Ibis Paris Gare du Nord Château-Landon 10ème, Paris1 / 19
8.1
Paris, 197-199 Rue La Fayette, 10th arrondissement-Entrepot (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The ground floor serves as a party hall, perfect for entertaining or enjoying a coffee. This hotel is super convenient due to its proximity to Gare du Nord, making it incredibly easy to get to and from Paris Airport.
very good hospitality and will come back again . very recommended
Location is near to Metro ease of transport to airport and other areas.  Quiet area for family.  Only thing is no kettle in room for hot water but can boil hot water and lobby- free coffee & tea- self Service . Thats fine.
The room size for City Centre and very near to train station was very good as usually they are quite small. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was quite good and plentiful. The only thing that was poor was my bathroom sink would not drain. I did inform reception but as I was only there one night maybe they did not have the time to fix.
This was the perfect accommodation for a short sight-seeing trip. The rooms are relatively small, but they're clean and they have everything you need, when you plan to be out all day. Walk-in showers are good for access (no need to climb in and out of a bath); the air conditioning works; the bed is comfortable. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Gare du Nord, so no need to struggle with suitcases...
Had a lovely stay here, quiet and clean. Short walk to 2 metro stations, and a few really nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Maybe 20min walk to Eurostar train station, which was perfect for us.

Austin's Saint Lazare Hotel, Paris1 / 30
8.1
Paris, 26 Rue d'Amsterdam, 9th arrondissement-Opera (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The room was small, but it had everything you needed. The old man at the front desk on the first floor wasn't very reliable; he called a taxi for me, but it took forever to arrive, and he refused to call one in advance. Luckily, there was a taxi stand diagonally across the street, and after waiting for quite a while, the taxi he called still hadn't come, so I walked across the street to catch one myself
The best, most personable hotel staff! From Sam, the amazing conversationalist to Aisha and Sylvia, they are all extraordinarily happy people (always cheerful) and generous. Without them, hotel Saint Lazare would be just another place to stay in the 9th arrondissement. They prize their customers’ comfort above all else. Sam gave me lots of great advice on cinemas to go to, restaurants he liked, which...
The location is excellent. Convenient for sightseeing. The room was clean and cute. It was a single room, but it was enough for one person. The reception was also kind and lent me a power adapter when I asked for one. The breakfast was simple and delicious.
We had a fabulous ten day stay in Paris and Austin's Saint Lazare was our base. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We had two rooms next to each other and they were super comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved our comfy beds and bathrooms. The hotel is very clean, cozy and charming. The location is great as well, lots of restaurants and shops around. Palais Garnier and Galeries Lafayette...
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely loved this place and the service! The room had everything I needed to work and was designed with comfort in mind. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the location was fantastic—close to everything I needed. Highly recommend!
It is just opposite the subway and train station. There are always taxis on the roadside, which makes it very convenient to get in and out. There are Chinese restaurants on the street next door, which makes it very convenient to eat. It is very close to Montmartre and the Paris Opera House, and you can walk there.

Hôtel Waldorf Montparnasse, Paris1 / 30

Paris, 17 Rue du Départ, 14th arrondissement-Observatoire (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The staff are friendly and nice! Since it's in the Montparnasse area, the atmosphere is quite nice, and it's convenient to take the M4 and other metro lines :) However, the family room was a bit small, and the heater and radiator weren't enough to keep out the cold.
The hotel is conveniently located near a train station and supermarkets, and being on the main street, it feels safe. We stayed in a triple room, and I have to say, the layout and furnishings weren't particularly comfortable. I can't speak for the condition of the standard rooms. However, we made peace with it, reminding ourselves that this is Paris, and the sofa bed at least allowed our family...
The front desk staff were very pleasant and professional. However, I was extremely disappointed with the breakfast. For €14, I found it to be very meager – just a sad piece of bread and three tiny pastries. It was also a bit noisy in the morning near the elevator.
The room was a little small for three people, and we could hear footsteps from the floor above, but overall we had a comfortable stay. We were happy to receive a welcome drink for three people. They also kindly accommodated our luggage storage after check-out. The hotel reminded me of the one I stayed at when I first came to Paris over 30 years ago, and it brought back memories.
I booked this on a recommendation from Rick Steves. It was clean safe and near so many food and shopping options . Transportation was everywhere .
I had a wonderful stay. The staff were accommodating and always available. The one gentleman (I believe his name was Victor), who worked the overnight shift was extremely helpful in answering my questions and providing directions to get around the city. His customer service was exceptional. The room was clean and the hotel is located walking distance from most attractions. I would recommend this stay...

It's a decent hotel, but the bathroom facilities are a bit... old, so showering was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, it was pretty good! The elevators are extremely narrow, and the hallways are also incredibly narrow.
Great location, its a 10-minute walk away from a busy area. Service was great as well.
There are better options in Paris. We booked this place out of urgency. Very small and narrow lift, out dated rooms, it is more like a motel than a hotel.
Good location with walking distance to many attractions. Close to many local buses and Metro. Nice area with restaurants and shopping.
Nice quiet neighborhood My daughter and I spent 5 nights here on a recent trip. The staff at the 24-hour desk were always helpful. This is a good location, not too far from bus and metro stops, although we ended up using taxis, which were more convenient for us. The elevator is quite small, but serviceable. We did not request daily housekeeping. The room is small but very comfortable. Nice quiet...

