Paris, 21 Rue de Tolbiac, 13th arrondissement-Gobelins (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Paris offers a plethora of options, and this hotel is conveniently located and reasonably priced.
It's about 200 meters from the subway station, has an automatic coffee machine, and offers a good breakfast.
Good hotel, good welcome, decent breakfast, only downside is no toilet brush
The location is great, the room is great, very quiet. Metro nearby. Nice breakfast.
The location is not far from the national map, and the room is okay. To store your luggage, you have to go to a locker in the B1 parking lot, and you have to deposit 2 euros to lock it, which is quite inconvenient.
Nothing to say, apart from waking up by the vacuum cleaner in the morning...
Top notch staff! Thank you so much

Adequate hotel. Good location. Clean room.
The location is excellent, right across from Montparnasse station, making it very convenient for transportation. The night view from the Montparnasse Tower is also fantastic!
During the Christmas season, they offer mulled wine and hot apple juice at the counter on the first floor, which is wonderful.
The counter staff are very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are spacious and well worth the price...
Very clean hotel, the staff is very friendly, and it's very well located.
Perfect, I felt really good in this hotel, the soundproofing was excellent! And that's not always the case in Paris!
The hotel is a bit far from the main tourist attractions in Paris, so you'll need to take the subway every morning. However, it's well-connected with several subway lines, making it quite accessible. The accommodation itself is average, but the staff are very friendly.
Ideally located opposite Montparnasse train station, the staff are friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. The room is on the 5th floor with elevator access and a lovely view over the rooftops. The bed was comfortable, the room was well-renovated, and quiet. The breakfast was very good. Restaurants are everywhere, and there are theaters nearby, including the highly recommended Théâtre de Poche. A...

Our stay at the hotel made our weekend away most memorable. The hotel staff were very professional, attentive and friendly. The decor was exceptional and close proximity to Paris Central. We will definitely be returning to this place.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is done up so aesthetically, it’s a pleasure to the senses! The hotel is not grand or lavish, but it’s just perfect. And the staff is the sweetest staff I’ve ever met at any hotel in Europe. Very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal - just a short walk from the Metro and bus stations. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel serving different...
This hotel is great, only a few months old too. The staff are super nice, the rooms are comfortable , the breakfast is awesome too : they offer things from french cuisine + you can order personalized eggs The only downside is that you may sometimes hear some noise because renovations are still ongoing, but that’s probably not the hotel’s fault.
The best hotel I have stayed at in Paris. It's beautiful and elegant and quiet. The staff is brilliant - always ready to help you with anything. I want to specially mention the young man in the breakfast room who was very attentive, nice and kept what kind of breakfast I like in mind. It's in itself a reason to visit Paris!
This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. What impressed me the most was the incredibly friendly staff and the overall vibe of the place - everything feels elegant and calm, without any unnecessary pretentiousness. Another big advantage is the sauna, which is already included in the price. Just keep in mind that you need to book it in advance at the reception, 10/10.
“Beaucoup de Class mais pas Haute” What a great discovery. The hotel is new and beautifully designed. The lobby is divided into three areas, lobby and two lounges with comfortable seating and books and games. The Fauborg speciality cocktail is good with the unusual addition of olive oil which seems to be a thing here :-) The breakfast lounge is airy and spacious with some nice design touches...

Very central & clean hotel. The rooms themselves are a little bit noisy but I guess that’s inevitable in elder buildings.
It's a typical small hotel in Paris. The location is great and I liked the shampoo.
It was good though service in breakfast wasnt
At 9:30 there were no more croissants and did not care about it despite I let them know.
Great location and overall good hotel. Sadly my room had a window looking onto a wall which meant no daylight at all. Luckily I was there one night only.
Hotel with a great location near the Luxembourg Gardens, metro and lots of restaurants and cafes. The hotel has newly renovated interiors.
BEWARE of room no. 601, it has a view to the wall of the next building!! So ugly!
Wonderful location. Very close to Luxembourg station, which is on the metro line that goes to Gare du Nord (for those who arrive via Eurostar). For Emily in Paris fans, the hotel is also only a 10 minute walk away from her apartment, Gabriel's restaurant, and the boulangerie they often visit. Recommend!

