upon check-in, they quite insistently ask for a gift (where's my gift? You came from Moscow, right? Where's the gift?)

Even at beach buffet - fish and wine during lunch time. Nothing to solve - everything works at it has to be. Beach is close (700m) and the shuttle bus is going every 15minutes

A special mention to reception staff, waiters at the Star Bar and the writers at the buffet. The food was very good with an ever changing choice in the buffet
