The front desk was excellent, and the breakfast and restaurant were also very good. It was great to see so many people doing different sports nearby (hiking, jogging, trail running, cycling), which I really enjoyed. However, you should pay attention to transportation to your destination. The attached photos are pictures I took around the hotel.

The hotel itself is nice! Good location. However, the breakfast wasn't great. It's also a shame that the kitchen is closed two evenings a week (the exact days we were there). There was also a €15 daily parking charge. All in all, an average experience in a beautiful setting!

I recently stayed at Ibis Styles Les Houches Chamonix and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located in the Chamonix Mont-Blanc valley, just a short walk from the Bellevue cable car. The rooms were bright and clean, equipped with a flat-screen TV and free WiFi. Clean room and good property with 5-7 min walk to the nearest metro station. Easy access to the city and walkable access to some museums.

Staff was very good and bilingual and spoke English. Very accommodating with putting medication in the refrigerator since rooms did not have refrigerators. Rooms were adequate however very small. The property appeared to be recently remodeled.

The receptionist is very friendly and helpful even when we checked in very late and had some booking problems which she easily resolved.

Hotel room is quite newly renovated. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful in welcoming you on our stay. Even recommended places to go and eat.

Overall, the value for money is good. The location is good. Cleanliness is good. Parking in the parking lot must be reserved, but you can find a spot outside along the road next to the hotel.

As our train from Lille was cancelled (fire on the line), we missed our first pre-paid night, arriving hot & tired next day, Very friendly, sympathetic welcome and helpful information given. Nice, quiet, comfortable room with working aircon and tea/coffee regularly replenished by the kettle. Short walk from the rail station or tram & pleasant stroll to park & amenities.

The hotel is super well situated, view on the lake of Annecy and in the old town. The hotel’s decoration is so warm and you feel immediately Christmas and festive atmosphere. The staff are very nice. We got a family room, everyone was satisfied.

Perfect location opposite the train station, 2 minute walk from main shops and restaurants which meant it was quiet. Lovely friendly staff. We stayed at this lovely hotel in Chamonix at the beginning of September, in room 205 this time. The first time was last year! We highly recommend places like this if you’re looking for authenticity. Really nice hotel in the heart of Chamonix centre. Nice interior design in the room we lived in and apparently PERFECT noice isolation, because we were not once disturbed by the best after ski Chamonix has to offer just two floors below our window. The personnel was greasy and offered first class service and the food was magnificent.

Stunning hotel. Beautifully located. Staff very helpful and kind. We were at the 4th floor and had a beautiful view of the Cathedral and city centre. The breakfast was amazing, such a big variety of food options. My kids enjoyed it as well. We don’t have pets but seem to be a pet friendly hotel. We will come back.

The location is excellent; just a few steps to the left of the hotel is the Chamonix town center, with supermarkets, shopping malls, and restaurants all within easy reach. The cable car, bus station, and train station are also within walking distance. The hotel is a bit old, and the rooms are small, with only a single bed and a small table. The location was the best thing about this hotel and for my purposes

You can hear your neighbors very well. There are no sockets - to charge your phone you have to turn off the TV. There is no refrigerator or air conditioner. There are no hooks for towels in the bathroom. There is no mirror in the room, you have to go to the bathroom all the time ((( Pros: there is a kettle and tea-coffee-sugar on the floor. Out of this brand I can tell it is one of the most nicely looking ans well-kept hotel. Conditions are great, clean and modern design rooms as well showers and toilets (inside in room). Very good standard for one or few more nights to stay. Parking is pretty big. Also there is a restaurant in same area. Recommended 👍✨

Are family of 6 booked two Lumiere suites, with 3 people in each room. We could not have been happier with the accomodation and location. Being in a very old building meant the room was unique. Some good points: excellent lighting, many electrical outlets, an espresso machine. Also although this was the Vieux Lyon area with many bars and restaurants, the double windows meant it was very quiet. Even within the room, one could not hear anything from the toilet room or bathroom room.

The hotel is in a good location for walking into Bourg. The man at check in was helpful and efficient and our room was ready and clean. The hotel itself is incredibly dated and in need of a massive upgrade. It is not like any other Ibis Styles I have ever stayed in. But the price of the room reflected this. I chose the hotel based mostly on location, but also as Best Western has a good reputation and the price was fairly reasonable. It was easy to park nearby in a public garage and a decent walk to all the sights. The room was, however, minuscule, and the shower almost flooded the bathroom. It should probably get two stars but the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent city centre hotel. Quiet, comfy bed and friendly staff. The decor may not be as modern - but its got an amazing French hotel atmosphere - wonderful internal murals etc. If you want bland - stay in a chain hotel. If you want a comfortable Grenoble experience - stay here.

I visited Grenoble for a week and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were professional and kind, and I really liked my room—it was clean, neat, and comfortable. The hotel is located in the center of the city, the best location I could have stayed. The service was amazing. I will definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Courchevel and would definitely come back again. The location is excellent - true ski-in and ski-out, and very easy to reach Courchevel 1850 by shuttle. Access to Aquamotion was also very convenient and a big highlight for the kids. This hotel is great for families, with lots of games and activities to keep children entertained. Amazing location right next to the train station and park. Super affordable. Property is in good condition and they provide a fan, sleeping was comfortable in the summer. Great front desk staff
