i love la lana but i don’t like how under 18s can’t stay at the pool after 6! I get it if they are being silly and disturbing the peace, but kicking out a peaceful teenager for doing nothing wrong is really bad!

This hotel has an amazing location in the villiage as well as being ski in ski out and having the most helpful guy to fit your ski boots.

A magnificent and completely renovated hotel. It has an elegant and cozy atmosphere. The staff is incredibly attentive, and the breakfast is delicious, featuring local products. My room was very pleasant: chic, comfortable, and with superb bedding. I highly recommend it if you're visiting the Brotteaux district!

Hotel a bit dated. The reception wasn't very professional. The key didn't work. No king-size bed, as specified in the reservation, but two beds pushed together. Doesn't deserve a 4-star rating, but a 3-star rating in my opinion. Otherwise, very decent, fairly clean.

We stayed there with our little puppy. The staff had kindly arranged a room that’s close to the elevator. Room was spacious and neat too. Free parking on the street, but no onsite private parking which is a shame. We’d stay again.

Stayed for three nights. Hotel is in a very nice location with most attractions in walkable distance. Lots of restaurants nearby. On top the front staff was very friendly, caring and welcoming. Will definitely recommend.

The receptionist who welcomed us was really kind but the following morning I walked the dog and when I returned I had to use a code to get in,which I was not made aware, buzzed three times and the female receptionist was at the desk ignoring the buzzer. The property is very nice and centrally located. There's a huge parking lot nearby, which is very convenient for leaving the car. The breakfast offers a great variety of choices.

Single room was very spacious and the hotel is at a perfect location. Has a little cute pool although the water is a bit too cold for winter. Everything was fine but curiously they put up the history of the ground in the hotel corridor which I found quite creepy for solo travelers lol

We stayed at this hotel for only two nights, we were greeted by the NICEST & KINDEST receptionist Marwane. Also, the hotel lends you umbrellas when it’s raining outside which is so cute. The pool was honestly great, I don’t understand all the bad comments about it bahahha we loved it. First I would like to say how wonderful the reception staff were especially Valérie, Théo and Jérémy. We stayed in suite 314 and really enjoyed the reversible AC units that allowed us to be comfortable especially since the balcony windows only had single glazing. The room cleaning was perfect. The Hotel Needs Better Maintenance Despite The room was clean and the housekeeper did a good job, but the overall condition shows that it needs more attention. The walls are scratched and the room could really use a refresh to justify its price. The lift is also very old and almost dirty. The hotel needs to take better care of its facilities.

From check in with Valerie who was more than helpful and friendly, we had a great experience. Room was beautiful with everything you could need. The bar and restaurant were excellent. Overall i would highly recommend this hotel and will return again.

Hotel was good, close to public transport and plenty of bars and restaurants. Unfortunately we were in the ‘Cinema Room’, which had no external windows. We couldn’t get fresh air into the room and the aircon wasn’t enough to get rid of the humid air after showers. Also, there was no fridge in the room - you had to leave any food items with the concierge on the ground floor

The low ceiling in attic room meant we bumped our heads above the bed and accessing the plugs in other part of the room. Consider putting cushioning in these areas.

The view is amazing. We had a deluxe room with a view of the lake from both the bedroom & bathroom (Room 208). The room was a decent size, not a lot of hanging cupboard space but not a problem as I take a clothes steamer. It is about a 15 minute walk into town (downhill through the forest). Heaven in Annecy Les Tresome Spa was an amazing place for those seeking epic bike rides and post ride spa access. The staff were incredible-helping out in so many ways-just loved this place!!

Small but well equipped rooms. But one of our group had no working air conditioning. Others had attic rooms that were very cramped. Stupidly expensive for drinks. Some staff were amazingly good. Some were just rude and incompetent. Great location and facilities.

Initially only booked a traditional room as that was the only availability online, however we managed to get an upgraded room during check in - definitely recommend paying the extra for the stunning views over the lake. A classic Ibis hotel with straightforward access from the motorway. Clean room and bathroom. Bed of good quality, new furniture in the room.Check in and out processes was good and efficient. In summary, a good hotel for business purposes or for travelling to the ski resorts.

The room was clean and the overall experience was good, but the facilities were old. There was no hot water on the first day, but there was hot water in the following days.

This is a pretty standard 3* hotel. It's clean, it's tidy, the bathroom is very basic and the staff are very nice and extremely helpful. It's in a very good location, easy to get to and easy to go to other places. Recommend it if you needed some peace and quiet to work.

The only issue I had was when checking out, we needed extra time because the enticing bath tub took forever to fill up. They wanted to charge £200 to extend one hour. They did eventually reverse that decision.

Fabulous stop on the way from The Neherlands to Spain. We booked the Pic Restaurant, to be amazed by the quality of the service, products and technique. Conveniently located near the city, but easily reachable from the highway. The Hotel was excellent too, although a Spa would have been lovely.

The bathroom was really small. Only one set of towels for 2 people. No coffee or tea making facilities. Bed mattress was like a topper, and all bedding was plastic lined so very hot and uncomfortable. 12€ for unsecured parking. We are now in an holiday inn suits hotel in Reims and is a 100% bettter , car park free and under cover. Ibis have gone down in my opinion

Perfect location for visiting Star Music and eating at Carnagie Hall! The staff were very friendly, the Ibis Comfort room was great, and having on-site parking was a major plus. Highly recommended for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Looking at the hotel from the outside may give the wrong impression. You can expect a super friendly and committed staff. Small but very clean and comfortable rooms. Since the "old" Ibis times breakfast has evolved to a full offer of fresh products nicely displayed. You would definitely not expect such a good experience looking at the price, hotel class and the outer look.

This quint little hotel is in the middle of the city where most of the attractions and many restaurants are of walking distance. Very convenient. Our hotel room is one of the bigger size rooms to accommodate our child. It has air conditioning and was working very well for an August stay. Arrived at 11am and were able to check in to the room - this was great! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Standard room for the price was a bit small; hotel had just switched from AC to heat and their system can only cool or heat not both.

Our room was very hot and the AC was turned off for the season. When we complained we got a quiet room off the street which was much better. Very responsive.

Everything was fine until someone enters our room at 8 am without even a knock and woke us up, which is startling for 2 women travelling alone. We put the « do not disturb » sign outside the door but still a staff assumed the room was empty. At the front desk, a quick « sorry, the person made a mistake » didn’t feel quite enough
