The hotel is simple in a good way. The rooms are small but well designed so it is ok. The pool is huge and everybody is around not in which is even better for people who like to swim quietly

The a la carte menu that you can have at the pool bar or at your lounge chair is short but very tasty

Little deception with the buffet that we took at dinner on our arrival, but you have so many options to dine out as the hotel is located 50 meters from the "center", an open air food court with very good restaurants if you choose carefully

Very nice hotel within 5 minutes to major attractions via tuc tuc. We stayed for 1 week and there was not a single day that I was bored with breakfast. The lagoon is amazing.

The beach is artificial but that is the way it is. The breakfast is outstanding, on of the best ever, and god knows how many breakfasts I have eaten in hotels

Excellent value for money! You'd be hard-pressed to find a better hotel at this price, and the service was also impeccable.

Management are very professional but still frequently engage in a bit of banter which is nice to see as are most of the staff. The whole of the bay is a gated complex so very safe to walk around with almost no hassle

The staff were incredible and always so helpful — they really couldn’t do enough for us. The food was great, especially the desserts, and we loved the really nice seating areas around the hotel

The staff are amazing, from the reception, to the restaurants, around pool area, the room attendants and even the garden staff, nothing is too much trouble and they are always happy and smiling

The management and staff are very helpful and help make it a great experience. There is a beach area available which is a short shuttle bus ride but we preferred to stay around the pool

Lunch at the Pool Bar is excellent with a very extensive menu. Needless to say we shall be returning very soon to our second home. Big thank you to all the staff

We stayed for a winter break and found it to be perfect for the relaxing recuperative break we needed. The staff we excellent and always attentive if we wanted anything, and the quality and choice of food was exceptional

The Germans are literally up at 6am to put their towels on the beds which limits your pool area choice. The hotel overall is very good and the staff were good apart from Hanna on the pool bar

Expect attempts to sell you trips, massages etc every day but they arent pushy and are polite. Airport experience was aweful and our flight was cancelled. Airport staff are beaurocratic

We were both ill within 36 hours of arriving for 3 days. Thank goodness for Antinal from the pharmacy. Not the food but more likely the lack of hygiene from guests and staff

The staff handled this quickly and professionally and accommodated a double bed without any issues. The only minor downside was that the curtains were not blackout

Atmosphere is welcoming and really chill)) Room was not the best one, windows in our room wasn’t opening and it was not super good, but for sleeping okay

Location is near the airport, which is okay, but inside the hotel territory you can barely hear noise from the street

The **bar staff and waiters are absolute superstars**, constantly going the extra mile and making guests feel welcome. We had **all-inclusive at Panorama Restaurant**, and our experience there was very good

Mahmoud stepped in and **ordered fresh fried fish, prawns, and king prawns for us**, and **refused to take any money**. This gesture meant a lot and shows what real hospitality looks like

Good things : main swimming pool is nice, aqua Park is nice, restaurant is nice, lobby is nice

Bad things : rooms are tiny, beds sheets are dirty, mattresses are dirty and not comfortable, quilts are are dirty, room carpets are dirty, night shows are socks, food has no varieties

We enjoyed room service in our lounge or garden every night! Really generous portions, spent less on eating at the hotel than we'd expected. I feel totally rejuvenated after our 4 night stay

The hotel was quiet with few guests, and the scenery was beautiful, though it was very windy in winter. For breakfast, there was a good variety of hot and cold options

Lunch was casual fare by the pool, and dinner offered a rich selection of both international and local dishes

Since it was just after the holiday, there weren't many guests, so I could relax on the beach chairs as much as I wanted! The check-in staff were professional and enthusiastic, giving me a detailed introduction to the various areas and facilities of the hotel

Overall, it's a very good experience in Egypt! The front desk service was excellent! The young staff were friendly and welcoming! The pool and beach service was average

I spent their a fantastic time with the family even i extended one day, the staff are great and so helpful, rooms are nice and clean, 2 swimming pool and the beach is so nice if you like snorkeling or diving this place is one of the best on the red sea, prices are average and there is a pharmacy in the hotel, food is good

I booked a family room, and the hotel upgraded me to a family suite for free. Both rooms were spacious, with two large sunny balconies perfect for sunbathing. The rooms looked to be over 100 square meters

We didn’t realise it was 6 courses! So we had Course 1 hors d’oeuvres, Course 2 I had smoked salmon and husband had Cappuccino Soup (which was delicious), Course 3 Waldorf Salad, Course 4 a lemon sorbet soup, Course 5 I had Sea Bass and he had Beef, Course 6 I had Fruit Platter and he had Cheesecake! It was all absolutely delicious and we highly recommend booking a table

