We unexpectedly stayed here last year in summer, while going on a trip to Spain. We had a very pleasant stay. The privilege rooms next to the swimming pool are amazing! The swimming pool is amazing, the atmosphere was very good and the staff is nice and helpful. The next morning we had breakfast which was very extensive and neat. The staff is very kind, but in some rooms the shower is cold.

The hotel is nice and tidy but then they do not have hot water for shower when we arrive and we have to wait for more than an hour to shower.

Room with a balcony and a magnificent mountain view. The room was spotless, as were the sauna and steam room. Not a hair out of place! The staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was extra, but well worth it. You can also enjoy mountain views from the dining room. A lovely place to stay!

Great stay on the TMB. Our room for 3 was very small but we managed and the hotel is lovely and accommodating for walkers on the TMB. Very good breakfast. Depending on which route you are taking, the trail up to Le Flagere was only metres away.

We stayed at this hotel on our route of the TMB. It was luxurious and a lovely location, they have upgraded the facilities and it was all quite lovely. The sauna was not working, but the steam room was fantastic. Restaurant downstairs was fully booked before our arrival. Also, if this is something that matters to you, I suggest making a reservation ahead of time.

TMB AZ Had a wonderful stay at the hotel everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable with recommendations for hiking trails, bus and train. Really nice breakfast and dinner with good service. Rooms are comfortable and quiiet. We stayed before starting the TMB highly recommend.

The room was small but worked well for the 2 of us. The receptionist was very helpful. My big issue was the long driveway to the elevator. If i was traveling solo i would feel very unsafe staying here. I would have liked to have to swipe my card to use the elevator or the stairs.

It's a 5-minute walk from Annecy Station and less than 10 minutes to the canal town. It took longer than I expected at first because I relied on the group map! The lack of a refrigerator is a bit of a disappointment for a self-proclaimed 4-star Mercure. It's a very small Mercure, so perhaps they bought one from somewhere else?

Good design boutique hotel with very great service.. thank for the nice receptionist that offer us late checkout. Hotel lobby is nicely design and can stay and do some work. Room is abit small but good enough. Design of the room is great and lovely.

The hotel is right next to Annecy train station, which makes travel very convenient. The room is decent. The only downside is that there are railway tracks downstairs, but the double-glazed windows make it less noisy.

The receptionist didn't explain how to use the elevator keys. Many people thought the elevator was broken and kept getting on and off. Some even took the stairs. Even though the elevator was right there, no front desk staff came to help or show us how to use it. We had to learn how to use the keys from other guests. I've never seen a hotel so disorganized and uncaring.

We were there for professional meetings. Our room was on the 5th floor, number 511. The minibar was not stocked. The bed was poorly made. The bed linen was falling. We are really very disappointed. The explanations for linen of the bedding are not acceptable when you have a very bad night.

I felt a little odor when I entered the room, I told the waiter, and it felt fresher the next day! The location is very convenient, just near the train station/bus station, there is a train passing by around 6 o'clock in the morning, and there is a sound! The room was clean. The girl at the front office checked us in early, that was nice. The housekeeper accommodated us with extra comforter as I felt cold so that was kind as well. I haven’t tried their breakfast as I need a high protein meal and I wasn’t sure they had that. Hôtel definitely needs an upgrade. Everything looks and feels very dated.

The College Hotel truly is a fantastic stay. The staff were professional, friendly, and made check-in quick and easy. Our room was spotless, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. We loved the central location for walking everywhere. Five stars—highly recommended!

This hotel is “ok”. Small things could have been done to give a better value. The rooms could have more hooks but that is a personal preference. In general I felt it was not good value for the cost. We had the most expensive room category. Keep looking you can find better less expensive centrally located hotels.

The Collège Hôtel was perfect for our 4-night stay in Lyon! The location is great, within an easy walk to so many fun neighborhoods and multiple metro stops. Clean room, friendly staff and literally right off the highway. We thought it might be noisy but it was very quiet and peaceful and read later the rooms were soundproofed. You got to love the French they think of everything. The beds were comfy but the room is pretty spare. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Top breakfast Room fut for use Parking too expensive

2 nights stay in a road-trip to Provence. The hotel was right in the centre with excellent parking. And the staff were fabulous. But the overall shabbiness of the property was disheartening. At almost twice the price of the previous nights’ spotless and spacious Adagio in Dijon - it felt that some of the profit could be channeled into renovations.

Nice historic building and basic but comfortable rooms. It's close to the center and not too expensive, so I would probably stay here again. The neighborhood is not very safe though. Couple of guys tried to pickpocket my phone right around the corner and overall it feels very sketchy after dark. Better not go out late.

Honestly, I felt like I was in the maid's room. The hotel initially tried to charge me a second time. I had to contact customer service. A lot of dust. Room on the 6th floor, even though the elevator stops on the 4th. Staff was friendly, though.

We visited Annecy airport with a small airplane. The Uber to the hotel took only 12 minutes or so. The hotel is conveniently located to explore the city, has very friendly staff and the property is very clean. Great simple breakfast! A crib was provided for our 1-year-old child. Merci beaucoup!
