Would have been 5 stars if we could have cooled the room … only heat & fan available. I said something to the staff and they said they fixed it but nothing changed. For us the nights were cool so we just opened the windows but if a person couldn’t sleep through city sounds or it was summer this wouldn’t have worked.

This hotel location allows to explore Montmartre on foot. My husband and I booked an 11 o’clock Moulen Rouge show, and it was very convenient to walk back to the hotel rather than looking for a taxi. We stayed in 3 persons room for 2 nights.. Paris room with this price usually small. But the hotel’s 3 persons room still acceptable. What I like most is the hotel’s location. Staying here you could easily enjoy the lovely atmosphere of Montmarter. To access to the centre of Paris is easy with metro nearby.

When I checked out in the morning to catch my flight, the front desk asked me to pay the price difference. This is the first time I have encountered this in my travels around the world. Finally, I talked to Ctrip customer service, and the front desk staff said that they made a mistake. The front desk staff is suspected of fraud. I have never encountered this. It should be an isolated case.

The single room I had was really very small. I wonder if the hotel has larger single rooms. Other than that, everything was very good! I love this hotel for so many reasons even though the hotel room is small, I found it very efficient and great for solo traveler.