This is a first time for us in Paris. The hotel is near the Metro station and most attractive places. The reception staff were very gentle and nice when we checked in. Thank you, Miss Hayet and here colleagues, for their hospitality. I recommend it and might come back again in the future.
There were no major problems with the rooms. However, they were rather small and had nothing special. Not really worth the price, as there are much better options. Service was good, providing free drinks. The people were also very friendly.
I was a guest of the hotel in March.
Everything is very good.
The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, the breakfast is extremely generous.
I especially like the fact that they take care to provide guests with snacks and water at their discretion.
This is available in all location associated.
The location is also excellent.
I highly recommend it.
We stayed here a few weeks ago and absolutely loved our stay. Quieter area away from major touristy places but easy to get around! The hotel itself was inviting and the snacks each day were a plus. The rooms were nice and had an adequate amount of space. The staff are very friendly and willing to assist!
Before I left, I was given a room card and room card set, and snacks were provided downstairs until 2 a.m.
The best hotel experience I had in Paris so far! The hotel is very stylish, the rooms are big and the breakfast generous. It’s also very central yet very quiet, we didn’t hear a thing from the street. There are also a lot of restaurants all around the hotel so it’s easy to get your dinners/lunch without struggling. Bonus: It was the first stop of our honeymoon and the staff left us a very nice surprise...

Central Paris, easy to get around

Amazing location, slightly dated mom and pop type accommodations. Bed was comfy enough, front desk receptionist was friendly despite not speaking much English. If you're looking for something in the 17th under 200 a night, I'd say this is a decent option.

Clean and nice place. Close to metro station. Alot of food around. Staff were nice.
Great location, very kind and helpful staff. Free water, tea and coffee were a lovely touch, and the lobby is really cozy and welcoming. The only downside is the rooms are quite small — fine for sleeping, but not much more than that.
The location isn't ideal. They could definitely improve on room cleanliness, and breakfast was just average.
It’s a great hotel near metro train station. You can move around easily. Restaurants are nearby too. There is no shuttle bus for pik and drop from airport. No such kind of service even. The breakfast includes a variety of snacks and drinks.
The staff were warm and welcoming, and very kind.
Breakfast was good and a short walk from Gare Du Nord around a bustling and trendy part of Paris. Issues with maintenance been undertaken outside my room, and in getting the air-conditioning to work.
The hotel was very clean even though there was an ongoing renovation in the lobby The staff was very polite and answered any questions we had.

The hotel has a great location; there's a morning market right outside on Thursdays and Sundays, offering a glimpse into the local atmosphere. It's a 5-minute walk to the subway station, making it convenient to get around; most attractions are about a 30-minute bus ride away. There's a delicious bakery near the subway station that provided us with breakfast every day.
The hotel rooms were small but...
Nice one, good shampoo and cleanser
The hotel is very cold in winter and the heating doesn't work well. We asked the staff for help, and their response was that it was already at its maximum. This didn't help us because we got sick, and we have a 6-month-old baby!

* The hotel is located in a safe residential area. The room was very clean, the mattress was just the right size, and the bedding was comfortable.

Impeccably clean and comfortable hotel with lovely staff. We only stayed for one night, but found it to be perfect for a quick stopover. Overall, room and hotel were clean, but a bid dated and the rooms are a bit small. Great location and decent price!
I spent one day at the property and ut was great. The knly downside of this place is that it doesn’t have any Air Conditioning but other than that everything else is fine.
Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Convenient location being only 10 mins walk from Gare du Nord
But very no frills. Don’t expect a kettle / aircon / fridge / safe.
Couldn’t comment on the breakfast as did room only.
Noisy. We could hear the conversation in the next room. Did not refill coffee, sugar from day to day. Soap dispenser at the sink did not work, despite bottle being full.
On the better side, the bed was very comfortable.
Very friendly, great location. Comfy beds. Loved it
The hotel room is relatively small, the facilities are relatively old but clean. It is close to the Republic Square, at the junction of the 3rd and 10th districts, and the public security is quite good. The transportation is very convenient, and there are many buses and subways directly to the vicinity of the hotel.

The hotel is well-located. The shower needs attention as the door doesn't close and the cabin is very small. Renovations are needed.
The room was so small that there wasn't even enough room for two people to put their suitcases.
Great location near to Metro and bus stops. Grocery stores, restaurants nearby which are open late night. Nice neighbourhood to stay while in Paris, if wishing to stay near Montmartre.

I can't highlight any negatives because the entire process went smoothly. There was only one minor inconvenience, common in many Parisian buildings: the smell from the sewage system.