Hotel near Saint-Lazare station with plenty of connections. Small but very quiet and comfortable room. The only downside is the small elevator, which may require you to wait for a while.
We had a pleasant stay at Hotel de Genève in Paris. The location is very strategic – just steps away from Gare Saint-Lazare and within walking distance to many attractions, shops, and cafés. It made getting around the city very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A great choice for anyone looking for both comfort and convenience...
Not a bad hotel for the money. Very good location.
It's an average hotel, but it's fine for just sleeping. Super central, close to everything. The metro station is a two-minute walk away. The Opera district is 5 minutes away, and Montmartre is 15 minutes away. The rooms have very comfortable beds and are quiet; I slept great. The breakfast is worth it; everything outside the hotel is much more expensive.
+: Hotel well located 5 minutes from the St Lazare train station and therefore from the outposts and restaurants + passage du havre. Clean and well maintained room. Good reception, I did not have breakfast. Room of correct size and good bedding. Possible to adjust the heating, working TV, kettle with tea, sugar and coffee. -: bathtub stained? Holiday Inn Express PARIS - CANAL DE LA VILLETTE by IHG, Paris1 / 19
8.2
Paris, 68 Quai de la Seine, 19th arrondissement-Buttes-Chaumont (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Superb hotel in a very quiet area, overlooking the Canal de la Villette. Very clean, excellent bedding. The room had enough space for two adults and one teenager. The only downside was the heating, which couldn't be adjusted, and at 26 degrees Celsius in a room, it was far too hot (we slept with the window open). The breakfast was very generous and of high quality. In short, excellent value for money
Breakfast and budget are OK , but the facilities need renovation. In the room for two we had only one chair (?). The other guest must either stand or be able to use the bed.. We demanded that they add another one, but that didn't happen. They also didn't change the bed linen for several days, even though it was stained. They just turned it over? Apparently there is a problem with the staff.
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was wonderfull. Easy to get to from Orly airport by M14 to ' CHATELET' station and there change to M7 in direction to 'LA COURNEUVE 8 MAI 1945' and get off at 'RIQUET'. From here its a short walk to the hotel. Breakfast was good, room clean including bath room, confortable beds and nice canal view. Polite and helpfull staff. Got help to buy bus tickets to...
Absolutely brilliant place to use as a base if you're visiting Paris or even just too enjoy the area around the hotel. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Canal de la Villette in Paris for 2 nights in August 2025, and really enjoyed the stay. I highly recommend this hotel as a budget 3-star hotel. Very budget friendly due to being in the 19th arrondisment, but has a great location in proximity to metro and being located in a very cute and charming area (as well as being along the canal). Some good things: Basic hotel facilities are there, like cleaning + breakfast and 24/7 concierge (concierge is so friendly!) As well as luggage storage! Plus good location with decent prices! Things to make it a lot better: 1. Curtains at the bathtubs please (to prevent splash) + floor mats to absorb the splash 2. Heaters are meh, fridge is almost as hot as the room temperature! 3. Great located. Close to metro, Montmarte, Sacre coeur, gare du nord. Ideal for B&B, and 2 days city tour. Very nice staff. Standard of a hotel is turistic, small room, small bad, and when i reserved it was 70% more expensive. Thats why i gave 3 stars as for this price i would expect more. Breakfast was ok, i was full :-) but coffee from automat taste like cocoa. Overall i would book this room in advance...
The location of this hotel is actually phenomenal, close to everything including a metro station & lots of vegan restaurants. However the actual hotel itself is pretty old and a bit run down. There is a very small elevator but you need to go up and down multiple sets of stairs to get to it, so it is not wheelchair friendly. There is no air conditioning and no fans, so I do not recommend staying here...
Good hotel just opposite the road from the Moulin Rouge. The lady at the reception was very polite and cheerful. She was very helpful with advise on what to do in Paris. It's a seedy area. I was warned to be careful of the men but didn't realize it would apply to the hotel I was staying in as well. Very touchy guy working there, the front door was busted in while we were there and they charged me twice for the room. Appreciated location, mini frig, afternoon snacks at all astrotel locations, kettle, safe, phone, lights, 3 of 4 helpful staff, decent size bathroom & bedroom space & good temperature control. Classic Ibis, everything works fine and well. They gave me a late checkout as a Gold Member until 2 p.m.
Perfect location and very good breakfast. Rooms are old and shabby.
Decent option for a short stay, but for the price point there are better options out there. Our room was clean and comfortable enough but pretty bare and dated. The design of the shower in our bathroom was completely ridiculous and awkward….only an extremely short person could use it without discomfort. Made no sense.
Ibis took a good care for us, as I was travelling with my parents who needs wheelchair, their wheelchair friendly rooms are pretty well designed for elders. Front desk staff is friendly helping us to keep our medicines in fridge at reception. Hot coffee / tea / chocolate is also provided as complimentary 😉 Breakfast section is nice, Rabia helped us for breakfast 👍
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms are very comfortable and nice! The service was great and the staff was very helpful! We will definitely come back for our next stay!
We stayed in the 7th floor apartment. The AC works well, kitchen is well equipped and beds are adequate. The toilet is separate from the shower room- which is nice when you are a group of 6, however the toilet room is so small and no fan. Website photos are very accurate for this room. The staff were lovely and helpful. The air conditioner was not as cool as we thought it could be. Had it on the lowest temperature (19C) and high fan but still couldn’t feel the air movement. So during the hot spell the room didn’t cool down a lot.
Had a great stay at the IBIS Paris Maine Montparnasse. Very friendly staff, good cleanliness, and amenities as described. A great base for exploring Paris!

There was no liquid soap in the bathroom, and the TV wasn't working. The table and chair were tiny, like something out of kindergarten.
Overall, the place, especially the bathroom, looked nothing like the pictures. The sink light flickered, and the shower was a tiny cubicle with yellowing corners.
The room was tiny, I could barely open my suitcase. The water pressure was awful, I kept worrying it would stop mid-shower, and the temperature was all over the place.
