Paris, 39 Rue Jean-Pierre Timbaud, 11th arrondissement-Popincourt (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The staff here were very friendly, super accommodating. It was a last minute for me and they couldn't do enough to help me. I paid around 10€ for the buffet breakfast and a city tax. Breakfast is from 7-10am. I got there at 9:50 and for me if was fine. I have black coffee and toast - I am vegetarian. I saw there was scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and cold meats. The shower room is a little small but...
I had a good experience staying at this hotel, the staff was really nice!
I had a really nice stay at this hotel, the staff were very helpful and very friendly. I would like to see more recycling bins to enable rubbish separation into plastics, paper, glass and other. Otherwise, this is a great hotel.
Firstly, the location was surprisingly good. This hotel doesn’t look like it’s in the center of Paris on the map, but you can easily get to most tourist spots. This is especially convenient because the hotel is close to several metro stations, such as Parmentier, Oberkampf and République. You can also find supermarkets, places to eat, and bakeries nearby. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and...
The hotel is well-located and cute, recently renovated and charming for a single room. The luggage storage is very convenient. The only downside: it could be better soundproofed from the other rooms.
Perfect stay for the price. Helpful staff at the reception, beds are made daily. Close to bus and metro stops. Plenty of restaurants. It is located in an area where mostly locals hang out, no tourists and scams.

The hotel is super close to the station not that big elevator but ok The best is stuff super nice and helpful 🙏🏻
Everything was top-notch! I used to stay at another hotel before, as we come to Paris regularly, but this one is much better, starting with the incomparable welcome and the kindness of all the staff. The room promised was delivered, and it was quiet. Honestly, I recommend it. We've found our new home away from home for our next visits. Thank you!
Great location. The rooms were a bit small but comfortable.
Excellent location, right next to Gare du Nord, and the front desk service is impeccable. However, in terms of amenities, it's really not practical; there's only the bare minimum. Also, the room wasn't very clean, with some hair on the bed and a dirty floor.
The location was superb. Everything was accessible. Very helpful staff too. The lift was small but functional.
Loved every bit about this place.. super convenient, very clean, lift was small but sufficient to bring luggages up with good sound proof even next to busy road

Very convenient location a block from the metro. Lots of restaurants within a block, but perfectly quiet room. Recently renovated, very comfortable, and immaculately clean. Generous breakfast and nicely stocked fridge.
So glad we stayed here! Great location for Metro, sightseeing and restaurants/cafes/ shopping
Loved our stay! Our room was fabulous with a view of classic Paris rooftops and the area was perfectly situated - close to the metro and walkable to Place des Voges and Notre Dame. Fantastic restaurant and shopping options in the neighborhood.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The was clean and internet very fast. Great location and close to the Bastille Metro. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.
My husband and i had a good stay. Breakbeat very good The lady that service that served the breakfast is a very nice lady Also Beni the receptionist. They all were very good to us The area is a good area We love it We surely will go there again

Just for transit but it was lovely experience to stay here. Highly recommend to take breakfast in the fancy and cozy space. Just needs some patience for elevator and bit of sounds from neighbors but i would like to stay in this hotel again.
The room was small, typical of Paris, so I won't comment too much. However, the location was truly excellent. It's a three- or four-minute walk to the Seine, with views of the Eiffel Tower, and a seven- or eight-minute walk to the Louvre and Notre Dame Cathedral. There are also many restaurants near the hotel, and the staff were very friendly.
The hotel s perfectly located in the city centre. The staff is friendly and attentive like in a 5 star hotel. The breakfast is very very good and the staff take care of any need.
This is a wonderful hotel. The staff is amazing. The rooms are clean. The location is near the center of the city. The only drawbacks are that the shower is tiny, like one tile in the Sims 4 tiny (in rooms with a shower instead of a tub) and you can definitely hear some noise from the people on the street until at least 11 pm every night. Bring a sound machine and you should be fine.
☀️This is Great local hotel with rich history! Amazing location with many common destinations in Paris that you simply can walk to. Louvre is almost around the corner. The guest rooms are very clean and comfortable, they are not very big in American style of hotels but bigger than usual hotels or Airbnb in France. There are lots and lots of great restaurants and shops around you can simply walk to...
A very nice little hotel with rather small rooms (as you'd expect in Paris), a tiny elevator, a bit British/old-fashioned but lovely, and everything very clean; very friendly and helpful staff; in a truly ideal location. Highly recommended!

