Location is near to Metro ease of transport to airport and other areas.  Quiet area for family.  Only thing is no kettle in room for hot water but can boil hot water and lobby- free coffee & tea- self Service . Thats fine.

The room size for City Centre and very near to train station was very good as usually they are quite small. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was quite good and plentiful. The only thing that was poor was my bathroom sink would not drain. I did inform reception but as I was only there one night maybe they did not have the time to fix.

This was the perfect accommodation for a short sight-seeing trip. The rooms are relatively small, but they're clean and they have everything you need, when you plan to be out all day. Walk-in showers are good for access (no need to climb in and out of a bath); the air conditioning works; the bed is comfortable. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Gare du Nord, so no need to struggle with suitcases...

The old man at the front desk on the first floor wasn't very reliable; he called a taxi for me, but it took forever to arrive, and he refused to call one in advance. It is just opposite the subway and train station. There are always taxis on the roadside, which makes it very convenient to get in and out. There are Chinese restaurants on the street next door, which makes it very convenient to eat. It is very close to Montmartre and the Paris Opera House, and you can walk there.

The staff are friendly and nice! Since it's in the Montparnasse area, the atmosphere is quite nice, and it's convenient to take the M4 and other metro lines :) However, the family room was a bit small, and the heater and radiator weren't enough to keep out the cold.

The front desk staff were very pleasant and professional. However, I was extremely disappointed with the breakfast. For €14, I found it to be very meager – just a sad piece of bread and three tiny pastries. It was also a bit noisy in the morning near the elevator.

It's a decent hotel, but the bathroom facilities are a bit... old, so showering was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, it was pretty good! The elevators are extremely narrow, and the hallways are also incredibly narrow.

It's an average hotel, but it's fine for just sleeping. Super central, close to everything. The metro station is a two-minute walk away. The Opera district is 5 minutes away, and Montmartre is 15 minutes away. The rooms have very comfortable beds and are quiet; I slept great. Superb hotel in a very quiet area, overlooking the Canal de la Villette. Very clean, excellent bedding. The room had enough space for two adults and one teenager. The only downside was the heating, which couldn't be adjusted, and at 26 degrees Celsius in a room, it was far too hot (we slept with the window open). Breakfast and budget are OK , but the facilities need renovation. In the room for two we had only one chair (?). The other guest must either stand or be able to use the bed.. We demanded that they add another one, but that didn't happen. They also didn't change the bed linen for several days, even though it was stained. They just turned it over? The location of this hotel is actually phenomenal, close to everything including a metro station & lots of vegan restaurants. However the actual hotel itself is pretty old and a bit run down. There is a very small elevator but you need to go up and down multiple sets of stairs to get to it, so it is not wheelchair friendly. The staff were lovely and helpful. The air conditioner was not as cool as we thought it could be. Had it on the lowest temperature (19C) and high fan but still couldn’t feel the air movement. So during the hot spell the room didn’t cool down a lot.

I booked this place at the last minute due to an apartment I rented for a 5 night stay in Paris having mould in it. Whilst this stay wasn't perfect (they could up the cleanliness a little bit) it suited the purpose of my visit to Paris, the location is very conveniently near a metro station (but not at all noisy) and the staff were truly wonderful, polite and accommodating.
