The hotel is in a great location, and the terrace room I booked had a fantastic view! It's about a 20-minute walk from the hotel to Annecy town, passing by the lake, one of Annecy's most picturesque sights. The hotel also has a hot spring and sauna, perfect for soaking in the hot springs and enjoying the lake view when you're tired. The breakfast was also very good, and there was also a **.

The best hotel in Annecy, with lake views right outside the window. The suite has four balconies, and it's a great place to sit outside and enjoy the view. It's very quiet, and it's also very convenient to walk to the lake below for a swim.

The hotel is a fine resort located in front of the lake giving a superb view of the area if your room is facing the lake itself. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Location directly outside the train station, very convenient if you travel by train, good sound insulation, did not hear any noise. Nice bonus: there is a area reserved next to the reception desk for work and informal meetings.

Great hotel, well located and clean with a nice pool as a bonus. I'm very happy that the hotel kept their great breakfast offer and didn't follow the downward offer from most of the other hotels in the ACCOR Group. It would be nice during summer to have a pool bar or a possibility of ordering drinks easily without having to dress up and go back inside to the bar.

The hotel is very close to the cable car station, but might be a bit far from the city. The facilities are excellent, with free coffee, free snacks, and a good breakfast.

Amazing location and view. Restaurant menu not the greatest but the hotel is extremely close to Chamonix, and the hotel provides public transportation passes in case you are travelling without a car. Great amenities.

Good hotel. Well renovated ground floor with nice restaurant, bar, breakfastroom and garden. Friendly staff. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom is outdated but it works and it is clean. Location is ok, not fully in city centre but close to public transportation and by using city rent bikes everything is near ;)

We chose Alexander Park to stay as it close to Chambéry Airport and are glad we did. Adequately sized room with two double beds which were very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant when we arrived and the food was superb for both adults and children. Everyone was helpful and our children loved the park. Would love to come back in the summer when the pool is open.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The architecture alone is worth the visit. It was rainy and cold in Lyon at the time, so the spa was an excellent way to spend the afternoons. The peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff really enhanced my holiday. I couldn't recommend it enough!

Great hotel, location is quite central but also away from the main area (roughly 20mins walk). Near the river so ideal for morning walks. Close to the massive market and also pastry shops. Premiere Classe Lyon Center is sitting next to the Lyon Part Dieu station (10 min walk). It is surrounded by a couple of restaurants and a supermarket. The room has a bed, a small bedside table, a chair and a toilet. You could find kettle next to the reception. If you need a hair dryer, you can borrow it from reception for one hour with €20 deposit.

The hotel was good overall but the breakfast was very bad. Very limited options plus the fruit salad and salmon were stale. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to get their breakfast.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Jade and the night manager were outstanding: professional, available, and always smiling. Their warm welcome truly made my stay enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Just a minor negative point: the twinable bed wasn't very practical for a couple 😅. But that doesn't detract from the quality of the service and the team. Our stay at the Mercure was amazing. From checking in to check-out all staff were very polite, had a smile and made welcome during out stay. Bar is a bit expensive, though the restaurant was worth it the two times we went. It is a shame both are closed at the weekend. Rooms were clean, comfortable and serviced every day. Didn't hear any noise from fellow guests. Handy USB sockets next to the bed...

I’m not sure how this hotel got a 4* rating. Didn’t feel clean, aircon broke (looking at reviews since at least 2023), no door look out hole, cheaply painted and wall papered rooms felt like a hostel. Walking into reception looked nice but as soon as you used the stairs to get to room it looked like a block of flats. Requires refurb.

Carpet is smelly, the showerhead is too low (around 1m, designed only for children?) and not able to adjust the height. A staff opened my door in the morning without knocking at the door. Dont come.