Paris 2025 Very clean room, friendly staff, comfortable mattress. A couple of ideas to improve are better pillows (firmer) and to offer blankets.
Great hotel in a great area rooms are small but ok. We got small balcony which was awsome. The service ans the people were nice and professional
Great hotel in Paris in a super handy location - walking distance to many of the sites eg Notre Dame and Louvre. Would recommend for anyone wishing to stay in Paris
The room is a bit small, after all, in the city center

Hotel Le Perle is an Absolutely Beautiful and Accommodating of all the needs Boutique Hotel! I have written to find out the brand of the duvet on the bed. It was the perfect weight and luxuriousness. The breakfast and dining area is delightfully appetizing, relaxing and pretty.
Great location in comfortable area for coffee/food/walking. Room is ok but really small. Nice bathroom. Service was variable - early check in was kindly facilitated but when we had to leave a key with receptionist for someone to collect, we were interrogated about why and our room number. Not what you expect from €300+ hotel.
We LOVED this hotel! It was fairly priced, adorable rooms, and in the best location. It's surrounded by lots of restaurants, bars and shops, without being really crowded or hectic. And it's very close to two metro stations, which makes it super convenient. We will absolutely stay here again!!
I stayed for 2 weeks during the June heat wave. I was very happy with the morning breakfast, excellent staff, comfortable room (air conditioning!) and reliable cleaning and water pressure! Loved our stay here. The room was huge and the AC was very welcome for the hot weather. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was was tasty and a good way to start the day. We stumbled on the Concortel when our reservation at another place fell through. What a wonderful gem this place is. Very charming Parisian hotel in an amazing location. It's exactly what I expected from booking a 3-starfamily-run Paris hotel. A little and cute place that serves a very simple and homey French breakfast. The rooms are cozy and feel like a typical Parisian appartment. The 8e is a great district to be with, close to most places within walking distance, which is a huge plus. Honestly, I'm really happy...
Pros: Excellent location Friendly staff Many power outlets Cons: Room is not the cleanest: the fridge had a layer of dust and the duvet doesn’t look washed Hairdryer is very outdated and weak

This was not clearly communicated before booking and was only added as a tiny text so can easily be missed, the city taxes is ridiculously high in comparison to other hotels I stayed at which made me feel ripped off
The man at the front desk, the two cleaning ladies, and the woman in charge of breakfast were all smiling and always very pleasant. I checked in around 13:30, but I was able to enter my room early because it was ready. The breakfast included fruit and other items, so I think it was a good deal for the price. The single bedroom is small but fine. Nothing special to say. It’s clean. Just to sleep, relax. But not to work with your computer as the table is very small.
Terrible room too snal as well as the bathroom. Horrible attitude of the staff on the desk No internet no pardon only when I asked . After 1400 they have no staff to check the cause of the problem of no internet.
Its a decent place to stay. Staff is nice and the location is very local and surrounded with public transport. The hotel itself I find a tadd expensive for what you get. But it is very clean and that is nice.
Hotel was well maintained and staff was courteous. Location was good, close to different transit options and very walkable.
Excellent stay at this hotel. Within 5 mins walking distance to the Nation metro. Links to central Paris with ease. The staff were friendly, informative and nothing was an issue for them. The room and bathroom were spotless.

The guy at the reception on the first day charged me for the hotel without checking my reservation schedule, which left a bad impression on me. The two ladies who helped me later brought me a stove when I said the heating wouldn't turn on, and when I asked for a kettle they found one and brought it to me.
Very good stay for a weekend in paris
The facilities are a bit old, but everything else is excellent! The location is very convenient, and the room is very quiet! I would definitely consider staying here again!
During my four-night, five-day stay, the bathroom water flushed smoothly, and the staff were friendly. The air conditioning was so bad it was almost freezing. However, I'd have to question the cleanliness. The carpet was stuck to the floor, so the smell was no joke. The breakfast was almost convenience store-quality. However, the location is really great. It's convenient no matter where you go.
Great location, nice hotel, but I recommend sleeping upstairs, as the metro noise downstairs is blasting through you and it's also noisy in the courtyard if you want peace and quiet.
The guy at the reception was literally amazing. The room was small which was expected in Paris. The location was great, very close to the metro station.
In general everything is very good, clean, helpful. Nice breakfast. The bed was comfortable. Attentive personnel. Beautiful area around, very close metro.

This was one of the smallest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. It was basically a narrow, long-ish capsule. But considering that, it contained a single bed, a small table that folds out from the wall, an open wooden wardrobe, and a chair. Terrific Location We felt it was good value for the price. The facilities were a little dated, the room was a little small, but the beds were comfortable and there were upholstered chairs for each of us. The location was terrific—very close to a Paris Metro station, so we saw many sights without need of a taxi or Uber. Breakfast was included and adequate.
Great stay, wonderful employees, fantastic neighborhood with easy access to the metro. what more can you want?
I stopped by briefly to get to Gare Montparnasse. It's a great place to rest during my trip. It has an antique elevator and is located in a busy area, which is a plus. However, it's a bit noisy and not entirely clean. So so~

Great location, just next to the metro, very convenient for getting around. The room matched the photos online, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The only downside is that the walls are thin, so you can hear noise from other rooms. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
Great apartment to stay, the receptionist was so welcoming and helpful, just abit disappointed with the mini bath room, unable to shower comfortably, especially if you height and big size, otherwise all good
Everything was good except that the room was extremely small. The staff were friendly, and the neighborhood is quite active throughout the day. On the bright side, there are many nearby shops as well as metro stations.
