Nice and clean room. No elevator to get to the 3rd. floor.! Good location, walking distance from train station and shops and restaurants nearby.

A disaster, no elevator, the room open the door jump on the bed, close the door. Open the windows mice on the outdoor walls. Not a safe street to walk after sunset. Breakfast a joke, all restricted, second coffee to pay as well as a second orange juice. ******* should remove this hotel. I have pictures to prove.

Pros are it is an easy walk from the Eurostar train station and near bars and restaurants. Cons are it’s tired and dated, and carrying our luggage up 6 flights of stairs at age 65 was not fun.

This is a basic hotel in a very convenient location for the Gare du Nord or Gare de l'Est. The room was small but adequate with a good shower. On the minus side breakfast was 15 minutes later than advertised - an issue if you have a train to catch - and tge streets immediately around the hotel are not very welcoming, although they improve as you walk south towards Ile de la cité.

The hotel was so dirty! There was a cockroach in my room. I could not sleep due to the loud noise from the streets . The staff was very impolite, and there were only people around the hotel area that looked as if they wanted to pickpocket you. Please remove this hotel from ******* it is my worst experience ever.

This hotel is simple and best suited for sleeping, as there aren’t many amenities. There’s no air conditioning, only a small fan. Since I stayed during autumn, the air was cool enough. Just open the window and let the fan circulate the air.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, especially for a budget hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised that breakfast was offered, though I didn’t have the chance to try it as I was short on time.

Overall, I highly recommend this place as an excellent budget-friendly option.

Clean room, comfortable bed, hot and cold water, toilet paper, clean towels, and a kettle in the room. Very well located, centrally located, with a metro station almost on the corner and two others a block and a half away. Everyone tells you not to arrive at night, but if you don't bother people on the street, they won't bother you. We would definitely stay there again.

Not a bad hotel, there is a kettle in the room, but there is no elevator, I walked up to the 5th floor along a spiral staircase, the breakfast is very modest - a croissant with coffee and juice, a piece of baguette, the room is good

The check in was easy and the front desk was friendly and always staffed. The breakfast was juice and bread for 7 euros. There is no lift/elevator so those having difficulties with narrow stars should not book. The first floor rooms need to go up windy stairs. The room is small and was filthy. The mattress is similar to a sofa bed. You can feel the bed-frame through it. No AC. The room was not worth the price charged 200 euros.

The hotel is near to the Main Train Station but the room is so small and blanket are not clean and found some hairs in the bed.. The sink is not good..