Yes, it's 40 km from Hurghada, but it's ideal if you want peace and quiet. The food was delicious; we booked the all-inclusive package. The alcohol was excellent, and there was evening entertainment

There are two pools on the property, but the water was chilly in December

They provide free masks and life jackets on the beach. The coral reef off the beach is magnificent! The staff was very polite, and everything was clean. The room was large and bright

Rested at this hotel 3 weeks ago, the impression is positive large area, well-groomed , has its own lagoon , sandy bottom with no guard is suitable for families with children, and if bad , the food would put a 4, but perhaps this is due to changes of owners , in the evenings there is the disco and a day at the beach is aerobics on land and in water so do not give bored ,the standard rooms are no frills...

The path is very beautiful, always clean, lots of plants and flowers, poorly lit at night to the restaurant but that's not a big problem, there are bins, pixles, there's plenty of shade, the whole resort has palm trees, there are 6

Bad point: if you want to try a la carta restaurant you have to be there at least three nights to make the reservation…

The location altought is far from city center is better than other resorts

The room was good, the bed was confortable and they have a huge land with beach restaurant, pool restaurant… The food was not the best, they had some handmade food that was tasty, but mostly was not good Quality in our opinion

Let’s be real you can not accept “Hilton” level of details, but that is why i will always rather accept to go to Pharaoh Azur than Hilton, it’s feel more natural and friendly not fake glitter

Here you unbelievably big park full of threes, grass and even a lake in the middle. We will for sure come back again. Also a big recommendation for Farfasha Caffe and Mohamed

Chef Sayed didn’t just cook for us—he looked after us, and that made all the difference. If you go to Beach Albatross, Culina is the place to be because of him

You could tell he genuinely cared about each person sitting at the table. That kind of kindness made the whole experience feel really personal and memorable

He was so friendly and welcoming, like an old friend making sure everyone felt right at home, making sure we were all comfortable and happy with our meals

The beach is well equipped, there are enough sunbeds for everyone at any time of the day. The sunbeds are not new, wooden but strong and reliable

And given their prices, it is better to buy everything elsewhere. Egyptian oils are best bought in specialized stores. We bought goods in the eliteargan store, we also hammer into a search engine and find their website

You can supplement the entertainment program with excursions. Guides and instructors speak excellent Russian, all polite nice people. Prices are reasonable and there are even exclusive tours like Cairo without shops

The rooms are not new and will not interfere with the repair and replacement of furniture. Since the furniture creaks, and mold can be found in the bathroom. Just do not please and interruptions in hot water

Excursions were organized by a private tour company 1oneguide, type the name into any search engine and you will immediately find their website. Another big plus is that you don't have to pay up front

Moreover, they have free delivery directly to the hotel without prepayment and very good prices. And the store itself works directly from the famous oil factory. The oils are very high quality

We have visited Egypt so many times (every time 4 and 5* hotels) and this is for us the Best hotel ever ! We stayed 14 day and enjoyed it ! So friendly stuff ever helping and smiling

Clean and quiet room (pool+garden view) close to the reception and main restaurant - its worth to pay a little extra for it. Food so good and changing every day. Fish and beef and china food every day different style

The hotel is perfect for anyone, for a family or just a vacation. The food is amazing and let’s not forget abut the workers. The workers are the best, they pay you respect and give you the best experience

Even at beach buffet - fish and wine during lunch time. Nothing to solve - everything works at it has to be. Beach is close (700m) and the shuttle bus is going every 15minutes

Sea is clean and we saw some fish at the hotel beach + beach with sand is good. Aquapark is big and good for the children but we prefered to stay at the beach or at the pool near our room - there was more quiet

The pool closest to the hotel is heated, which was a lifesaver in the cooler evenings. The water slides were an absolute highlight – crazy fun and the kids couldn't get enough of them; no long waits either

The good stuff: The resort is kept very clean and tidy throughout – rooms were serviced daily, everything felt fresh, and the pools (there are several) were spotless

Huge fountain in the lobby and two water features outside. The pools were clean and well maintained. The aqua park opened early and closed late. All of the slides were working. The restaurants never felt too crowded

Room service Kept leaving 2 towels when there was 3 of us, gym opened at 10am, booze was awful paid all inclusive spent more on alcohol in the other bar, pestered every day 4/5 times for massage etc, no night time entertainment except y Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, entertainment staff did morning Dane one and afternoon one looked bored, nothing for teens
